Kashanna was very pleasant. She greeted every customer who came in the store. The Pepsi syrup ran out and I noticed toilet paper missing in one of the bathrooms. She quickly fixed the problems and made sure I was satisfied too. Im very glad the standards have been raised.A previous visit with a different employee stopped me from coming back for a while. I came into the gas station late at night and the attendant actually asked me why I was awake at this time of night. She was more interested in mopping the floor than customer service. I almost told her if she didnt want to help people at this hour she shouldnt have applied to a 24 hour store.

Really like this gas station. At night it is light up, I dont worry about having to get gas at night alone. The employees always seem like they are helpful and nice as you walk into the door. I never have to wait, if two people are working they will open the register and check you out.

We got diesel and somehow got charged with the man in front of us diesel too. He got a receipt so Im sure he paid. We got $40 and was charged $90. They wont do anything about it

New company policy of IDing EVERYONE for beer sales is their new policy.... this is easier than trying to teach someone what to do in questionable situations....Ive been shopping here for years even in the old store..... handy location but this new policy and lack of a solution from store mgr Greg today will end my business with them and any shell station in the area.....

Today we were moving our Hyundai store from its Florence location to Tuscumbia and around lunch time one of the guys said, Lets go to Shell for a burger, confused I responded is that a new restaurant?Surprise surprise, they took the time to make burgers fresh for all four of us, two burgers a piece, and they actually were... pretty darn good!Who knew you could fill up the gas tank and have a homemade burger to boot!

The store workers are usually quick and ring up customers as they are in line not letting others jump ahead.

Since the remodel, this station is easy in and out and has good deli food and fresh coffee.

This is the best place to go if its 3am and you just want something greasy to eat and your car is low on gas.

Its nice and its clean
