My 2014 Toyota Camry was rear ended and unfortunately, my car not only had repairs to be done on the trunk lid and the rear bumper, but the trunk frame also needed to be popped back out. From drop off to pick-up, Caliber (and specifically Eva), was extremely professional. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and turnaound time was exceptional. I really like that theyre work is lifetime guaranteed for as long as I own this vehicle so if any additional work needs to be corrected on what they repaired initially, it is at no cost to me. You cant find guaranteed work these days anymore, so thank you for that! Highly recommended!

Caliber did excellent work on a small repair I needed to my rear bumper after someone backed into me. They worked well with both the insurance company and the rental car agency to make the whole process of taking my car in as easy as possible. Oh my goodness I don’t know where to start, this is one of the most professional, friendly, and Caring businesses I have dealt with in many years. Their shop is clean welcoming, the staff all have smiles on their faces very respectful. I chose to have text message as notification which worked excellent for me am I was updated frequently with the status of my vehicle. And amazingly they were able to get me in and out of the shop in less than 30 hours. Now I’m sure that’s not going to be true for all types of collisions but to me it was amazing. I can’t say enough good things about this place. if you need car work done this is the place to go.

I have been most pleased with Caliber Collision in Nampa. Another shop in another town botched my repairs so my insurance referred me here. These included improper windshield installation, an obnoxious rattling at 35+ mph, and awful fumes in the cabin that wouldnt clear even with the windows down for hours driving on the freeway.A manager took time on my drop-in (and with little notice of my arrival) to investigate and he test drove my car to see the rattling. He climbed around on the ground outside to look under my car, found a bunch of loose screws the other shop didnt tighten, and quickly fit me into his schedule to get everything fixed.Caliber worked with Enterprise to make the rental car experience perfectly seamless; I was even able to return the car to Caliber after the work was completed.An additional problem from the initial repairs of the other shop were found a couple of months later. Caliber again fit me in quickly, even around the holidays, and fixed the problem same day I brought the car by. Caliber really cares about their customers and their work. Everything is exactly as I could have hoped. If you need body work done, these guys will take great care of you.

The service just keeps getting better and better. The intake process includes minimal paperwork. They are very thorough when explaining the entire process. They keep you in the loop via phone call and text (if you opt in) the entire step of the way. I’ve done business with these guys twice and they’ve outdone themselves every time. I was quoted a vehicle completion date of 1/18/21 and my car was done today...Yes! Today! I couldn’t believe it. As fast as I got into a rental.... I hopped right back into my damage free car even quicker. I highly recommend these guys. I’ve shown up with and without an appointment... they’ve never made me feel like I was a burden. The work that was performed was satisfactory however the repairs took a week longer than promised and they did not complete promised repairs. I had to return to the dealership to have the parking sensor calibrated that they were supposed to complete. My experience with Caliber Collision in Monroe, Washington was excellent which is why I chose to take my car to Caliber Collision in Nampa, Idaho. We did not have the same experience in Nampa unfortunately.

Our vehicle was vandalized and luckily only thing damaged was window. CC not only kept us informed of when to expect our window for repair but they did such a good job it’s not even noticeable that it was replaced. It was fast and efficient. The service we received was impeccable and I hope I never have to have collision repair again but if so this is my shop.Highly impressed. Thank you

I went to Caliber Collision after I was rear ended by an inattentive driver. They made the process as seamless as can be. You get wary that they won’t see all the damage when inspecting it. Thank fully, they took the time to ensure every nook and cranny was accounted for. I picked up my rental there, and I dropped it off there. The body man who worked on the rear end did a phenomenal job. It looked like a brand-new car. He even repaired some previous damage from the prior owner. That to me, is excellent customer service. I really appreciate him going the extra mile. Paint job was on point; Not like other work that I have seen where you can tell it was different paints; this was blended seamlessly. Everything about their service was superb; from the initial day I went into inquire about their services, to the text updates on my car’s status, even post service when I received the “are you satisfied” survey; this all made me like a valued customer who is apart of the process. It is more than apparent that customer service, quality, timeliness, etc. etc. are just a few of the descriptors to describe this institution. 10/10 would recommend.

I was originally thinking that I needed to have my bumper and possibly the engine splash shield replaced, which another shop told me would cost at least $924 and 3-4 days to complete. When I arrived at Caliber Collision, a friendly employee looked at my car just a few minutes later. They found the problem quickly and offered to install several fender liner clips right then and there. In all, I spent less than 30 minutes there and they didn’t even charge me for anything. If I have any other collision repairs that need to be done, I will definitely come back to Caliber Collision!

My car was side swiped on our street in the middle of the night. It was a hit and run so needless to say I wasn’t thrilled about having to get repairs done. Caliber Collision was amazing to work with and made the process smooth and painless. They were available right away and kept in touch through texts and phone calls throughout the repairs. They had originally planned for two weeks and after just one week I got a call saying they were ahead of schedule and it would be done the very next day. I recently went to Caliber Collision in Nampa to have a warranty repair (of work done in 2014 at another Caliber location in California). Everything about the experience was wonderful - the Caliber Collision manager, receptionist and the entire staff were friendly and easy to work with. There was never a question about them honoring the Caliber lifetime warranty. The repair I asked for was a section of the hood but in their review they found another issue on the fender which they went ahead and replaced (along with the hood). They had the car ready for me within the time promised and the work is beautiful. I would recommend Caliber Collision to anyone needing this type of work.

Damaged my car while they had it.

I had damage to my car and my insurance contracted with this auto body shop. The body shop contacted us right away with a list of repairs, estimate of price and time it would take for repair. They kept in constant contact and updated us on the progress. They even helped me get some of my stuff from my car. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the shop area. I took my Lexus to Caliber Collision in Nampa to have a scratch fixed. The employees were friendly, efficient and did a great job making the repair. I can’t even tell where the scratch was. If I ever need body work done on any of my vehicles, I’ll be sure to go to Caliber.

They were rude and didnt treat me like a Customer should be treated. I felt I was talked down to. They wouldnt even do what i was asking for. All I was wanted was for them to see if my frame was shifted. They said unless we wanted the car actually fixed they couldnt help. I have been to their Caldwell location and we love it! The Nampa one not so much.

Great body shop and awesome work. Very polite and professional. My only issue was that after my insurance denied my claim and I gave the go ahead to fix my truck, there was a mis-communication between Abra and the shop they sent my truck to so I was waiting for the truck and the shop was also waiting for me to call them and give the go ahead.Not a huge deal except that I am waiting longer to get my truck fixed. Still a great place to go and I would still highly recommend them to anyone.

We went in with a scratch on the Drivers side of our car. The gentleman who helped (I forget his name) was great. He was able to rub the scratch out and charged us nothing. I would recommend ABRA for honesty, integrity and great work.

Abra @ 823 3rd St. S, Nampa, Id. 83651 repaired my Lincoln MKX after I was hit by another vehicle.The customer service was excellent and the employees were very friendly. The repairs were done in a timely fashion and actually completed one day early and the car looked like new. It has a warranty as long as I own the car. Abra as a whole does a good job with the work. However they are in desperate need of better communication with their customers about the work being done and the work you want done. (Short version) ... They did not give the 24 notice for work completion they claimed and when asked about that, blamed me and even tried to shame me for coming to them anyway. ... (Long version)I was charged an extra day for my rental car because they did not set proper timelines with me. When I offered my story about the lack of communication and the fact that I was actually left without a vehicle for over 24 hours, they were quick to tell me they did all that was required of them. I never got to the point where I asked for compensation for the extra rental fees or the fact that I was left at work struggling to find a ride to and from work and Abra. They just kept reminding me that they had in fact called me to tell me my car was done and they needed room. They also closed the insurance work order without informing me ...In fact they knew two days prior that they were closing it and never told me. When I asked they said that wasnt them, but my insurance company and the rental car team both separately confirmed that they were aware of the work end dates two days prior. When I advise Abra of this they were quick to blame the systems for that (having had this conversation before I assume) and reminded me that they only require 24 hours notice to the customer...thats Funny cause they called me the same day they closed the order, Not 24 hours before. After I paid my full price to Abra and got my keys, one of the persons inside came out to my car and attempted to remind me that I was the one who showed up unannounced to them. Which was really cute considering I had an appointment with them that I made a week prior to ever showing up and that appointment was in their books when I showed up. Im sorry for the novel here, but Im quite certain I am not the only person who has ran into this since they were really quick with reasons why I was wrong and no apologies. Not good Abra...Not good. On top of all this, I r had to reach out to my insurance company so that I could have a second party look at the work done because I dont trust they did all of the work needed, Ill update when I know.

They treated me with great respect the entire time and kept me informed when the parts were delayed. I am a 49 year member of USAA. This is a USAA approved facility. I went in for an estimate. Sign on door states No Appointments Necessary. The guy at the front desk would not do an estimate without an appointment. I was REFUSED SERVICE. I pointed out the sign on the door. He would not address it. Ignored me. Absolutely obtuse. I left very angry.If you are USAA INSURED AVOID THIS PLACE.
