My husband and I are visiting from Connecticut and my 2015 Honda Pilot was making a squealing noise. I took my truck in with no appointment this am and Ty Rosser squeezed me in. He determined the issue and it was fixed but more importantly he took a the time to get to know our situation and with great kindness and compassion got us back on the road and under warranty. I had my first free oil change and inspection today and it was very easy to pull my car into the service area. The technicians were very professional and courteous. They even showed me where my car was parked when everything was done. So it was a great first experience with East Coast service.

A service dept is a service dept I guess. They sent a video of the process and needed repairs which made it easy to understand and there was plenty of room to spread out to wait.

Purchased a used car for my daughters first vehicle. Tyson was so helpful and we were able to work out a deal that worked for both of us. Everyone was pleasant, there was a large inventory to choose from, and the process was very smooth.

In and out quickly and I didnt have an appointment.

The service department at East Coast is fantastic! It was my first time dealing with Ross (service advisor). Ross was very professional and responsive to my needs. The reason that I own a Honda (besides the great cars) is because of the AWESOME service I receive from my sales person, Juan Enciso, to everyone in the service department. Top of the line dealer from sales to service

Good but communication needs to be improved. They give you a video of the inspection they do. That is great. Tech said on video leak found around transmission leak is excessive. Should be addressed. Gentleman that checked me out said a diagnosis appointment was need to go over it. Great glad they do this. I ask if they had to add transmission fluid he did not know the answer. He said didnt look like a bad leak. Like dripping on the ground. So i will go back to have it looked at.

The service provided is great. I would ask for more customer education to help them better take care of their vehicle.

I was greeted by a friendly person who got my information and then directed to Paul a service writer. He was very friendly and professional. I inquired about getting a quote for new tires for my vehicle, which he quickly provided. I was quite impressed with the new 21 point service inspection that was completed by the service technician and then forwarded to me via text.

They were on schedule they could use better waiting area a larger waiting area and not call and text so much after the appointment asking for a survey and or opinion of the service🤔🚗😩🚗

Service here is always quick and do t right. I always take my Honda here to get oil changes or other large maintenance.

Went to look a truck to buy drove down from Marion only to find out the truck had a busted driver window. Told dealer not shown or mention on line should have been informed when i was talking to him. Had list of other cars to look at did not due to being misled.

East Coast US trip. AC went out in Charleston Memorial Day weekend. Called East Coast Honda for service appointment for a couple days later when wed be in their area. Arrived. The extended warranty we purchased from our hometown Honda dealer when we bought the car is not honored at East Coast. Wed have to pay full service fee out of pocket, estimated at around $1,500, and then accept whatever the warranty company reimburses directly to us, per the Service Manager - he refuses to spend the time working with the warranty company. We called our own dealership in our home state - theyd never heard of such a thing. They advised we call our warranty company for recommended repair work in the area. We were advised Pep Boys or AAMCO. A short trip down the road to AAMCO, $100 warranty deductible out of pocket, the time for repair, and we were on the road again. AAMCO work is covered at any of their nationwide shops. THATs the service we expected from East Coast Honda by being brand loyal customers. Its all about their bottom line - Honda-loyal customers means nothing here.

Got a loaner car and our car was washed and vacuumed and cleaned on upon return
