Purchasing carpet for our home was a very big deal for us. Our carpet was 26 yrs. old and had served us well. It was difficult to find a carpet at many places due to lack of interest by the sellers. When we found Lange and worked with Nathan we were pleasantly surprised by the concern that we find what we wanted. Long story short; Langes carpet installers came in May and their level of professionalism was excellent. I am so glad we purchased our lovely new carpet at Langes. Keep up the good work guys!! UPDATE: I was not informed that there was a one-hour time window for a sales rep to show up. In addition, I did check my spam folder and there’s nothing from Lange. The quote was never sent to me. Lange had my contact information and we had spoken on the phone, so that would have been another way to reach me if the sales rep really wanted to make a sale.Salesperson was about an hour late for our consultation. Never even acknowledged this.Never sent my estimate as promised…it’s been a couple of weeks so I know it’s not coming. I therefore decided to go with another company.

They have a good selection of quality flooring.They were onsite when they said they would be. The crew worked well together and did a great job.Very happy with finished product.

Lange Flooring was a pleasure to do business with. From our first visit to look at options, to the final installation, they provided great top notch and friendly service. There was a mix up, and to this day I’m not sure if it was my fault or theirs, but I will say that once I notified them of our discrepancy they moved things around and made changes to suit our needs last minute. And the end product is fantastic. I highly recommend this company.

Lange staff and installers went above and beyond to make things better when my order was sent wrong from the manufacturer. They treated me like family and cared how upside down things went. Maybe I have bad luck but I had a horrible experience at a local box store years ago and no one cared. I highly recommend them. Clean cut installers. Great selection, pricing was better than Carpet One and good folks.

I recently had them put in vinyl plank flooring for me. It was a great experience from start to finish. My salesman Ron was so helpful during the selection process and the installer Chris was very professional and polite. He did an awesome job and I am thrilled with the result. Theyre great on the sales side, but when there are issues, they pass the buck and dont want to stand behind what they sell, or their installations. Wont use them again and cant recommend them.

Nate was easy to work with and very knowledgeable

Unfortunately, after 2 installations, Lange left both incomplete. After completing most of the second job, Lange determined that they omitted a section and needed to increase the total project cost by more than 10% for what amounted to a small room they measured during the quote phase, but omitted it (according to them) in the cost. Their quotes specifiy several contingencies, yet have lacking clarity on room definition, making the evaluation of what is or is not included virtually impossible, despite being measured in the process. Ultimately, I ended up paying for 1 portion of the room 2x (including an alternate entity), and the Lange job was never completed. When I originally attempted to amicably work out the details, I was met with obstinate indifference. Unfortunate the judge could not get the clarity out of their quotes either, and I was stuck holding the loss. Suggest White Lake Flooring all day long instead. Phenomenal people, accurate, complete work, and real value.

My entire home is complete with Langes products and I am so please that I have my brother going there tomorrow and my sister next month. The staff is so friendly to me and answer all my questions
