I brought my car to be diagnosed and was told a price to fix it. No one contacted me the next day so I called and found out the person to fix my car was out sick. When my car was finally ready it was 1000$ more because the person giving me the quote forgot to add in labor, REALLY .....then I find out the new wipers I was told were put on WERE NOT so the service manager had to come out and install them i told him with a big company like Nissan my service that day left a black on on their name and i will NOT go back for any further work!

There was a big problem getting the work done on the van that delayed completion by several days. Grand Strand Nissan went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. They even pulled a car off of the lot to make sure I had transportation until work on my van could be completed. I cant say enough good things about the dealership and their staff. Top notch all the way!

2 bad experiences with this place. They do not service their used vehicles they sell and the sales people just tell you things were serviced but never were. My oil was black, back window doesnt roll down, nail in the tire which they reset but actually never looked at the tires. Spent $300 on a new tire after the fact.Maybe they are good with new car sales but never buy a used car from them. I will not be going back to this dealership.

People who came at same time were out in half the time. Would probably not come back for service but have a service plan so probably stuck.

Been doing business with Grand Strand Nissan for over 15 years and have enjoyed every bit of it. I recently wanted to treat myself to some truck modifications and wanted to make sure things were done properly and safely and thus I chose Grand Strand Nissan again for this. Eric in service assisted me and guided me in selecting the proper wheels and tires as well as the lift for the truck. I wanted his guidance and expertise to help me because I value the truck and I value the warranty of the truck and did not want to jeopardize that. At then I got a cool new looking truck and let me tell you that prices are competitive even at the dealership so never be afraid to let real professionals work on your truck. Not to mention they do this all the time with their trucks so they have the knowledge.

I stopped in due to a bumping/roaring noise coming from either a tire or wheel bearing and was shocked to hear that they couldnt/wouldnt help me with something that minor for several hours. The earliest time for an appointment was a week away. Since I wasnt sure how safe it would be to wait I went to the dealership in Pawleys Island and had a much more positive experience.

I had my routine oil change. Ive been going to Grand Strand Nissan for several years and I have never been disappointed. However, my only complaint would be the price of the oil change. Unlike Sparks Toyota where I take my wifes car, they always mail out coupons and their price is so much less.

I was so disappointed. I bought a car for 30 thousand and two weeks later I wanted to trade in on a new car of higher value and they would only give me 24 thousand for it. No wreck no nothing except a thousand mile put on it. I thought this would be so easy to do. They were such good friends the first time and the second time they acted if they didnt know. Being a 30 year Marine and dealing with lots of people I though I would receive a fair experience with you. Being a 78 year old lady buying a vehicle by my self. I was in totally shock. I really wanted your Rouge but you know a Rav4 isnt bad at all. Thanks Sparks. Dont know why I went to Nissan to start with. But one last thing. If this is the way you treat your customers. I have owned Nissans for over 30 years. I purchased my most recent, a 2017 Nissan Titan, at Grand Strand Nissan. Ray Catonia, and his staff in the Service Dept. are the reason I am a loyal Nissan owner. I brought my vehicle in on a Thursday for service and a wheel alignment. Upon leaving I noticed that the steering wheel was very slightly left when going straight. Minimal, perhaps 5 degrees, most people would not even notice it. I just tend to be overly fussy in this regard. I called Friday and mentioned it. Without hesitation Mr. Catonia told me to bring the vehicle back and we will redo the alignment. I brought my truck back and in 30 minutes or so it was perfect. Grand Strand Nissan, and especially their Service Dept., is focused on making sure that every time I walk through the door, it is a positive experience. Thank you.

Bought a 2019 Nissan Rogue in 10/2020, it was a Certified Pre Owned vehicle which is supposed to have had a 167 point inspection. The CARFAX report showed NO DAMAGE REPORTED. Moved to CT., and had my vehicle serviced by another NIssan Dealer - very professional. Noticed that the front bumper had popped out, so I had their body shop look at it. They told me that the car had previously had the front end replaced and showed me the paint line on the front end, as well as, how the headlights were aimed low and the body gaps were inconsistent, not like they would be from the factory. I had them replace the mounting bracket, but the bumper popped out again the next day, so I brought it back to them. They took pictures of the front end and said that it must have had previous front end damage and was not repaired well. I contacted Grand Strand Nissan, Mark McGowan, Owner Loyalty Manager, who told me that he would have his service manager contact the dealer in CT. The service manager did call the CT. dealer but told him that we were made aware of it during the buying of the car - COMPLETE LIE! I called Mark McGowan back, he told me that the Certified Pre Owned inspection was only on Mechanicals, not the body and that they paid CARFAX a lot of money and were not happy that this was not reported on their report. I would have to contact CARFAX and submit a claim with them. TO ME THIS WAS PASSING THE BLAME IN ORDER TO NOT HAVE TO BE HELD FINANCIALLY REPONSIBLE FOR ANY REPAIRS THAT WERE NEEDED TO THE FRONT END OF MY CAR. But I did as he suggested and filed the claim with CARFAX, which of course they denied saying that the damage was never reported to them. This is exactly what I had expected, finger pointing by Big Corporate, which I used to work for, so I am extremely aware of this fact!Here is my point, in the 167 point Certified Pre Owned inspection, to me it is negligent of the dealer to not inspect the body of the vehicle for damage. How is the consumer supposed to know to recognize body damage, that takes a trained eye to spot. To me, there is no difference between a Certified Pre Owned or Used car, it is a marketing ploy by the auto industry. BEWARE of this ploy, as NOBODY will own up to or take responsibility for anything that you do not see or notice during the sales process. Once you buy the car, they do NOT want to be held accountable for any inspection laziness, incompetence or lack of knowledge because they know that you will have no recourse other than having to pay out of your pocket for their lack of professionalism. I have no recourse other than writing this review, be careful at this and all car dealerships, in my opinion they are NOT trustworthy unless during the buying process you take the car to a mechanic or body shop for their analysis. In my opinion, this is the only way to have to buy a USED car!

Wow, Wow, Wow!!! We walked in on a rainy day not terribly excited about car shopping. We left blown away by the positive experience from the moment we walked in, until we left. Desiree, the front receptionist, greeted us with a smile and a heart-felt welcome. We then spoke with Marty Martin, General Sales Manager, who answered some questions we had with great detail and professionalism. Marty handed us over to Mark, a member of his sales team, who brought several vehicles for us to look at/drive. Mark did this with patience, enthusiasm and in-depth knowledge about each vehicle. Marcus, another wonderful team member, worked with us on our trade in car and its value. Again, he was incredibly fair and professional. And finally Vito, who dealt with our financing and paperwork. He expedited the process quickly and provided great warranty options for us. We left quite happy with what we were offered for our trade in and the new vehicle we purchased (as well as the price we purchased it for). All in all, an A+ experience. I expected to be posting a 1* but it was turned into a 5*. The airbag recall replacement had caused a rattle. Although the technician was skeptical, he removed and reinstalled the airbag. Result - rattle corrected.At the end of the service there was a minor cleanliness issue. The service manager(I assume) took my vehicle back and they went above and beyond to correct the minor issue and I heard him give instructions to someone on how to avoid this in the future. I left much happier than I expected, thank you.

When they were done and checked me out he said they didn’t check any light because I never told him, when I said I told the guy that took my car he said oh he’s nobody you have to tell me. I stopped in for an oil change on my company car. I was fit in within a reasonable amount of time without an appointment. The service advisor was very polite & professional. They have staff available to: park vehicles, move vehicles, fetch keys, record mileage and run for errands. That in itself helped expedite the check-in process.The waiting area was well stocked with comfortable seating, modern entertainment & free snacks, all complimented with fresh coffee & condiments. Needless to say, the wait was comfortable & nice compared to most other experiences in service provider waiting areas.The time it took to complete the service was done in a professional manner and reasonable amount of time.All in all, it was a good experience. I didnt mind taking the time out of my day to stop in and will not hesitate returning for the same or other services. The only con worth mentioning would be the cost of the service. There should be a loyalty price for customers who drive Nissans. Just food for thought; it wont deter me from returning.
