Great customer service. I was always iffy after past experiences with this branch but these guys rocked it! My husbands phone wouldnt hold a charge they went over all options. And...went to another Branch to get the phone he wanted. Truly gave us new perspective on Cricket!

Omg I love the new manager here at cricket Ive been a customer for a long time and shes awesome such a great Improvement from what it used to be its so clean and nice so welcoming Soo happy with the new improvements keep up the great work 💜💜

Heads up before you go into this location. The sales reps red and mark are awesome but management has changed and there no longer able to really assist in helping a customer when it’s urgent or in special circumstances. When you go in you will receive a price after what you want is determined. What will that price include? The phone plan, the phone if you don’t get a free one, activation fee and also you will be forced to buy a case or screen protector. On top of having to receive insurance. The manager will say it’s necessary but it is not. If you don’t like the price they give you then you will be awaiting there time and they will let you know it. Customer service is about helping the customer and with a local business like it is doing events and fundraisers then it might would consider helping the community members out a little more? It’s not about that. Also the taxes at the end of the check out will be outrageous. They tax you for city county education and state taxes but none of that is goin to the local city schools or even the county schools. Taylor Ramey has no respect for customers as if you read from previous customers and now she is the area manager of these locations. I warn you take your business to another company or do everything on line. Like I said mark and red are great so I don’t want to risk them losing there job bc of poor management decisions because 3 write ups and your fired. It’s the policy.

Management was terrible. Went in to swap carriers last week and the “manager” (Tayla/Taylor, I think) was very unprofessional and rude to me and even her staff! I’ve been in previously and miss the old management they had with Chad, he was very friendly and helped me to figure out prices on a phone and plan for my sister. The salesmen were very nice, didn’t catch their names but it was a red headed guy and a tall, skinny guy with long, blondish hair. I’ve learned since then through outside sources that she is WRITING HER EMPLOYEES UP if they don’t FORCE customers to buy accessories (case, screen protectors, etc) with manipulation tactics or lying!! Those boys need to be given a raise for simply dealing with her and she needs to be FIRED. I plan to call the company and make a formal complaint but everyone PLEASE BEWARE!!

It’s very hard to make me post a negative comment about customer service workers because I know how hard they have it but I was very unhappy with my experience with Taylor, who seems to be the supervisor there. She has the wrong attitude for her position. My wife happen to go into the store when she was talking about us in an unprofessional manner using unnecessary harsh words saying we wouldn’t get a refund and they weren’t going to help us because we had technical issues with our phones. The only good part of our experience which seemed worthy of four stars was having Jasmine help us she was extremely friendly/nice and was trying the impossible to fix the phone calling Apple and looking up ways to fix it. Every time we called she had a lot of patience and continuously tried to find a solution.

One star is only because I have to in order to post a review. I was dealing with the manager and she was not helpful. Didn’t give me her name but she was a skinny girl with tattoos. Very rude and unprofessional.A girl there were helped me out a lot when I went back at a later date. I think her name is Cheyenne. She was very sweet and helped me until the issue was resolved. Seems like she’s more fit to be a manager than the current chick.Anyways, management is terrible at the moment.

Manager wasn’t professional at all. Very rude and spoke about an employee, who seemed to not be working that day, very negatively with customers present. Only reason I’ve given three stars is because the two other girls were very nice and helpful.

We went in a few months ago to change carriers to cricket. Good experience. Jaylen was very nice and the process went rather quickly. Occasional low service in some places but its not enough to interrupt too much. Recommend for the price for sure! We are saving over $300 a month by switching!! Also, we do auto pay and had no issues so far! Easy and thought this may help some who are complaining of issues when paying their bill. Ive had no problems with auto pay to date.

Terrible service. Caucasian guy with dreads has a terrible customer service attitude. “Manager(skinny girl)” looks like she’s on some type of drug. Im definitely switching back to Metro. They definitely messed up by bringing new management, old crew was super helpful and very courteous .

Poor customer service every month when I pay my bill. Either the workers have no idea what theyre doing or the one that do know what to do have a bad attitude. Like theyre irritated that your in the store. Today the girls working were arguing out loud with each other across the store.

Went to the muscle shoals store tried to buy 3 phones and activate them were had to wait 30 min for the manager to show up because the phones wasnt in the system when she showed up she looked and acted stoned stared cussing when the gm showed up he was very unprofessional had dreads in his hair started cussing screaming and threatening me tried to call corporate supposed to get a call back but would not recommend them to noone!
