EDIT : We received a call back and a family sickness situation was explained to us. We may still be doing business with them. Putting 5 stars down now so I dont effect their rating since I cannot delete my review. Will update if we purchase from them.Original:I called and spoke with April two weeks ago about a truck I found on their website. I spoke with her on a Friday afternoon and she asked me to text her information on my trade so she could work up a tentative offer and that she would get back to me that evening or at the latest the next morning. I sent the info over shortly after our phone conversation and she confirmed via text message she had received the info and would get back with me shortly. I have not heard from her since. I sent a text message the following afternoon asking for an update and the next Monday asking if she had any information for me and she never replied. My husband called and left a voicemail 3 days ago and still has not had a reply. It is safe to say they lost a sale. It is common business practice to communicate with your customers. If you are not interest in a trade then be professional enough to say that. I would have still purchased the truck. The lack of communication lost my business.

My husband found a truck on there website. We went to check it out test drove it and we were in love. Quickest. I have ever done a purchase they are very nice people to buy a vehicle from. My Dad also purchased his truck from them a few months ago and both times were great experience

Family member purchased a vehicle with gap insurance. Barton Auto sales is ignoring calls and requests to release info for the gap insurance to the purchaser or the bank. If I could give zero stars I would.

If you want a vehicle, please, at least try this lot out. These people are amazing! They work with you, and they are so friendly! The vehicles here are nice too! You wont be disappointed.

Came to look at a truck I just happened to see on car gurus came into the office. Mrs Barton was very pleasant thru the whole experience, everything checked out on the truck had one minor issue but was handled quickly very happy to do business with her.

Very great customer service and very friendly.. They are one of the best places to buy a car..
