These guys are amazing! A year ago, I took my car in for some service and they fixed it right up! About 3 weeks ago, I had to take my car in for some more services (not related to the previous). They were great! Very quick turn-around time of 1 week with all that we had done. I had expected them to have the car for 2+ weeks. Everything is running so smoothly now. Here from out of town. An acquaintance recommend them for the oil change I needed. Got the BG oil change I needed for less than I expected. Prompt service, courteous staff, good price, and they used a quality oil filter, instead of the cheap stuff. Very pleased.

Called them twice and left message both times. No reply either time. Guess I will go there and see if they can fix an issue with our car. They explained that Cox had messed up their phone messaging. Took car there and they worked on it. Found brake pads gone and a broken shock along with tire cupping that Rodney said was making the noise. He made the repairs at a fair price. Was very satisfied with the results. Will be taking my truck there next. GOOD FOLKS!Have used them 2 more times since. Both times they correctly diagnosed the problems and made the correct repairs. I have found my permanent repair shop!!

Jacob was amazing! He and the crew were very professional and informative. Genuinely caring about my concerns. I know next to nothing about cars but they made me feel confident about their findings. Jacob and his team have worked on my vehicles several times. They are fair and do an excellent job explaining any issues. Jacob will give you all your options as well as his recommendations, but Ive never felt pressured to purchase something I didnt want or need. Great shop! Give them a try.

Took a used vehicle here and had them do an inspection. They were pretty thorough with their tests. I would recommend them before buying a used vehicle.

I normally do not take the time to write reviews, but i felt like I should say something since they felt the need to be so shady. I thought my fuel pump was going bad so I brought my car in around 9:30am to get a diagnostic done for $95. I wait till about 5:00 when I finally call because I know they close at 5:30 to see what is going on with my car. Something is wrong with the phone cant hear anything so told them to call me back. Got a voice message saying we already fixed the problem (thank goodness it wasnt the fuel pump) They wanted to keep it over night to make sure it works well. Call them back no answer. Call them again the next morning because still no call around 12:00 pm. They say they still would like to keep my car. I get call to pick it up at 3pm to tell me its $157 for the hours and labor. I would of rather paid the $95 and fixed it myself, but I guess thats why you decided to fix it with out telling me. I have a car that works, thank you, but you guys got $60 dollars to lose a customer.

If you could give 0 stars thats what Id give this place they charged my daughter a hundred dollars for a diagnostic test on her car when she asked for the read out they said they didnt run one they just checked the oil these guys are thieves

We took in Honda CR-V for AC work. They were very informative on the estimate. They were not the most expensive estimate that we got for the repair. They did the job very quick. Would definitely use them again.

These guys are GREAT ! Took my Ford van into their garage in an emergency oil leaking situation. And, I was almost 2 thousand miles from home in Ft. Myers, Fl. Mechanic found the leaking part. It was ordered and within a short time the new part was installed. Shortly after that, I was on my way back to SW Florida. Arrived home safely, with a full amount of oil in the engine. Sent my mom there because she lives in Mustang for a hole in the condenser and brake pads and they had her vehicle done same day for almost half the cost of what was expected. Very friendly and easy to deal. Even though I live 20 miles away this will be my mechanic for any and all future repairs needed.

Brought in my RX300 for ac work. These guys did great work and was fast with the turn around.

Called yesterday right before closing, they said to bring it by in the morning. We dropped it off this morning and they had the solution(s) to the issue, and were able to have my car back to me by 4:30!!!! Excellent job! Really appreciate you all!! These guys are the best around!! Eddy and Frank have been great to work with. In one week I had emergency issues on both of my family vehicles and Mustang Automotive did everything they could to help and at more than a fair price. If anyone needs automotive work, then you would be hard pressed to find anyone better.

Eddie (and the rest of his team) did a great job working on my 2005 Silverado. Unlike others companies in the area, they took the time to inspect the vehicle thoroughly, diagnose the problem, and suggest next steps to the owner. They took the time to carefully explain to me the work they were doing, what it meant, how much it would cost, and how long it would take. They also offer very competitive pricing when I compared them to other large chains in the area, such as Hibdon, Goodyear, and Firestone. Eddie even took the time to ride along with me after the repairs were completed to make sure I was satisfied. I have used Mustang Automotive twice since moving to the area and I have been thoroughly satisfied with their work, attention to detail, and responsiveness to customers.

I Recently went to Mustang Automotive for second estimate on my brakes and CV joints. Frank gave me his estimate and explained the work to me. His quote was considerably lower than the first estimate. One thing he said was he could turn my break rotors and not replace them as the first quote was going to do. I appreciate him keeping the cost down without compromising the operation and safety of the vehicle. The vehicle drives like new. From now on Mustang Automotive will be my repair shop. Way to go Frank!

Best mechanic experience. This place was recommended by a coworker whose family been using them for years.These guys are honest.Example: Took my truck to a family-friend shop for a noisy transmission. $300 later, still had the exact same problem. Took my truck here, and $20 later, problem resolved!I recommend this place to everyone. Only good experiences here.

This is an all around average place to take your vehicle. Customer service is meh, quality of work is meh, speed it takes them to complete is meh, prices are middle of the road to a little high. That being said, this is where I take my vehicle because I havent been ripped off yet.

Traveling and I needed repairs so I could leave town. They took care of my repair very quickly so I could get on my way.

I took my prelude in to these guys to have my valve cover gasket replaced and a cam cap seal replaced while the cover was off. I purchased the gasket/seal myself that I needed to have replaced. The mechanic didnt replace the cam seal. When I asked why he didnt replace it, the mechanic argued that it was going to cost a lot more and a dealer needed to mess with it. I told him Ive seen it done and it would have taken another 5 mins to replace. The owner came out to my car to show me what the mechanic was talking about, and after looking at my motor, he retracted it and said I was right. Now I am stuck with the part because they would have had to remove the valve cover again to get to the cam cap seal. Im really annoyed at the lack of knowledge of the mechanic and would say to use caution when taking your car here. The owner was a nice guy but that is only a small part of what I look for when taking my car to someone to work on it.
