Our experience started with us being ignored for about 10 minutes while in the store as they greeted everyone around us. Once they realized how much we were planning on buying compared to the people who they were originally talking to they immediately switched gears and gave us way too much attention. They wouldnt even let us get a word out when they asked us what we liked. Luckily my party and I knew exactly what we were coming for and were overall satisfied with the jerky itself. The service here is just backwards they should treat everyone the same from start to finish, not wait until you have several bags of jerky and sauces in your hands to try to get in your face and upsell more to you.

The store was very nice and the employee was also very helpful. The free samples of the beef jerky are also a plus. The prices seemed quite high though for the amount of jerky in the bags.

I find it pretty upsetting that the staff isnt wearing mask. Just because you are over the pandemic doesn’t mean it is over.

We have been to two beef jerky outlets today, the lady at the one in barefoot landing was very helpful with samples and then I wanted to get 2 shirts. She didnt have the one shirt in my size and took the time to check the store at Broadway. She did not have to do this but took the time to make sure I walked out of there happy.

All kind of flavors, they have staff there that will give you samples to try before you buy.

Im am convinced that this place is actually the Garden of Eden but better and with beef jerkey.
