Dude. Im gonna review this place again. Pick. Up. Your. Phone! The last 3 times ive called no one wants to pick up! And yes i call during store hours! Reporting this location to corporate because employees here and their customer service have always sucked! Frustrated because this is the closest location for me but eff it im not supporting this place AT ALL anymore.

They went out of their way to help me and that made my day! My husband is a firefighter and I have two young babies. They just made a stressful errand so much easier! Thank you!

Annabell was amazing! I use products that we have at the salon but wanted something different. She was Uber knowledgeable and kind and had lots of patience, just wonderful to speak to and learn from. I had went to another pro-store right be for coming here and they were rude and act like they didnt want to be bothered. So glad came here

Employees are nice. Shelves are always bare. I have started going to the Temecula Cosmoprof because they are very stocked up.

Very cool store! Theres a ton of variety of products, which is why I tend to get stuck in here for hours lol! My only complaint is that the employees should study up on product info or at least be familiar with sale items.

I absolutely LOVE CosmoProf in Murrieta! All the girls are very friendly and always offer assistance! They are very knowledgeable about the products they offer they offer and there is always someone at the register, so no waiting around!

Best store for my stuff

My experience was awful, after arriving at the store there was over four employees working and none of them offered any help they talked among themselves and then when I went up to the counter to ring up my purchase I did not bring my physical card but had it on my phone front and back. They proceeded to tell me that i could not purchase anything because I did not have my card and ID. When it clearly states on the cosmoproof terms and agreements that all I would need is the card for my account number. So thank you to all four uneducated employees who did not know their own companys policy. And instead of asking a manager which Im assuming there was none because there was not one difference from any employee that showed me the demeanor of that above a first day employee. I had to purchase my products at another store. I applaude the store in Moreno Valley for showing this customer the proper attention.

This store is always disorganized and out of product. I dont know who is handling the inventory duties, but they might want to hire staff that can stay on top of that huge task. The staff is extremely rude and not welcoming. They are constantly talking to each other rather than helping customers or putting away inventory that is on the floor in the way for people to trip over. The only reason I have to force myself to go to that store is for Aquage products and Joico Color. I really would advise that someone from corporate come to this store and do some serious reorganization starting with new staff.

I CANT SAY THAT ALL STAFF MEMBERS ARE HORRIBLE, BECAUSE MY FIRST AND MY SECOND EXPERIENCES WERE OK. HOWEVER, ON MY THIRD TRIP I FINALLY FOUND WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR...ON THAT VISIT IS WHEN I MET THIS LITTLE DEVIL...Sarah e. IS HORRIBLE. SHE HAS A BAD SARCASTIC ATTITUDE, RANG UP THE WRONG ITEMS DURING MY PURCHASE, AND HAS ZERO PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE. NO MANAGEMENT PRESENT TO COMPLAIN TO..CALLED TODAY AT 10 AM AND SPOKE TO ESMERELDA AND WAS TOLD THAT VICTORIA, THE MANAGER, WAS BUSYWTH KIND OF PLACE IS THIS!

Always have products I need and then some I just think the shopping center is very scarce and creepy huge abandoned building in center run down stores and non clean parking lot

Im very upset with how they work i left my license at the salon i have a client waiting for her hair to be done i have my other salon pro cards and they still wont sell me color. This is ridiculous no one could just help me they act like im a liar ill be back with proof that im a licensed cosmetologists. And ill take my businesses to a different place.
