I moved my elderly disabled mother Nora from the central Texas area to be closer to me. She had broken her phone. The customer service and patience that Melissa and Rayshan gave her was superb!!. Theyre a savior to me. With my mom being partially blind showed so much patience . I will forevermore be grateful for their professionalism and love to her. Thank you so much!

We have ordered 3 protection covers for our phone. The first one was wrong size, the second never showed up and the 3rd has not gotten there yet been a month. This is ridiculous. We waited an hour for them to transfer data to a new phone. Worse T-Mobile store I been too.

Im giving one star simply because some of the employees are rude. The so called manager that works at the company is barely at work.. I asked multiple times for a different manager or a district manager I was told they dont know how to get hold of the district manager.

I went to this store to get two new lines. First of all, Im giving this T-Mobile two stars because the manager was nice and fixed the issues that the sales representative caused. First of all, she wore her masks incorrectly, showing her nose, and then over the sale the mask eventually did not cover her mouth, but it was strapped under her chin. Secondly, she told me the wrong price for activating the lines, she was $150 under. Third, she messed up her POS system by not paying attention, caused me to wait another 30 minutes, which the manager had to fix this issue. Lastly, when the manager asked for ID the second time, this sales rep did not give back to me the first time, she still had it, she forget that she had my ID. This sales representative was obviously not paying attention to her surroundings-Id rather go to a corporate store and deal with this authorized retailer.

The manager Maribel and her associate Crystal are the bomb and should be the new face for T-Mobile. If you ask me they need BIG raises and should be the trainers for all employees. They are sooooooo professional and they answer all questions and solve all issues. Whoever is reading this should pay these ladies more and be happy that no other company have them as employees. Plus they happen to be cute. Im not the easiest person to please so I really appreciate their professionalism. 10 stars is more like it

A false witness will not go unpunished, and he who breathes out lies will perish.-Proverbs 16:6...Owner was extremely dishonest with me. Then, I tried to resolve the issue and her statement is Were you e expecting to get something for free. What an insult. My 11 year old son can validate what was told to me. You have to be pretty shady to lie in front of a child, especially to get a sale.

The workers at the T Mobile store in Nacogdoches, TX are rude, unprofessional, and VERY undertrained!!! There is some type of issue EVERYTIME I have to go in there!!! They don’t know there products and get irritated when you ask questions.

I went in to pick up a new phone for my son and the staff was very helpful. They didnt have the one I originally went in to get, but i was shown another phone similar to the one I was looking to get. The phone was actually a better deal and had more memory than the one I was looking to buy. I dont rember the name of the sales associate thst helped me, but he is the white guy with the black beard, lol.

Employees (including managers) are clearly undertrained. They dont know the products they are selling and constantly have to ask other employees or look up the answer. This makes everything take so much longer and could be avoided if they knew the basics of the products they have on hand. And Im not talking the obscure phones that people rarely buy, Im talking about their lack of knowledge regarding iPhones and Samsung Galaxies. Went in to check the trade in value of a phone, was told it was almost $200, went in the next day to trade it in for a new phone and was told the trade in value was less than $100. When I asked what had changed, the manager who was helping me couldnt give me an answer. The staff has also been extremely rude, almost antagonistic, every time Ive gone in there (four times so far). Ive also observed them acting the same way toward other customers. The staff needs to learn about what theyre selling and learn how to act in a customer service setting because they are failing at both.

I switched to T-Mobile couple weeks ago. I am very satisfied.
