The service was wonderful. The delivery men set everything up in place and we’re so careful about everything. However, the recliner on the right side is not working properly and we have put a call in for maintenance. The positioning and stitching on the three back cushions do not line up, something you would expect in a quality piece of furniture and for the price we paid. We are waiting to hear from La-Z-Boy regarding these issues.

Our experience with Jason on the sales floor was great. He was very attentive and personable. Our experience with Alexis the interior decorator was AMAZING! She helped us to achieve what we needed in our living room, which was no easy feat since we dont get direct light in that area of our house and we needed to lighten it up. She definitely knew what she was doing and I appreciate her so much. The only reason for 4 stars is because we were supposed to receive our couch the end of July/beginning of August and when I called to check I was told it pushed back to the end of September - nobody called us. We ultimately received it the beginning of September, but I would have appreciated better communication from your end because I was trying to coordinate donating my old furniture. Other than that I would highly recommendLa-Z-Boy and this will not be the last time we shop there.

Everything from start to finish went very smoothly. Louise was very easy to deal with. She helped us find exactly what we needed. Alexis was very knowledgeable when it came to the design part of our order. The furniture was delivered at the early end of the estimated window of 4-6 months. I would recommend them to anyone. I’m sure we will be using them again.

Barrett listened to me as far as options I was interested in and asked questions to help me select the right recliners for our home. He was helpful in giving me options that were available now as well as if I as to place a special order.

After doing some research on two new chairs that we wanted, we contacted Fritz at the Myrtle Beach La-z boy and he was extremely helpful! Responded promptly, handled our sale efficiently and provided us with the details of our sale via email and text. He also honored the price we were given in our state of PA. It was a great experience and we look forward to dealing with Fritz at the Myrtle Beach la-z boy when we move to that area in the next six months.

Two delivery guys did what they were here to do, they were delivering a sofa and we asked if they would take old sofa and put it in our garage (ranch home it was about 20 feet to garage) he said yes for $30 we will move it. I understand this request wasn’t part of the job and I was going to tip them anyway for doing it. Our experience with the store and designer we are working with has been wonderful!! This was a bit of a downer.

We have been to the store twice to buy a couch. The salesperson, Justin, was very helpful and gave us great information along with a flyer and all the details written down. We came back 3 months later, a few days ago, and asked for Justin. He was there and once again helped us. We ended up buying the couch. The only drawback is that it takes so long to get furniture now: 4-8 months. But we always have good service at La-Z-Boy.

Justin was a great help in assisting us with the purchase of a sleeper sofa and two recliners. He is very knowledgeable about their products and where they are located in the large showroom. He helped us pick out fabric for the sofa to coordinate with the recliner fabric. Great experience all the way around!

Carla did an awesome job understanding our desires. She showed all of the models on our list; without pressuring us into a purchase. She offered to send us home with material samples to make sure what we were buying would match floor, furniture, and wall color.

Salesperson was pleasant and knowledgeable. However, original chair was damaged and we were leaving to go back to Pa. I made 18 calls to store trying to get manager to call me back so I could schedule the delivery of replacement chair. He never did call me back. Finally on 18th call a salesperson (whose name I forget) took charge and scheduled the delivery. Why the manager never called me back is beyond me. Thanks

It took a little longer than the salesperson said it would. Mine was ordered March 30th and didnt come in till end of August. Wifes was ordered 2nd week ofApril and was to come in a week after mine. And then my wifes chair was lost for a week and 1/2. However the chairs did come through as ordered and we are enjoying them immensely. Didnt realize our old La-Z-Boys were over 20 years old. Hope this hold up as well as our last ones!

I worked with their designer Alexis and she is the best! She helped my home look phenomenal. Everyone in the store is so nice and helpful. There was a delay in delivery due to COVID which is to be expected. It was worth the wait. The delivery people were careful and patient putting everything exactly according to design. Very polite and respectful. I will be going back.

Order an air type mattress for our sofa bed on Thursday 10/15. Sales person said it was in stock but at warehouse.For $99 they would deliver to our house so we opted for delivery to store for us to pick up, $40.As C of 5pm on Tuesday 10/19, no call to say I need earn their $40 by picking up a mattress that allegedly is in stock but I get a text asking me to leave a review.I’m not impressed!

The showroom was setup very well they had a good mixture of furniture. Our Salesman was very nice, very well informed, he gave us the opportunity to see different styles of what we had in mind. My wife and I felt very welcome, very comfortable no pressure at all he explained the different features, the type of fabrics that were on order and should be delivered in the next few weeks. The overall experience we were very impressed . we have purchased from the Myrtle Beach store about 10 years ago and we had a very good opinion from that experience as well. We will definitely be back should we be in the process of buying more furniture in the future.

Our sales associate- Rachel, was so amazing. She was chill, patient and gave us a great price. Loved that she checked inventory so I knew what was in stock, as I DID NOT want to wait 6 months for shipping.

The show room is vast with many options to consider which was good as we were not sure what would work in our space. Our sales person was very knowledgeable and very helpful but a bit clingy. Once he learned we needed some space to talk though, he backed off till needed. Our only frustration is that now we have made our decisions and put done a deposit but the furniture may not arrive till February, that is 8-9 months.

The process of choosing and purchasing the furniture was excellent. I waited four months for my delivery, and when it arrived I only got two of the three pieces of my sectional. The third piece was the wrong color, and I am still waiting to hear where the rest of my order is or if it will need to be rush ordered. Needless to say, I am disappointed.

We had a wonderful experience with this store. Rachael was our Salesperson when we purchased 2 recliners and when we returned to match wall color, Justin Weiss took over and took so much time to help us select a few colors from the color wheel we brought. In the process, we purchased an area rug which beautifully complimented the chairs. Justins time with us and enthusiasm resulted in the area rug purchase which we would not have otherwise have seen. We have purchased furniture from this store previously and the customer service is great.We have also worked with your designer Alexis Raco who is great and very accommodating.

We appreciated the customer service, but we went in to buy a chair and they don’t sell anything that’s in the store. You have to order it and that takes 3 months if you order what is already in the process of being made. If you want to custom order, it can take up to 6 months to get it. We ordered a chair, but we kind of wish we had just gone somewhere else so we could have had it now. We like Lazyboy products, but I’m not sure they are really worth the wait. We still have time to cancel our order, so we are still thinking about doing that and finding a chair elsewhere.

Hands down, the best La-Z-Boy that I’ve been in. Great customer service and support throughout the entire process.

My Mom and I went shopping here for a lazy boy recliner for her. We shopped around on our own. She tried out quite a few before we decided on a full coverage leg rest recliner. First of all, they have a great selection and their quality is exceptional! Store was clean, neat but under staffed. We saw two employees, Louise checked us out. She was fabulous! Knowledgeable, friendly and professional. She answered all our questions and made the sale process quick and easy. La-Z-Boy has high quality furniture. I highly recommend shopping here.

Enjoyed working with Rachel, though I ended up buying at Pottery Barn for better quality. We had previously bought a great sofa and recliner in 2012 at La-Z-Boy, with fabric protection, which still look like new. The sofas in the showroom now dont appear to be as good quality. Couldnt find a tight back sleeper sofa, and the loose pillow back ones looked rather sloppy. Also, need more Performance and Sunbrella materials. Also, they said they needed 6 months to deliver, seriously?!! When I rescinded my purchase order, the manager was extremely polite, and promptly refunded my payment, so I will likely go back later.

The showroom had the perfect sectional sofa with recliners we were looking for. The delivery guys showed up on time with notices ahead of the delivery schedule and updated ETAs as they were driving to our home. Delivery was very professional and the delivery guys were fantastic. Good experience all the way around!

We went to several stores looking for a sectional. Lazy Boy was the first one to try to help us find one. We went with the Designer and she was great and found a sectional that fit our space that we loved. Very happy with the results.

When we ordered our chairs back in early August, we were told it would take 10-12 weeks. When the company experienced delays due to high sale volume and COVID, we were never apprised of a revised delivery date. 16 weeks after ordering, we were finally called to arrange pickup. The chairs are beautiful and we LOVE the product, but the service left much to be desired. We will never agree to wait that long again. The company had our money, not just a deposit, and failed on their end.

We were undecided when we went in, but basically were looking at recliners. Nicole was patient in walking us through different models, options, and materials. After picking a recliner, we decided that we would upgrade our sofa as well. Again, Nicole was patient, never rushed us, and offered us a ton of options and even got us to think a outside the box a little. We were even back the next day as Nicole helped work through some other design options. Highly recommend this La-Z-Boy location, entire staff is great!!

The chairs are lovely and just what we wanted. It was hard to wait for them to arrive because Covid caused delivery to run later than normal. The delivery men were nice and wore masks but they did not install the mechanical parts correctly as my husband had to do when he returned home from a trip. Rather, they had laid the parts on the floor under the chairs. So the wait and delivery and set up were not ideal but the fabric and size and comfort of our chairs are ideal.

Great salesman! Delivery guys were very professional. I will go back.
