What a great place!!!!! Everything is great. Prices are great. Food is great. Bakery is great. Staff is great. All the staff are friendly and will go out of their way to help you. The one cashier I will always look for is Pat. He is so funny and is a great guy. He somehow finds a way to add a little sunshine to my day no matter what. Please give him a raise, he deserves it dearly, and I think that people like him are what George Jenkins wanted working for Publix. Again great store, and I will be sure to stop by again sometime in the near future.

This was my first time shopping at a Publix supermarket. I have just moved to the area. I will be making this store my new grocery store. The store was nice and clean. From the gentlemen who helped me find coffee, I believe his name was Calvin to the very pleasant cashier and the young woman who bagged my groceries the Customer Service was excellent. The store was well stocked and the aisles were spacious. Great store!

I had a great experience at Publix this past weekend, on October 9th. I came in from out of town to get a few things and I was served by Michael at the deli. Michael made sure my meat and cheese was cut exactly how I wanted it and we had a very nice conversation while he worked! I noticed that the other people working at the deli counter were very kind and also very knowledgeable about the meat and cheese that is sold at the deli. Thank you for the great service!

Always very clean and inviting inside, with plenty of space in the aisles and between them so you never feel claustrophobic (like Walmart). The employees are always super friendly and helpful, and I don’t have a difficult time turning onto Carolina Forest Blvd to get home. Turning out of the Kroger plaza directly across the street is an absolute nightmare, and if you ever have to drive anywhere near the Carolina Forest/501 intersection you’ll know exactly what I’m talking about. I’ll always choose this Publix over Kroger because of this reason but also because it’s a much cleaner, nicer, and better stocked grocery store.

I ordered a birthday cake for my Mom! They assisted me with coordinating for me to pick it up in Georgia where we are having the party. The staff was professional and diligent. The cakes there are delicious and decorated beautifully! Thank you so much for all of your help!

I love Publix, you can always find what you need. Produce always looks fresh and the deli is awesome.

I had not been here before. Help was friendly, shelves were stocked. The meat looked very fresh.

It is an awesome experience to actually see customer service and I mean real customer service. After going to Walmart this was a glorious change and even though a little pricey ( not by much) it was really appreciated. I will make the drive from way out 378 in Conway to shop there from now on. Great job. Wish more stores etc. would do the same.

The best store around for food shopping and service. Everything you need to find is at this store even hard to find items. The Deli is awesome and their Hogies are some of the best around. The bakery always has the best Italian bread, just like up north along with all their other bakery items. A little more expensive then other stores but worth it. Super clean and great customer service.

Shelli is a bully and a terrible person. She constantly bullies her employees to bloat her own ego. She is a terrible person. Why were the AVS scores so low? Because the mangment is terrible here. I have seen you bully many of my coworkers and even unnecessarily fire them just because they wouldnt let you abuse others. She constantly keeps changing the rules to get people in trouble than yells at you for following the rules. Shelli Crook needs to improve communication and better work with her employees. Mrs. Crooks toxic workplace environment will no longer be tolerated. Terrible and toxic place to work at. Dont subject yourself to this pain. All the employees are overworked and underpaid. Give us a voice and this store will drastically improve. Shelli Crook will not be able to push us around anymore.

Clean, fast check out, friendly cashiers. They have really good fresh deli meat and their bakery department has a great selection of cakes and breads. They give you 5 dollars off at least ones a month if you have the Publix app. I definitely recommend.

Very clean and welcoming. Staff was nice and helpful as it was my first time in the store, and I was lost 😆 I was picking up a cake I had ordered online. The cake turned out beautifully and so professional. Please check publix out if you need a cake made because they are fabulous! You get a beautifully decorated cake for a steal really, because its priced so low for the work they put into decorating them. Great job publix I love you guys! Im coming back real soon!!!

I called the morning I was heading to Myrtle Beach for a birthday party for a 4 yr old autistic boy. I talked with Chris, assistant store manager to order a cake. Gave him the name and also ordered 16 piece fresh fried chicken and 3 lbs of tenders. When I got there, the cake had no name on it. Nobody knew what I was talking about. The girl in the bakery ask if I wanted to do her job and put the name on. The chicken tenders were a lb light. Truly an embarrassment for the Publix name. This store was in total chaos mode.

I enjoy this store, and was surprised to hear they were building a new store just at the other end of the road, with this store being so new. But recently every time I go in, its packed, so I guess there is a need. But its nice to shop in, they typically have higher quality items. Yes some stuff is more money, but if thats a generic canned item or something, Ill probably get it elsewhere anyway. I do go here for the quality and it doesnt disappoint.

Tony made me the most perfectly constructed sandwich I’ve ever had. He was super friendly and I appreciated the care and effort he put in. You don’t find that everywhere!

I use the Publix pharmacy for my local prescriptions. The ladies are great. The customer service is excellent. The pharmacist has helped me many times. Ive never been in the actual store or purchased any food items, so I cannot speak to the grocery, meat, produce, or deli. Im confident the store would be the same level of quality.

Pricy if you know your prices but has items the other stores dont carry

I just wanted to take a minute to thank one of your employees, Tyre (from Florida) 🙂 He was gathering carts outside when I was walking back to my car, with a full cart of groceries and a toddler being a toddler. He asked if I needed help getting the soda cases in the car, I said I’m ok thank you but he insisted, and helped me load my entire cart of groceries into the car. We had great conversation and he was so kind and so sweet. I’ve had a rough long day at work, so his generosity and kindness really made my day. He just radiates kindness. Things are crazy with this pandemic, and we need more people like him, just being nice and spreading joy. My 4 yr old son really liked him too, so much so he gave him a hug. Thank you Tyre for your kindness!!! Definitely a 5 star visit thanks to you. 🤩🤩

My go to grocery store in Carolina Forest! They always have what I need and they have the best fresh sushi, seafood and delicious meats to choose from. Even during the pandemic of 2020, they managed to keep us local stocked with everything we needed and I cant thank them enough. The staff is helpful, handy and kind and their clean and sterile environment makes it easier to keep coming back

I love Publix. I especially love their eye bread and rolls. The only stores down here in the Myrtle Beach area that make the bread and rolls similar to what we are used to in New Jersey.

Publix pharmacy is the best! Everyone is so friendly and helpful.

Used the pharmacy there they are super nice and very helpful with any questions and they have a list of meds that are free with prescription this is an AWESOME feature for people who dont have insurance.

I work for instacart and the employees are very helpful some are not I dont like to mention names but his name is Jason he is not very helpful at all. So if you come across him gentleman named Jason dont even waste your time asking him where you could get some help cuz he wont have none for you.

This is one of the larger publix stores I have frequented. Very clean. Well organized. Excellent selection of groceries and very helpful staff to help you find things when needed.

The employees are very kind theyre very helpful. They have many things that you dont find in your average grocery stores. Very clean, shelves are full and very neat. Publix takes pride in their stores you can see it. The price may be a little bit more but well worth it.

I dont do no shopping for groceries there. I just pick up my prescriptions there. Their prices are very reasonable for prescriptions and also they have a drive up window for the pharmacy

Delis sub discount is a hit or a miss by that I mean Ive asked for it probably 4 times and I gotten the discount 1/4 of the time even after pointing at it on the glass. Remarkable how a 25% chance of success is pretty bad especially when its being promoted. If this location wasnt convenient for my work route Id probably never come back. One specific sub maker probably used her last remaining 1% of effort for the day to make my sub. Thank you for what couldve passed for a tossed salad wrapped in paper (at most) with the gimmic of just felling apart when opened like a spring snake in a can. If I wanted a surprise I wouldve just called up my friends instead of BANG my lunch all over my desk. At the very least it was probably the best $8.70 Ive spent to get myself to properly clean my desk.

Would be a 5 star but the company is a bit pricey. You can cash payroll checks and cash in lottery tickets up to $500. The staff is really nice as well.

My first time here, but surely not my last! This possibly will be my go to supermarket ! I wanted to buy a small fortunes worth of food and my temptation meter was working overtime!

Publix is one of the best supermarkets in town. I used to shop at them all the time in Florida and its great that I can shop them here in Myrtle Beach also.

I stopped in to get a new home gift for a friend. I decided to get a desert for dinner. The bakery section has a great selection of deliciousness so I chose a New York Cheese Cake. I was not disappointed.

Will always go back, friendly Deli Staff, clean store, well stocked, can always find what you are looking for.

For the last year and a half Ive had a very hard time reaching the deli in order to make take out orders. Perhaps its the covid problem of being understaffed but it seems I was having trouble even before then getting the deli to answer the phone. I buy Publix wings as often as possible until everyone about your deli but it is getting ridiculous now to try to reach them before I get there.

Great supermarket! Prices are good. Lots of smiling, happy associates to help with what one needs without having to wait.Just a few minutes ago a very kind woman brought out from the refrigerator a large slice of salmon and sliced it how I wanted it and a few minutes before that another very kind woman sliced some cheese and lunch meat exactly how I wanted it.All told, I think I will be shopping there on a very regular basis
