I came in to get an iPhone 13 yesterday and also to switch from Straight Talk. I was assisted by a girl named Chelisah and she was super great and also managed to get me on a plan to get my phone on payments. It was such a relief knowing I didn’t have to buy a phone full price! You guys are great. It only took about 35 min to buy a new phone and have it mirrored plus accessories. Dylan and his trainee were quick and complete with the important info. Suggested maybe needed items such as a new case etc. Was a bit busy when I left, but sign in and move along was great. There were 5 staff counting trainee, several came and went as I bought my new phone. Patient, considerate and pretty happy staff. I will be back to this store for extras. A few months ago I bought a sim card with a lot of memory on it for my phone that I bought at this location. Well, two weeks ago my phone kept telling me it was out of storage space. I knew this was not correct since I had only used 12 out of 128 GB of the new storage, so i went back in to this location and asked why my phone wasnt automatically transferring my pictures to the sim card. An employee asked the guy there who sold it to me why it wasnt doing that. The att employee told me my phone had a glitch in it and take it to cell phone restore and tell them he sent me. So I went to cell phone restore and they said, no, you just have to transfer them over there is NOT A GLITCH IN MY PHONE. So I went back to Att and MARK greeted me and asked what was wrong. I told him and he said oh, thats easy all you have to do is transfer your pictures to the sim card. He asked if I had a minute (Because I was on my lunch break). I said sure, so he did it for me right then and there. MARK is the reason this location deserves 5 stars in my opinion. The employee I talked to the first time just didnt have time to deal with me even though I spend THOUSANDS of dollars at this location. If you go to the NACOGDOCHES LOCATION ASK FOR MARK! These pictures are all of my children and they are SO IMPORTANT TO ME SINCE A TRAGEDY has happened to my youngest and thanks to MARK I HAVE THEM SAVED AND CAN TAKE EVEN MORE!!!!!!!!!

Today I went into the store to conduct business on getting insurance claim done and upgrade. I had spoken to a previous employee about what I needed to do and who to ask for. When i got there the person i was needing to see wasnt in so i proceeded to deal with Ryan. I told him what i needed and that i had spoken to previous employee and he made the comment “well she (Not mentioning her name here) did a lot of things she wasn’t supposed to do.” I told him i wasn’t here to hear anything rude about this person and if he couldn’t help me then I’d wait on the other person. He did help me but i was frustrated. The previous employee has always been helpful no matter that she doesn’t work there anymore and for another employee to speak so rudely about another one in my opinion is not customer service. I will have to finish out my experience with this sale person but after that he will NEVER wait on me again. I’m sure AT&T prides itself on #1 customer service, so having employees bash another who isn’t even there to defend themselves is in my opinion not a good way to get customers to return. It doesn’t matter what has happened or not, customers don’t need to hear the rudeness.

I ordered a new phone and service online had a horrible experience. I went into this store to talk to an actual person. Since Im relocating the area for work and my original phone service doesnt work in the outskirts. Clint was the person who attended to me. Made me feel like a person and not just a sale he could at to his quota. First impression is huge and clint hit the mark. I will definitely be talking to clint if u ever need anything. Give this guy a raise or something. Hes awesome!!!!

The first time I came here was a month ago and had a chance to meet Clint! What an outstanding gentleman. He went out of his way to explain everything to me and my husband and we end up getting the new iPhone 11 Pro Max all thanks to Clint. We went there yesterday wanting to pay my first bill and The girl that tried to assist us can’t even understand my concerns and told me to come back the next day coz the manager wasn’t there, in all actuality paying this bill doesn’t really need a manger,,, so husband and I left and was really disappointed. Next time, will wait for Clint and will be ONLY doing business with him from now on. Only 3 ⭐️ coz of my experience yesterday but 5 ⭐️ for Clint and his excellent customer service
