This is the place to get your tires mounted and balanced! I requested that they unmount my old tires without damaging them (which is particularly difficult with 245/40 series tires as they are so thin). Not only did they make sure they didn’t damage my tires, they also completed the job on time during my booked appointment, which is rare for service shops. Great service overall!

Jerry at front desk is a gentleman and very knowledgeable. Facilities are very clean and safe following all Covid recommendation.

I usually go to Firestone to get my oil changes. They are always a mess take forever and bug me about things I know my newer car doesnt need! I decided to go to NTB and Im so happy I did. The man at the front James was so kind and funny. The process took no time at all, I wasnt hackled with and there was even a place for my daughter to color. Environment was very clean and overall a great experience. I will be back!!

Called and told them I was in a position to spend a certain amount of money to get my car fixed and the guy at the register attempted to price gouge me. I assume because I was young but this was shocking considering they are quite expensive to begin with. I told him no and since I was adamant he left it be. Though the mechanics are skilled and the team does good work, it was a classless move considering we had previously discussed the price. If you visit this place, make sure you are adamant on the price because they will salvage every penny from you they can.

I have visited this location on five occasions with minor tire issues and major mechanical problems with my Mini Cooper. With each visit, I found the staff to be very courteous, knowledgeable, and reliable. The technicians clearly explain the mechanical problems, and confirm with the customer the required work before they pick up a tool. The technicians go out of their way to make sure that the mechanical issues are resolved the FIRST TIME. The work is done quickly and thoroughly. I also found the prices to be fair and reasonable.I will remain a loyal customer.

This service was completed on 7/10/20. Excellent service. I scheduled an appointment for a Full Synthetic oil change with a tire rotation included. The Check in/Check Out Service Agent (Mr. Dascoli) was very personable and friendly. The check in process was very efficient. He found my appointment that I had completed online and made the transfer of information into the system. He informed me of the expected time to complete the Oil change and tire rotation. All work was completed in the expected time. Completed time was actually less. Check out process was just as efficient. The most important aspect to me was that there were no surprises! I really appreciated that there were no Upsale tactics in the process as well. The price that was indicated when I made the appointment was the price at checkout which included the use of of a NTB coupon. I highly recommend this NTB location and I will tell others. I will definitely be a return customer.

Dont take your European car there please. They dont know anything about it. Even simple as alignment had to do 2x and made it worst . 🤦‍♂️

Entire staff was friendly and very helpful. I am very knowledgeable about cars and they fixed just what needed to be fixed. They didnt try to upsell anything unnecessary. In addition, they were in full compliance with the citys mask ordinance. All staff were wearing proper masks correctly. Also, when the technician drove my car around front for me, I noticed, not only did they cover my seats and floorboard for cleanliness, they also covered my steering wheel with plastic. This company is obviously very serious about the safety of their employees and customers. If all companies complied like NTB, we would most definitely lessen the COVID-19 infection rates. Thank you, NTB, for looking out for everyone!!! You have my business for life!

They have great deals on tires. I got buy 2 get 2 free. Keep in mind you still have to pay for the mounting and balancing but its well worth it. We had a flat on one of our cars and realized that we needed new tires. I called her around and got the best deal here. They took us right away with short notice. They also changed the oil on my car. So they do have many other services. The people were extremely friendly. They also offer coffee for people who are waiting. The only thing that I was disappointed about was they put my spare back in the trunk but did not Mount the spare back in or the jack.

Was quoted one price and after install was given a much higher price... which Mgr. had no answer for except to put the old tires back on the car.After going back and forth some of the price was shaved off but not to the quoted price.NTB was recommended and was just a little disappointed.

Great, honest and fast service. Installed two new tires on my car within an hour of receiving them in the mail and they even replaced my spare tire under my car with a new tire( my previous spare popped and went flat immediately after installing it on my car) for free! This came as a very pleasant surprise to me because I left thinking that I still needed to replace my spare only to find a brand new one had already been installed under my car. After having a negative experience at another shop close by, I have officially become a lifetime customer of NTB

I have used NTB on Hwy 501 in Myrtle Beach for 4 yrs, taking three vehicles (2 of which are German luxury cars) there for routine service, maintenance, and other issues. Today, my tire warning light came on near there and I asked to have it checked or serviced. The gentleman at the desk offered to put air in it. I thought it was a joke. He said they were busy. It was 430 and they closed at 6::00. I spend literally tens of thousands of dollars there annually and I will never go back. I drove to Blacks Tire on 3rd Ave and Danetta took it right in despite closing even earlier than NTB.

Great experience. Was in Myrtle Beach for vacation and on the last night I had a punctured sidewall. Was able to drive the few miles to NTB the next morning before they opened. They had the tire in stock and quickly worked me in and got me out the door on my way to a 640 mile drive home. The customer service level of the person working the counter was excellent. Thanks!

I took my car there for a tire tire rotation... They attempted to perform this simple task. They came up to me at the register and said that they could not do it because my car suddenly had 2 broken studs??? Which they then offered to fix for over 400$. Later sinve then I have taken my care to try ang get my tires rotated at Jiffy Lube and they said thet the last people to work on your wheels did not know what they were doing... not only did they break 2 of my studs on my Subaru Legacy but they also cross threaded another lug and diddnt tell me that either. I would never take your vehicle to NTB!

Cant give them 0 Stars, I cant express how mad I am right now, called the NTB on 501 in Myrtle Beach and made an appointment for 830 the next day, gave the person on the phone the exact tire I wanted and was told they were in stock. I showed up for appointment and was told that those tires were sold by a different employee and they could have them in by tomorrow, I tried to explain that I made the test I did because we had other things scheduled and were taking a long distance trip and need the tires and alignment beforehand. I was told maybe by the late afternoon they might get them. I told them that it would not work. The manager gave me his card and told me to call if I changed my mind. On the way home I called him to tell him how mad I was and instead of trying to earn back my business, I got a dismissive attitude and no attempt to appease and angry customer. I recommend to anyone to go elsewhere instead of dealing with these terrible business people.

I usually go there for my services, but something was going wrong with the online appointment setup and their store. I tried to tell the gentleman that I was booked in at a certain time slot, he said that there was nothing he could do for me since he doesnt have it showing on his end. I told him I have verification on my email. Still nothing he can do for me and said it rudely, to a regular customer at that. Taking my business elsewhere to where Im considered important and are willing to work with me, especially when its the company mess up. Exceptional work but just a horrible customer service experience.

Oil change, car diagnosis, etc: You name it, they are always true and also value their customers. They have Always gone above and beyond to keep me informed regarding the upkeep of my vehicle. Never had an issue, reasons why I allow them and only them to service my vehicle for almost 2 years now.

One bad apple spoils the bunch, and we all know who were talking about. Making sure this goes out to all the locals in the area. Ntb better reevaluate there HR policies!!

Decided not to contact me after they authorized $90 worth of parts when the whole bill was supposed to be less than $50. Then decided to not even contact me 8 hours after the vehicle was finished. The car was dropped off on a Saturday for a front end alignment and outer tie rod replacement, meaning both front wheels had to come off the vehicle. They quoted me that the clunking in the front end was from the tie rod, well that changed to a motor mount after they spent five minutes diagnosing it. After a second look from another garage, they couldnt have been more wrong. I took it back that Wednesday because it had an appointment for two tires being delivered from Tire Rack. I spoke to Jerry the manager who assured me they wouldnt do anything else to the car without calling and it would be about 20-25 a tire. My drop off appointment was for 7am and Jerry said it shouldnt take more than an hour and would call me when it was finished. 4pm rolls around and I hear nothing so I call and ask about the status and was informed by Jerry again Oh sorry we forgot to call, its all good and ready to go what Jerry DIDNT tell me was that they were charging me $90 for 9 out of the 10 lug nuts it apparently needed. The few things that bothered me was that he said the mechanic was smashing sockets to get the lugs off the fact that BOTH wheels were off on Saturday gives me the notion that they dont know what theyre doing if 9 lugnuts magically went bad over a course of 4 days, then to not contact the customer that the vehicle was done, and then not to contact the customer stating that the estimate for the bill was now more than doubled. Save yourself the hassle and go to an actual professional garage. This is the second time theyve had an issue with my car and lug nuts. I took the lug nuts home and put the OEM socket on the lug and had NO issue with them. They lost a customer because of how unprofessional they are.

The service writers were fast and friendly. They had the knowledge to get my family car fixed quickly and reasonably priced. They had the parts needed in stock and our vacation suffered very little down time for our flat tire and broken brake line. They let me know if a couple other repairs that needed to be done when I got home, without trying to upsell me on getting it done right away. Would highly recommend this store to anyone in a time of need whether emergency or planned. Thanks guys, great job.

Got into Myrtle Beach with a flat tire on Wednesday. Thursday morning I had my car towed to NTB on Pine and everyone was nice and I actually had a good conversation. I leave the car for them to get a tire. Im called and told that my rim is no good in addition to needing a tire. No problem. I ask if they can locate a rim and they say yes. They tell me they can replace the rim and 4 tires. Wait, I only need 1 tire, well we cant sell you one because of the specifications of your BMW. I tell them I authorize them to sell me one tire and I assume ALL responsibility, and Im told they cannot do that. We are now at Friday because I was calling around looking for a rim by Saturday. On Friday afternoon I call BMW of Myrtle Beach and they say they can get me a rim and a tire. I have my car towed to BMW and they replace the rim and tire (non matching tire mind you) with no problems. I guess because I was from out of town NTB thought they were going to shake me down and make me spend almost $1300 when I only needed one tire. I would not recommend this location for any services due to my experience.

Quick trip after Florence and Michael to check damage at our cottage. Picked up a drywall screw through the sidewall of our tire. From Mytle to Shallotte this was the only store that could get the tire and fit us in. The staff was quick, efficient and nice too even charged a couple bucks less than quoted. We were referred to NTB by another mechanic that was booked out into the following week. We called the shop and Alex and his crew got us in and out the same day. They did an excellent job with diagnosing the issue with our 2004 Yukon XL. They could have recommended us getting work on the car that would have required more labor and more parts. Instead, they gave us the option of replacing the axle and filing it down. This saved us alot of money considering that we will be retiring this car in the next year. I really appreciated their honesty and fair pricing. Weve gotten tires from them in the past but they will now be our mechanic of choice when we come back to MB.
