I was told at the beginning that they could have my car done in a day maybe two ended up being a week because they cannot communicate within their shop. After getting the car back the body panel still didnt line up. I had a really good experience with the Boise location but I would not recommend this location.

I’ve been looking for a place to have my daughter’s car fixed. First, I went to the place I’ve used in the past and asked for an estimate. And was shocked 😳 to find out how much it would cost to repair. I even ask if they could repair one of the damage instead of replacing the two parts and the estimator told me NO because it’s not repairable. I left the place feeling upset. It took a week for my husband and I to decide if we have it fix since we don’t want to use our insurance company in fear of premium cost to go up. One day, on my way home from work I heard this commercial on radio about first choice coalitions repair and decided to take my daughter’s car for one final estimate. When David, came back after gathering all the info and told me how much would cost us. To my surprise, it cost half of the estimated price from the other company.All because the one part I asked if they could repair instead of replacing it and was told ITS NOT repairable was wrong. David explains to me that the other company probably just want to replace the whole thing and maybe thinking, because Im a woman I’m probably clueless. Needless to say my over all experience was above and beyond and very happy with David’s honesty and listen to my concerns. I highly recommend FIRST CHOICE COALITIONS REPAIR to anyone they’re great!

It would be 1 star if everyone I dealt with wasnt so amazing. But the actual paint work was horrible, along with the assembly. The orange peal in the paint is some of the worse I have ever seen and doesnt match even closely to OEM. Also the body panels arent aligned properly. I could deal with the panels but the orange peal is so noticeably bad I cant stand it.

The whole process with Chase was wonderful. He kept me updated on what was going on and gave me adequate notice my car was ready. When I took my car in it was so dirty inside and out hadn’t had time to clean it. When I picked up my car, the repairs he did were flawless and looked so good. My car was also cleaner than when I brought it in, inside and out. Thank you for such a great experience!

These guys did a nice job at fixing my vehicle, first and foremost. But, they also did a great job of communicating status to me through phone and text messaging. They fixed the vehicle correctly and offer a guarantee. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company also. They even did a great job of cleaning and detailing the vehicle for me when they finished. The work was fast too!

Well I used first choice for the first time, I normally go to another place, but I choose First Choice this time. First Choice Collision Repairs friendly service gave multiple calls updating me on my cars status. New painting matches original color perfectly. Service was completed well ahead of schedule. Companys policy on matching refurbished parts price to new manufactured part was great to hear.

Everyone over the phone was very helpful and knowledgeable but when it came down to going into the shop, well lets just say their customer service was not as pleasant. They fixed the vehicle just fine and kept me updated, so that they did well. My only criticism would be to have better customer service face to face.

I was really happy with my experience at First Choice. They called and updated me often, explained things clearly, and overall made the process simple and straightforward. My car also looks brand new! Highly recommend.

Seriously fantastic!I was traveling through the state and had a minor mishap with my car. I checked my Lincoln App and First Choice was well ...oddly enough the first choice!I called and spoke with William. He was kind and patient with me while I explained the situation.He asked me to come in so they could evaluate. He checked it out and ran the numbers. I was pleasantly surprised and told him to do it.I had a fairly tight timeframe but the team did an absolutely fabulous job.So pleased with the results, the care and the customer service.This really should be your First Choice 😉...I am glad it was mine.

Horrible! They have been fixing my moms car for 7 weeks now. It has been in the shop over 3 times and they still couldnt get the Alignment done. I finally took it to another shop and they did the Alignment on the first try. I would not recommend this Repair Shop if you want to save yourself a lot of headaches and frustration.

Second time I have chose to use First Choice Collison in Nampa! Again, very happy with the service! Got my truck in within in one day of my estimate and job completed in 2.5 days! My truck came out clean, repairs were well done & they stayed in communication with me the entire time. I will definitely use them again if needed!

I have had three vehicles fixed at the location on Garrity. The first two were great and quality work. That also was when that was the only location. The last vehicle I had to take the truck back two times after I picked it up for wiring harness not routed correctly, mud flap falling off, and the fender flare separating from the truck body. It’s hard to find the time to keep taking it back when you work the same hours as their back business hours, so I had to take time off work to take it in. It’s too bad because they were my go to body shop and I recommended them to several friends. I really liked and appreciated the service the first two times, now it has become a hassle to keep taking it back.

I got my vehicle back on time and they explained what was going on with it when they had to order parts. They were professional and washed my cat for me. Thank you, first collision.

First Choice did such a great job and William always kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle. I would definitely recommend them.

I have been here with vehicles twice. Both times, they mostly did good work, but made errors on the really, really basic stuff.The first time, they repaired a minivan that had been backed into another vehicle. When they were done, the damage from the accident was expertly repaired and looked like new, but the battery terminals (which were removed for safety during the repair) had not been properly retightened and came loose on the drive home.The second time, they replaced the driver side mirror and window that had been destroyed by hitting an owl. Again, the repair looked great and functioned like new when they were done with it. However, a year later the screws securing the new window to the regulator came out (so the window would not roll up) because they had not been tightened properly. Luckily, the other auto body shop that i took it to put it back together for free.All in all, the technical side is great at first choice. However, if you cannot properly tighten a screw, you get 3 stars instead of 5.

Very quick service. I dropped my car off Monday morning and it was done Tuesday afternoon. They did a thorough inspection and fixed all issues (including ones not originally identified by the appraiser). Upon pick up my car was clean, an explanation of the work done was presented to me, and all of my questions were answered. I would definitely recommend them.

After owning my brand new Nissan Titan for two days I was in an accident and brought my truck to First Choice Collision in Nampa Idaho. The part that I loved was the customer service. They called me daily with updates sometimes twice in a day. Kept me in the loop for the 12 days they were working on it along with the daily text messages. They were all very friendly and the truck looks brand new. I would highly recommend them. Hopefully I will not need to use there services again......But if I do they well be my go to from here on out. Great job guys.

We had some small parking lot dings to repair on a car with otherwise good paint and appearance. I ask particular questions about process and extent of work as a rule and since the car does look really good for 14 years old. David, the rep helping us, stepped up and offered to get answers, and Wally, the Operations Manager, had answers, and remembered my other car from a repair 3 1/2 years earlier. That all just speaks to customer service--the paint repair was excellent, too.

This is a family owned, professionally ran body shop. We, unfortunately, have had several incidents over the years, but fortunately, First Choice was there for us. They gave us a free loaner vehicle, were very polite to us throughout the entire process, and they are owned by followers of Jesus Christ. We could not ask for more! Highly recommended!!!

I just picked up my 2008 Hyundai from the shop today and the work is amazing. I had 5 different small items to be repaired and the total came back $400 less than the estimate and on the due date. I would use them again if needed and highly recommend them to anyone needing auto body repair and painting done.

Picked up our car and it didn’t start well and was brushed aside as a battery issue. Had our paperwork in order by 3pm the day of the accident and car was shipped to Nampa location with immediate availability to find out that was not true. After claiming it would be done on a Wednesday, a magical scratch appeared after and made it unavailable to pick up until 430 on a Friday. Not sure what the point of rushing the repair was with a poor result since it was still ahead of schedule. Naturally, nothing could be done since it was end of day on a Friday and was asked what we would like to do about it. It’s unfortunate that one bad egg can ruin the perception of an entire brand, but based on this experience I would not recommend this company, at least the Nampa location, not much experience with the Boise one. The other disappointing things to experience is the attitude towards women by car companies with this company in particular. Our point of contact in Nampa made it clear that they would prefer to talk to me instead of my wife who has just as much legal right to the car as I do.

Great work. They explained the process and got my 1500 GMC Sierra back to me in no time. Todd and Jenna worked very hard to make bad situation as smooth as it could be. Hope I don’t need collision repair again, if I do, I will be back.

We have had two of our vehicles repaired at First Choise Collision. My wifes car two years ago and more recently my daughters car this past winter. Both times the cars were repaired on time and more importantly it was done correctly. The staff kept us informed and up to date on the repair process, overall a great experience and we would definitely use them again.

Horrible service. Advertised a loaner car, but dont have one available . Cant seem to find a part for the vehicle to deliver it at the promised time. 3 days over due. Still no loaner available . One week later. Still no part and no loaner. 3 more days. Still no part and no loaner. To be continued.2 days later- Car finally finished. Looks good except they forgot to repaint the rear bumper. A new appointment 2 weeks out to finish the job. Still no loaner car available.
