The whole process took very little effort and it was super easy to cancel as well. The units were very clean and accessible. Honestly, I would use CubeSmart again. I’m only giving it four stars because I received numerous emails (multiple per day) to give them a review. Other than that, it’s really a great place to store your things.

Every since storing my things here They have been nothing but helpful and very nice everytime I had a question or needed help. I loved my experience working with Jenna. She was so kind and understanding and went out of her way to help me get a storage unit. She understood my needs and gave me exactly the what I was looking for. I found a similar storage unit company equal distance from my house but it was Jennas customer skills that made me chose CubeSmart.

I checked out the day before my month lease was up and they still ended up billing me over $350 for the next month.Even though i went through the whole process of checking out of my lease. It took hours to finally get ahold of someone to help me, and when i finally did she promised me i would get my money returned that same day and have yet been reimbursed. This place put a huge inconvenience on my financial situation. I dont suggest ever using them.

Im giving the 5 Stars to the office located on 900 East approx 4700 South salt lake city Ut. If you live in SLC. Needing some extra storage. This is the place. Ive used 3 other large storage companies in the past 20 years. I would not give any one of them 2 stars. Ethically, positive attitudes, payments, agreements, service, with a smile you name it. Hands down, there just isnt any other storage company or its employees that go out of their way like the ladies that run this office. Starting with TAMARA, (thank you for going out of your way to help me & also, for the personal chat that relieved me of my stress, the day I opened my second account) your service & empathy is the reason Im taking a minute out to write this review . STEPHANIE has taken payment and answered questions many of times for me. Shes Always pleasant & professional. Last but by far not least JENNA shes a sweet heart also, but its her perfect professionalism that keeps it all in check. The three of them make a great team. On point with the math, you wont be over charged. As a matter of fact this is the lowest rates Ive ever paid. No huge taxation if your late, no added bs fees. Stephanie was very polite and helpful when I came in with questions about getting my first storage unit. She was conscientious and wore her mask (as a nurse I appreciate that highly), and she was again helpful and kind with a friendly smile when I needed help getting my unit set up.

This cube smart was outdoors most are indoors the trash said management only. Other ones I have been to are indoors and have trash cans available for there customers. Also not much room to drive around if you have a big moving truck.

Just awful customer service. I asked to use a dumpster they have to clean out a storage unit of my brother who passed away. They told me to either haul it away or they would escort me off the property. It wasn’t even my unit, I was cleaning it to be courteous to them.

We just got an storage, the attention is wonderful very informative and friendly. The storage had some oil stains but noting too crazy and they management did offer to clean it. They made us feel very very welcome and safe.

Wow. I was treated so well here. The process was super smooth and easy and I was even escorted on a golf cart to my storage unit. How swell! What a lovely bunch of people. They were super helpful and the facility is a lot larger than you think. So there are lots of options and the added bonus of great security. A+ in my opinion.

The unit I rented is a stretch to be called a storage unit. Its more like an unlit stable with a tin door. There are lights outside the unit but due to way the unit is thrown together all light is blocked out and so the unit is very dark inside. Appears to have no planning or real thought into what it should look like. Just over priced space that does not appear very secure.

NO consideration for long term clients. This company would rather lose a tenant than let them rent a single unit. We have been with them for over 10 years. When downsizing from 2 units to 1, we were told that we needed to move from the 1 unit to a different section. Way too difficult to make a move like that for no reason. Clearly the corporate rules are really helping their customer service!

We cleaned out a unit here, and the management was amazing to work with! Everything is under new management and the new management is so great to work with. The units are really nice and clean plus it is right off the street and easy to find.

Wow!!! This was a kind of not what I expected at all! You hear myths about storage Nazis and mean old ladys on golf carts coming to tell you your rents past due. It was a warm and friendly smile that I was greeted with when my husband and I walked in the door. We had a young gentleman return our phonecalls and him and his manager Jenna even stayed after closing time to help us find the perfect affordable unit for me and my family. I was in the company of family with Jenna! What a great Manager. Im telling my friends family and as many people as possible about my experience. People deserve a compassionate welcome in most urgent storage rental needs. You never know what a person has been through to wind them up having to find a place to put everything that matters the most to them in an instant. I love this CubeSmart Ive been here since 2013 never had any problems have moved from a small unit to a big unit back to a small unit back to a big unit since I moved from my house I had to move 1,395 square feet into 825 The storage has been the best experience of my life with a storage place The staff is always friendly and they know me on site its really good place to rent a storage unit at.

Was HARRASSED daily by manager over my service dog being on the property. Treated very poorly and unprofessional. I WOULD HIGHLY NOT RECOMEND this facility to anyone. The manager was brought up from California and has very poor customer service skills and a very negative attitude.

Store your things elsewhere. Believe it or not the old lady in the office with the crew cut is actually worse than the rodent problem.
