Today Veronica was working in photo and she was wonderful she help me set up my phone so I can order my prince myself she took the time and the effort and I do appreciate it so much I think she should be employee of the month and I just wanted to say thank you

The worst place to get your meds. Theyre very slow and inconsiderate. After waiting for over an hr in drive thru line, I pull up to the window and theyre having chats and joking around, instead doing it and getting peoples meds ready, they stop to tell their jokes. Doesnt look like anyone is on the rash or anything. There is a line of cars wrapped around the building, they need more people and better people. And its the same if you park and go inside, youll wait forever. I miss riteaid.

Today Dec 2, 2020 at 12:21 pm this young lady Alex from pharmacy helped me. This young lady was so patient and kind. I was there for a bit in drive through, because she was checking my insurance information to see if they would cover my medication. That was my fault for not checking myself before going, but she didn’t mind and checked for me even though it took a bit. We need more beautiful young ladies like her! God bless ❤️

Pharmacy makes you wait for almost about 40 min each time I call, if you want to know status of anything go inside because the people in the pharmacy will continue to pick up the phone and put you back on hold countless of times... poor management in pharmacy that’s for sure. Someone should be fired to set an example plain and simple.

I’m waiting for more than 40 minutes at the drive thru just for drop my prescription and is ONLY ONE CAR AT THE FRONT 😡😡😡😡😡Always they provide a good service 👌🏼👍🏼

Extremely slow, i guess it was all due to the guy working the cashier at the pharmacy. He took like 30 minutes with a patient who after his coworker told him we dont accept that insurance he still kept trying to help him. which made no sense. the customer left empty handed and the cashier was at fault for creating a big line. the lady was good and she kept trying to move the line fast. but the guy bro step your game up. regardless worst pharmacy ever.

Walgreens have been two people are nice things are not locked up like every other Walgreens its just a nice Walgreens

They need more help in the pharmacy. Call before you drive to pickup scrips especially if you’ve received a text it’s ready. Chances are high it’s NOT READY!!

Pharmacy is horrible. Moved from Menifee to Temecula and always used the Wallgreens on Scott rd. About ready to switch everything back to that location for our family and just drive the extra 15 minutes. Pharmacist and helper here are just plain rude, Pharmacist telling me what my doctor and I should do, every time we go there its always something, out of stock, need to contact the doctor, problem with Insurance, never have vaccinations and etc.. This location is always empty, now we know why.

High turnover behind the counter in the pharmacy, but the service doesnt suffer. Very consistent quick service. Has one functioning drive thru window.

Got what was SUPPOSED to last 10 days of antibiotics for my baby. It lasted 5 days. Had to make appointment for dr to get the rest. Dr called in order at 3pm. Called at 4,430,5,530 kept saying they where working on it. Got there at 6 and said they didnt have any in stock and to hold there to see if they could get some in. They somehow found some in 2 min or less. Then they told us the insurance wouldnt cover it because its too early to pickup. YEAH, cause somebody there cant measure out 100mil and gave us 50. So we can either pay $50 and likely loose our insurance coverage (iehp) or let her suffer and probably make the bug ammune to it. Thankfully its not life threatening like insulin or something. DONT USE THIS WALGREENS! Sams Club and rite-aid are realy close, go to one of them.

Store is smaller and inventory lacking.

I like that the people who work there for 2 years are still there for at least 2 of them and they are very friendly and always looking to help the customer. I hope to see you always there🙂👍
