Awesome i had the best buggie i have ever pushed in a store!! Good deals and clean store!

Well I have to say that my family has been shopping here for over 50 years and way back in the day customer service was number 1. Today with the young ones running the store, they have no idea what customer service is. Thats what they need to be teaching these kids. Thank you

I had a very delicious lunch plate! I ate inside the store and the fish, green beans, and peach cobbler were all very delicious!! I will definitely return again soon!! Very friendly employees as well!!

The convenience of placing an order and being able to pick it up on the way home after work or even better, brought to my door is awesome. They treat my items as if they were shopping for themselves. Excited to have this in Nac now.Great job to BB for my order.

A lot has changed in the last few months. Visited today, and Ernest and Aliyah are hugely helpfull, and delightful.

Staff unfriendly over stuffed sack fell out of basket as leaving sacker did not even bother to offer to help pick up I am an older woman .no have a nice day or anything along with trying to put my change away they had rung up next person like we are cattle been going here long time have to start driving a little further down the road I guess since not the first time this has happened

Out of all the stores in Nacogdoches Brookshire Brothers on South street seemed the least busy for the time I had to go to the store. Was in and out in 10 minutes.

Only go here for soda sales other then that way to expensive... plus 3 times I have went there everytime I come out I have another dent in my car with a buggy on it I have to park way away from door cause of careless people and employees who do not put carts in the right spot

Brookshires Pharmacy is Spot On ... wonderful people who know what theyre doing and seem to really enjoy their job. Ive used them on and off 30 plus years and always end up coming back to them. Great job folks!

Im not usually a review writer but the deli at this particular brookshires store is horrible. I work close by so I stop in from time to time and check out the lunch and dinner. Each and every time it has been less than satisfactory. I eat from the brookshires deli on a regular basis in Carthage TX but I will not be a return customer here.

The store is clean and neat and orderly. There is plenty of room in the aisles and it is a pleasant place to shop. Parking is never a problem.Are the prices as good as Walmart? No. Thats alright because sometimes youre sick of Walmart and you dont mind an extra 5 dollars for your buggy of groceries to not deal with all that

Terrible customer service. A customer had an issue with their welfare card and didnt have any money to pay the difference. Instead of setting her transaction aside, they expected the line of people behind her to just wait while she left the building to apparently go get some money. So ridiculous and inconsiderate! I put my stuff down on the counter and left. Kroger got my business tonight!

It was good. This just me, its just like any other grocery store. But popular in the Nac and around east tx.

I bought premade salads and sandwiches in the Deli at lower prices than in a restaurant.

Ridiculously high prices. Only one check out line open every time i go. Place needs to be updated badly. Restrooms are pretty bad. (Dirty and in need of maintenance) Usually a security guard on duty because of the bad neighborhood. I wish so bad someone would open a real store on this side of town.

Got a money order from there and ended up not using it and tgey would not even cash their own money order!! Had to go way to Lufkin to cash! Never again!!!

Limited stock. If youre interested in health or organic food, forget it. Lots of international choices however.

I searched 9 stores today for vanilla cake mix. This was the only store I found any sort of vanilla cake (French vanilla)

Tobacco Barn has a drive through and I needed a cold drink for 1.25 I didnt have to get out the car.

My 6week old son was prescribed RX of .5 mil, and this pharmacy put 1/2 tsp on the label. So i was overdosing my son. I am so upset and worried. We depend on the pharmacy to do their job. I will always be careful and never use hem again
