We used LSCO for our business flooring, fireplace surround, shower and backsplash a few years ago and have chosen to use them for a few more projects since. Lisa listened well to what we were looking for and exceeded our expectations. Brett, the owner, came and measured. His prices were reasonable, he was on time, professional and followed up quickly with the estimate. His installers did a great job. I am happy every time I look at my tile and flooring because of the beauty, respectful service and excellent install. We just had Lakeshore Carpet One replace every inch of flooring in our home, and we could not be happier with the service, installation, and product.Lisa and CJ in the showroom were fantastic with helping us pick out what was best for our needs and style and getting everything ordered and scheduled for installation.Brett was extremely helpful and honest, and he went above and beyond to help meet our budget. It is not very often where you get to deal directly with the owner. He is knowledgeable, fair, friendly, and professional.Our installers, Rick and Dave, are two of the hardest workers I have ever dealt with, and they were extremely neat and tidy. They were on time every day and finished the job in the scheduled timeline with top notch craftsmanship.Lakeshore Carpet One came highly recommended by numerous people, and we are truly happy that we chose to have them be part of our renovations. Would have given zero stars if possible. Had a new construction project, 50k for flooring and had many promises or greatness with delivery of disappointment. Design personal only really sales, and best install crew only subs no control of connection to company. Slow and uncaring. Would not use again for any project, including the ones we have going on now. AVOID
