Will not be coming back to this location. The customer service was terrible. I asked a girl for a chocolate shake made with vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup (the way they should be made). I asked politely if she could do that and she then asks the other employee (male) if she could and he goes no and walks away. I thought they were joking. So I was like uh can you make it or what. She then preceded to argue that it was a vanilla shake instead of a chocolate shake (definitely chocolate). Other customers were also confused and even had to join in and say something. The girl and guy working looked like the most miserable people and the only good worker was the small girl (Sunday night). Will not be back.

Customer service-meh. Ice cream-very melted. Prices- $6 for the tiny cup. I will say, the happy hour makes it a better deal, but it’s only applied on certain sizes. Be aware. If you don’t mind half melted ice cream draining down your hands after your first bite this is the place to go.

I am lactose intolerant and they have lemoncello sorbet! Very good. Expensive though!

Stopped in for some time ice cream. One person in our party has celiac. We asked if they had could accommodate us by making their ice cream in the back from a container that had not been used. The staff (multiple people) looked at us and acted as if they did not understand. So we asked again. A younger gentleman working finally responded that they did not feel comfortable doing that and basically ignored us and moved on to other customers. We usually go to cold stone and that is their common practice, but being here in town, we did not have that option.

The icecream is no longer as cold as it use to be, its melting as they are scooping from the tubs.

The ice cream here tastes better than it looks but Id really rather spend the same amount and go buy 2 or 3 times as much Blue Bell. The man behind the counter was nice but seemed extremely unenthused. Or perhaps he was just really tired. Also... Does anyone serve HOT fudge anymore??

Originally went to Baskin Robbins to get a hot brownie sundae. They were out of basically everything, do we cancelled our order and came to Marble Slab. They didnt have the exact flavor ice cream we wanted so the server mixed ingredients to make it very similar. They had all we wanted and more. Clean atmosphere and bathroom. Delicious ice cream!

I love, love, love the whiskey flavored ice cream. Their other flavors are great, but whiskey is my fave. Their ice cream cakes are delicious and perfect for a summer party.

The ice cream was melting in the containers they were being held in, and 2 dipped cones with a single scoop somehow costed $20!

The ice cream is so good! So many options and so tasty. Highly recommend checking them out when you are in the mood for something sweet. Staff was helpful and really nice.

I was so excited to find out there was a Marble Slab near by during my visit. I love ice cream and so I made 2 visits! During both stops, I had the same employee. wait on me. He was very friendly and we had a few laughs. This is one the most friendliest Marble Slabs that I have been to! Keep up the good work!!!

Great cooling off spot. Just almost any ice cream you can imagine. Young service lady almost overwhelmed, but she handled it with class. Very good.

OMG... literally the VERY BEST ice cream I have ever had in my life... very affordable... big portions ...all the toppings added in @ no extra cost.. place was very clean and you couldnt ask for better service...it was my first time in...but it surely will not be my last... It was good. The customer service was great. They were patient with us we didnt have a plan when we got there and try allot of sample but it was late and very little people were there.

I would give it 5 stars because I like the ice cream and the service is always efficient. However, the employee making my ice cream tried to get me to go buy her a drink from Smoothie King in exchange for me not having to pay for my ice cream. I just felt like that was very unprofessional. Other than that, I have always had good experiences there.

The ice cream is good at any Marble slab. But the owner who served us is a complete jerk. He’s rude and obstinate. I can see why he is the one dipping the ice cream with a sign out front that says he’s hiring.The table tops were sticky and the bathroom was gross. We won’t be back.

I wanted my single flavor of ice cream put directly into the cup because of my peanut allergy. She asked me to repeat myself three times and I finally just gave up. My fiance ordered something more complex and was more quiet than I was, and she heard her just fine.the store was nasty and everything was sticky. The server made no effort to accommodate her mistake and was rude. I will never go back.

The cleanliness needs an overhaul. The workers handle the money then grab your waffle cone or ice cream cone without washing their hands. No wonder people keep a cold or cough.

Extremely friendly staff. Wide variety and creativity in the products they offer. It is quite pricey but the ice cream is worth it.
