The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me order the fan I wanted and got it shipped to my home. The fan is gorgeous and the experience was good except the manufacturer had delays in shipping so took a lot longer then expected to receive. But Sandy is on top of her game keeping in contact with me regarding updates. Enjoyed the experience

Ask a lot of questions. Ask Sandy if you can. Others dont seem to have the same product knowledge, and dont know what they lack.

Paige is awesome! She helped us pre-quarantine and saved all the parts for us and helped us completely over the phone and we are grateful for all her care and assistance. Boy are we glad we bought our fans there- didnt have to buy a new one, just needed her expert advice. Thanks for running such a nice store

They also provide excellent service. Truly a great place to shop. If you need help or have any questions, they would be there to help you out and answer your questions.

I was looking for a vanity mirror for my newly remodeled bathroom. Wasn’t really sure of the style I would like to move forward with among the choices that was shown to me, but the sales associate was really helpful and nice. Would definitely go back if I needed anything else.

I was choosing among various vintage ceiling fans to add to my living room, but I could not decide on which one to buy. The sales associate was there to help me narrow down my choices. Kudos to customer service btw! She was really nice and knowledgeable. After taking things into account, I decided to go with the Crown Select. I just love my new vintage ceiling fan!!

Nice selection but expensive.

We have bought several fans, light fixtures and decorative mirrors over the past 15 years. Ashley is always so knowledgeable and helpful in the process of choosing the perfect item. We have referred several family members & friends and will definitely be back,

The 3 ladies there were very helpful in our selection of outdoor lighting. So be back again for fans next. Good selection there but not necessarily in stock at the store.

Ashley was oustanding during the sales process reviewing oue homes floor plan & making recommendations for each room.While we were installing Ashley again was outstanding by answering our questions each day until our 13 fans were successfully installed. 5 stars do not properly reflect our experience.

So far, they get a two. Fans look great ... customer service, not so much. Bought four fans and had them installed. One doesnt work. Installer called the store, but no answer. I called the store, message machine in the middle of the day. I called the next day. Told their trouble shooter was off and ONLY works on Tuesdays, but he would call me tomorrow. Tomorrow has come and gone ... no call. Two of the other four fans are clicking and grinding and are pretty annoying. Guess Ill have to call again, oh - and take off work since Im not off on a Tue. Off Wednesday thru Sat, but .... let ya know how it goes. So far, not happy or impressed.Update: Down from two stars to one. Well, bought a new part. Worked for a couple of months... broke again. Ive had these fans almost two years. Had to remove the glass light cover from one to stop it from raddling. Now its quiet, but I have the light bulbs to look at. The other, maybe it needs to be programed...again. Got to say, wouldnt recommend their product to anyone. Have a Home Depot fan since 2007. Still works great, still quiet. For the amount of money spent, very upsetting.
