Took our vehicle in for a Recall fix No cost to us. They did fix the car.. However.. There were food wrappings left in the car from their snacking. Grease stains on our dash along with grease stains on both front seats all over the seats. The interior was absolutely disgusting when they were finished. There were scratches near door handle from closing door so many times. Looks as if a wedding ring was the culprit. Mind you this vehicle was immaculate shape interior and exterior when it went in. Then comes out looking like teenagers had it for the weekend.I even washed the exterior and detailed the inside of the rental car I received.

UPDATEDA HUGE THANK YOU to those at Long Lewis Ford. After a few emails & being able to communicate with the right people there, I have now been able to speak with the service dept, adviser, and others. My issues with the lack of communication, and lack of service is being resolved and I cannot THANK YOU enough!!! Life is hard, times are crazy, everyone gets thrown curve balls now & then. It is how well we do, or do not deal with them, that matters. Communication is key and now, thanks to actually being able to communicate with someone about the issues, they are being resolved.I have never had such bad service. They cannot be bothered to answer the phone call, yet, they will not return a call either. So, how are the customers supposed to get informed of ANY service, parts, prices or even WHEN or IF their vehichle is ready??? The worst experience to date!

Ok, so yes times are tough for dealers, but myopic fixes are bites in the butt long term.I have purchased four new vehicles from Long Lewis Ford. Always, until my last purchase, had the best price and best service. Not so any more. Price was basically full sticker. No more tech help from there young tech savvy young employees. Service terrible. Order a part three times, maybe it came in the third. But they were supposed to call me, no cigar.Tried to get an oil change. People at quick service desk would not even look up to see what I needed. Went in and was told, service only with appointment, even though all three stalks were empty. Went to Walmart, in and out in 30 minutes. Tried again today for oil change and tire rotation. When you call, you get a computer. It told me I must make an appointment no less than 48 hours ahead. Nobody in the shop. Tried calling the phone number. Answered by someone asking what department and location. They tried unsuccessfully to have the phone answered. Told me to leave my name and number and someone would get back to me. Went to Walmart, in and out in 45 minutes.Upshot: next time I will shop around for the best deal on a new vehicle. Will no longer expect the best deal from along Lewis. Next time I need non warrantee service, straight to Walmart, without even trying Long Lewis Quick Lane. They dont want my business, made that amply clear.Never thought that overall they would go, in all categories, from an A+ to a C-. It thats what myopia does. Really too bad.

Purchased a 60,000 dollar used truck that I was told the dealership checks everything on truck before selling it. Had truck about two months now and brakes making noise. I changed pads and this is what they look like. One rotor needs to be replaced. There is no way they went over truck before selling. Very disappointed with dealership

The writing was on the wall when the spare key on the car I purchased three years ago was to much to find and give me.In December of 2020 a dog sprinted in front of my vehicle and did a considerable amount of damage. Being fully insured by the insurance company long Lewis partners with, there is an insinuation that theyll be working together. Two months later the car was returned, only to get stuck in first gear less than a week later. It started the week of the snow storm so for safety we waited until after to schedule a service appointment. The shoals location set the appointment for a MONTH out, only to call the week before and cancel, because they dont do transmission work. We scheduled the Florence location for service and learned that the harness to the transmission was smashed in the accident and the shoals location either didnt look or someone is terrible at their job. I cant figure out if there was anyone who checked it out at the shoals location because you cant get through to anyone in service. It feels like a severe failure on the part of the shoals service for letting the car leave like this in the first place. I feel literally robbed. I know that the money my family earns and works for means nothing to anyone else but my family, but how am I supposed to protect it when a million dollar company can get away with this? I was planning and saving to buy a new car this year but since my down payment just got stripped from my savings I guess Ill save up and NEVER buy from here again, Or use the service department.

I only gave 1 star because you cannot leave a review unless you give at least 1 starI called and made an appointment to drop off my Caravan to get the spark plugs changed. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told that they would not be able to get to it for a week or so.Why set an appointment for today if your not going to look at it for a week or so? I asked.Sir your the one who set the appointment, not us.Why wouldnt you have told me that when you set the appointment?Again sir, I didnt set the appointment, why didnt you ask whoever did set the appointment?I can find another repair shop a lot easier than I can handle the smart mouthed kid behind the counter.

Saturday, March 09, I had to work until 2 pm so I went ahead and submitted an app online on Long Lewis’ website. I received a call about 10 AM and received a few different links to various vehicles that I was looking at purchasing. I decided on one and was approved before I even left work. When I arrived, Shannon had my vehicle brought around. My husband and I took it for a test drive. Within an hour and a half of arrival, we were driving away in our new truck! Easiest experience ever purchasing a vehicle! I told my brother and Monday he was at Long Lewis and Shannon helped him purchase his new 2018 Explorer. Definitely recommend😁

Blake was very helpful, knowledgeable about everything, and most important he never made me feel pressured. I felt helped, not sold to which is very rare in my experience with car shopping. He took a lot of time to help me, and even when his coworker had an emergency and he had to help that customer I never felt neglected. He is a fantastic sales consultant and I would recommend him to all my friends and family, and will definitely be back to see him when I am ready to purchase another vehicle. I came in looking for a very specific car that had actually already been out on a test drive and eventually sold. Blake found another vehicle that actually fit better in my price range, and still had everything I wanted..Regarding the finance department, everyone was very helpful. I had to have my wild toddler with me for most of the financial experience and no one made me feel bad about her running wild, and in fact were very accommodating by giving her toys and things to play with. I felt so welcome, and was given great detail about all of the financial information.

I love love love my new 2018 Mustang GT. Kenny Soeder at Long Lewis made buying my new car a surprisingly pleasant experience. Ill never use another dealer again. I worked hard with my credit union to get what I thought was a very low interest rate but the team at Long Lewis set me up at 0% interest!! I was blown away! Not only that, but even the financial office was smooth and extremely friendly and helpful. Dealerships in the past have been okay right up untill the time you have to go see the finance guy whos then all of a sudden treating you like you missed the last 3 payments... Not at Long Lewis though. An awesome team and a wonderful set of people. I even dropped by my dealers house the following week on Labor day and got a slab of ribs, lol how about that!

Dropped off my 2016 Mustang June 22 for ac problems. It has less than 20k miles. Picked it up on 25th and had it back the 26th because it was still blowing hot air by the time I made it home. I have called Ford and they wont cover under warranty even though it is a known issue. Anyways. After another week of not hearing anything I got a call that said another issue was found and it would be fixed the following Monday 7-6Called 7-7 and was told it would be done 7-8. Got another call on 7-8 to come pick up a rental after 3 weeks of it being there.After picking up my rental on 7-9 it was another 2-3 weeks before calling Long Lewis because I still had not got an update on my car.I do finally have my car back after a total of 50 days if it being worked onIt now has a rattle in the dash from the work performed and also when I picked it up it had 4 miles until empty!If you need your Ford worked on, do NOT take it here.

Jake-Whitney- I dropped my truck off Tuesday and made 3 trips back and forth up there with my wife and 6 month old baby for Oil change (Oil life meter was not reset, no other fluid top offs or air filter check, no paperwork for oil change, scratch on fender from changing oil), Tire rotation (I hope was completed- I dont have the paperwork on it. Cant tell if it was done or not), 2 recalls (Fords fault -Complete as far as I know) and tailgate piece replaced (Completely ignored-Will have to follow up next week). Got my truck back late Friday. 3-4 days for half*** work. I could have taken my truck to Havoline 15 minute oil change and ordered the tailgate piece over the phone from ford and been much happier.I have spent $180,000 on vehicles in the last 13 months and had just sent a guy that works for me to buy a $60,000 truck from them the week prior. They wouldnt even give me a $30 loaner

Had an appointment at 4pm very interested in a vehicle, cash in hand. left work early, live about 1 1/2 hours from Alabama and arrived to be told the vehicle was sold two hours prior by another associate. I should of been contacted before I even left my home that it was sold. And also that’s very upsetting considering I had an appointment and they sold the vehicle. Very unhappy with this dealership and they will never have my business.

Gotta see Shannon or Nina G. Absolutely the two best at what they do. Make you feel at ease and genuinely friendly. We love our gas saver. Dependable car too and my husband mainly uses it for work. He is on the road a lot so it has been very good for us. It’s a little Ford Fiesta and we spend only about $125 in gas every two weeks and that’s with my husband driving two hours one way some days and then driving around in the town he has to go to. So not bad at all believe me if it wasn’t for his used vehicle breaking down (no joke week before he started new job-God was involved in that one) on him we figured up we would spend about $300-$400 in gas every two weeks!!! Yes not joking. We had in our head that we couldn’t get a new car. Yep it is a brand new Fiesta. We love it!!! The payments are not bad or the insurance we pay every month. Go and see team Gibson they will get you going and my husband spent maybe an hour and a half there. Best experience ever buying a car.

Easiest purchase of a vehicle ever made! My wife had been in a wreck, car totaled, I needed to purchase her a new one. I started by calling Bill Penny back (where I bought the now totaled car) and request a quote on exactly the same car that was totaled, only new. I explained that I didn’t have time to waste, give me best price up front. I was given the spill about all this money I would save, then quoted, and I quote “twenties something” for the car. Time wasted! In comes Long-Lewis. I made 1 call, asked for a salesperson, JD Hull answered this call. I asked exactly the same of him, quote me a specific car, don’t waste my time. JD, within a few minutes had sent me a video of two identical vehicles, 1 brand new, 1 a dealer program car with just a few miles on it, best price quotes on both cars, down to the penny. We picked our car out from a video, drove 30 extra miles to see it in person, would have bought it that day, but had not received insurance check just yet. 2 days later, received our insurance settlement and again I called JD at Long-Lewis, told him I would be by that evening to pick up my car. Everything was filled out and waiting for us to sign. They had found me the best rate and terms for my purchase too. I will definitely be back to see them again, as this was hands down, the best no pressure, no BS, car purchase ever made! Thank You JD Hull and Long-Lewis!!

Overall a decent experience. They were quick and easy to deal with for sure. I typically buy a vehicle every year or so and I got caught up and trusted them when I shouldn’t have.It was only after I drove 4 hours to buy my “certified” pre-owned truck that I received paperwork stating there had been an accident reported on the truck. Absolutely my fault for not checking prior but even CarGurus didn’t state there was a loss reported.I called Gordon (salesman) and of course he knew but “forgot”.The biggest issue is how much the screwed me on the price. With the accident, I paid a good $3500 more than I should have. You live and learn.There are 2 paint runs that I’ll have to get taken care of from whoever did the repairs. Minor overspray as well. Truck also had multiple recalls/TSBs that I have had to get taken care of.The reason they got a 3 star and not less is because it was a smooth transaction which is what I wanted. Truck is clean but there are issues and when you drive 300 miles to buy the truck, the 3 day 300 miles “warranty” doesn’t help.Will be very cautious if I decide to use them in the future.

Made an appointment to get my oil changed at the Muscle Shoals location. First off, there were hardly any cars in the bays. There was one car in front of me and another getting the tires changed. People were just standing around while I sat there and waited on someone to help me.When they finally came up to me, I was told they had me down for the Florence location even though my text and email confirmation said the Muscle Shoals address (2800 Woodward). Nothing in my email or text indicated this was for the Florence location. They did not even remotely try to work with me to get me in. Such a waste of my time and it will be the last time I will use them.

I have purchased 2 new cars and my wife has purchased 3 new cars in last 4 years. We also referred a friend who purchased a new vehicle in that time frame. My wife has a tire defect issue. The car has 9300 miles on it. They refuse to replace the tire and will not give me the contact information for the Yokohama rep. I will not purchase another or refere anyone else until the tire is replaced. Who spits in the face of approximately $70k in revenue over $100 tire? It’s really a great way for you to see what you mean to them as a customer.To respond to you it has an extra tire warranty to further illustrate the fact you obviously know nothing about your product. So I got exactly what I paid for, but I had to jump through hoops to get it done. To also add I did speak service manager, two salesman, and multiple employees.If you have nothing constructive to add you should just remain silentThe team at the muscle shoals location did in fact take care of me and big thank you to them. If you need a place to go I suggest going there

I had to have both airbags replaced in my car, one at the Long Lewis Ford Florence location two years ago and one at the Muscle Shoals location in August of 2018, and although I had a few concerns afterward, Long Lewis Ford of the Shoals really took care of the situation. On 01/23/19, they fixed not only the issue they were responsible for, but also the the issue I had with the work done at the Florence location, even though it was a two-year-old issue. Thanks Trisha, for hearing my concerns, and Steve, for orchestrating the repairs, and a special thanks to Michael, who went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with the results. He even went back and ordered an additional part that been overlooked. And I have to say the results are fantastic. I also want to mention Martin and Austin, who shuttled me to the Rental facility on two different occasions so I wouldnt have to walk. They were both extremely courteous, personable, and professional. At the Rental facility, the front desk staff was incredibly friendly as well and, because it was raining, the gentleman who brought my rental around (I didnt catch his name) kindly pulled it under the canopy for me so I wouldnt get drenched. He also took my things and put them in the backseat for me, as I had a heavy backpack with me. All in all, this visit was a 5 star Customer Service experience. Thanks again!

I’m not a big fan of car dealerships.(most of the time)About 3 weeks ago me and my wife were driving through the lots at the muscle shoals location and we ran across a Ford Escape she fell in love with. Blake Stutts was our salesman and when I say it was the easiest, least stressful, most fun, laid back, no pressure car buying experience I mean it. Broke down and purchased a 13 explorer Limited for my wife. Nice, low mileage vehicle and the sale was super easy. Very soon after purchase it was obvious why the vehicle was traded in. The vehicle constantly looses the key fob and wont start. Ive changed the batteries twice and it still didnt fix it. I finally took it to the service dept at LL in muscle shoals. They obviously still cant figure out whats wrong with it. So the tech spends 1.5 hours(billed @$130) and two days to tell me the battery in the fob was low. We contact our salesperson and he has already washed his hands of the sale. So, we are $130 in the hole for nothing. But they wanted over 400 to fix it. Thanks, but no thanks to you Long Lewis. You cant tell us that we have the ONLY explorer in the whole Ford inventory with this issue. Your techs either are too lazy to look or just bumbled through and over charged us for a low battery diagnosis.

They worked on a safty recall on my ford fusion and didnt even replace the bolts in the heat shield. It all most fell off going down the interstate because they didnt bolt it back in place also the car is still doing what they was suppose to have fixed would give zero stars if i was able

I contacted the dealer via internet inquiry and Baylee Hester responded immediately and answered my questions. I absolutely love this new truck! Its just about everything I think I could want in a luxury vehicle. Unfortunately a truck this nice do not come cheap but with the help of Derrick at Long-Lewis not only did I get a fantastic price without the need to haggle (like you have to at some dealers but not at LL) he actually found me a $3,000 Ford gift certificate by doing a little extra research for being a previous Ford customer. He went above and beyond during the buying process and helped me saved even more money to boot! Super happy and highly recommend!

When my car needed replacing, I returned to Long-Lewis and Matt. I was so pleased with them when I bought my daughters car two years ago, I knew who I would use this time around.
