Ive purchased from West Coast Shaving a couple of times. The first time was okay, but the price for that particular item was high.With my most recent purchase they sent the wrong item, however, the packing list showed the correct item. They are supposed to be sending me along with a return label to send back the wrong item.

Poor Customer Service!Tried calling Customers Service three time and left a message all three time. Never received a call back. I was going to return the razor I bought and exchange it for something different. After calling every week for three weeks and the response other than them constantly emailing me to buy more products... lol. I would just like my money back.

Im Mark from Malaysia. Never been to the store but I did make an online purchase for a razor recently. Excellent service and good pricing. My wish is to visit the store one day. Definitely a wet shavers dream come true.
