Purchased 2015 Transit 150 XLT constant complaints to Ford and Dealer concerning vibrations over a nation wide recall of those vans built in Kentucky till this day no fix has been made to resolve this issue. Along with many other complaints and cases filed by Ford to Dealer to repair or see the what’s the problem and resolve it. Treatment from service team is not one of the expectation that you’ll be taken care of. No response!!! Your always own your own. Now that the van is there for two months I have tor remind them to fix the other recall.and why should I have to ? They should have that information.Check all recalls !!! If not your loss .. they will make sure you don’t get the fix that is required for the problem. 40,000 later in the cost of the van and it drives like its over The St Andreas fault !!!Never mind to buy here again. Ford let me down and my Dealer alsoThe ford customer service is now handle by reps in the Philippines and they give you more of a hard time. What’s sad is. Ford was once a American to the roots vehicle . Now it’s just a another way to make a dime ... good luck with your purchase. I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy.

Great service in the rental dept. I have been knowing Mr. Johnson ( manager of the rental dept) for over 20 years, and doing business with them that long. The service now is just as good as it was years ago. I really appreciate all of the wonderful rental staff. They have always taken real good care of me.

This is a review of the service and quick oil change of Long-Lewis.I had my 150 Raptor serviced there and stayed with the truck just because I didn’t feel like going to the waiting area. The did change the oil on time as scheduled but they did not 80% of the check list they gave me.I figured I would give them another try so the next oil change I had done I did go in the waiting area. There was an older lady working and she was not helpful. She seemed to make everyone feel like they were bothering her by asking basic questions. Also the manager there was yelling at another employee and even tried to talk to me about how he was unhappy with the management at Long-Lewis.Today, I went in for a safety recall and they were again unwelcoming and told me I would need to wait a few weeks to get it done even though the job takes about an hour according to the service personnel. In my mind if the Ford motor company issues a safety recall then it needs to be addressed sooner than later. I did offer to leave the truck there and they could fit it but they still said no.It’s unlikely I will do further business there and that’s unfortunate because I will likely be buying 2 expensive vehicles this year and would be potential life long customer since I’m local.

Couldn’t have been more pleased with the purchasing experience I encountered with Joanne. She gave me her best price up front and it was thousands lower than the local dealerships in my area. She did everything she said she would and and even delivered over 250 miles the same day. I’ll be back!!

SOOO I got to VENT. My car went to LONG LEWIS in Muscle Shoals. on Nov.1 2018.. out of the 120 days it was gone. I have had my car in my possession 15 days.. out of 120 days I HAVE HAD IT 15 days!! No one would return my calls. I had to make all the calls,,, I think they did not want to talk to me..!! I left messages etc. It was returned to me on 02/18/19. I drove it a few miles.. ENGINE FAULT LIGHT COMES ON. Tach is all over the place. it doesnt want to pull etc.. this is the latest problem...SO NOW LONG LEWIS SAYS BRING US YOUR CAR... and if need be WE WILL GIVE YOU A LOANER.. I SAID NO. YOU COME GET MY CAR AND BRING ME A LOANER..I LIVE OVER AN HOUR FROM YOU.. HE SAID WE DO NOT DO THAT ANY MORE.. I CALL BS!!.. ON TOP OF IT TAKING 4 MONTHS AND MY CAR IS NOT FIXED!!! AND NOW THEY WANT TO TREAT ME THIS WAY!!! … update. as of to day 3/17/2019 the engine fault light still comes on. it still does not want to pull .. and the tach arrow is all over the place.
