Great all around! Wonderful customer service from the nice lady who helped us pick out the best carpet and pad for our home and budget! They were able to find one of their staff members to come out on a Saturday to lay our carpet so we didnt have to wait so long as they are crazy busy. One amazing carpet layer showed up at our home, on time, and spent the day laying our carpet through three rooms, three closets and a hallway area. He was beyond kind and knowledgeable! And our new carpet looks absolutely amazing! We will be returning real soon to pick out the new carpet for the final roomof of our home. Thank you Lots-of-Carpet!

If you are shopping for flooring, this store should be on your list. Although the name is Lots of Carpet, they also have a selection of wood, laminate & vinyl flooring available.I have purchased carpet here for rentals, flips and my own home. The people are very knowledgeable, and dont do any hard upsells if you tell them youre on a budget. I love the carpet remnants in the back warehouse. Most are actually full rolls, not really what I was expecting, as I thought a remnant would be an odd shaped leftover.They are excellent at narrowing down what you want / need & working out a great solution & price. Installation is quoted by room size, and unlike the big box stores, they do not add additional charges for thresholds, tack strips or any other supplies used. I have never had any nickel-and-dime charges added to my bill after installation.They have worked with me on installation scheduling in various situations without a problem. Installers actually show up on time, complete the job fast & efficiently, and clean up. They have even told me they will install flooring purchased elsewhere, although Ive never found a better price / value on order to take advantage of it.Friendly, fast and great value - all so difficult to find when youre juggling home improvement tasks. Highly recommended.

We ordered our carpet from Diane. We were not in a rush to get it installed. Let me tell you it was worth the wait. Our carpet is gorgeous and the installation was perfect! The installer was so professional and nice. Great company to to work with for your flooring needs. I would highly recommend Lots of Carpet!

Fantastic customer service. Diane answered every question we had, walked us through what products would best suit our needs and why they would be best, gave us plenty of time to look on our own with no pressure or hovering, and gave us a quote with no high pressure sales tactics.
