Before I purchased my pickup I took it to Patrick. He put it up on a lift, checked everything to make sure it was mechanically sound and did a road test. As you can see from the pictures the exterior had previously been abused but it was mechanically solid. There was a dent in the bed and the frame from a fifth wheel trailer. Patrick removed the dents and matched the paint perfectly (the color is Kodiak Brown, not an easy typical color). He removed the hitch for me and took it to a different location to get the spray in bed liner. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the results. Thank you Perfect Fit Auto Body and especially Patrick for making my truck beautiful!! You really are an artist and a perfectionist!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I wanted to have some aftermarket shocks installed on my 3/4 ton truck for a smoother ride when Im not towing the camper. I bought some nice 9 stage Monroe shock and they said they would install them for $148. Sounds like a great bargain, so it was a deal! It took all day for me to get my truck back, but for the price I wasnt concerned because it was such a bargain! My ride home felt the same way it always does and my thought was Its just the way a heavy duty truck rides & Ill just deal with it. About a month later I was talking to a co-worker (retired mechanic with the same truck) about the bumpy ride & he informed me it should be smooth riding. We went out and looked to find factory re-placement shocks, not the bright yellow expensive ones I brought in. Too late now to get that fixed, but be warned to check their work if you have them do some after market install! I should have crawled under when I pick up the truck.

We spend roughly 15k a month on fleet maintenance and our experience with Perfect Fit has by far been the worst we’ve ever had. The locking mechanism on one of our vans wasn’t working and we decided to give Perfect Fit a try. He assured us that the door would be taken care of, and we trusted the word of this supposed professional. When we retrieved our van after being informed that the work was complete, the van was in terrible shape; sputtering and with multiple warning lights on. We then took the van to one of our regular guys, and were informed that the electrical was incredibly messed up due to the “work” Perfect Fit performed, and to top it off, the locking mechanism wasn’t even fixed! $609 later, our van finally has a functional locking mechanism, and runs properly again. We informed Perfect Fit of the issues we encountered after they “fixed” the van, and they informed us that they’d send an invoice for the parts only, which we were more than happy to take a look at, but that invoice never arrived. Now, 2 months later they’re suing us for the entire cost of the job: $637.22 plus $71.07 for court fees. So not only did Perfect Fit break our van and fail to send an invoice for the parts only, they now have the audacity to file a small claims suit. Seeing that it will cost our company more to go to court and fight this ridiculous suit, we’re simply paying the $708.29, (please note that our other company fixed the locking mechanism and fixed the issues that Perfect Fit caused for only $609 – so not only did they break our van, they over charged us for the repair they never even made!). Even though we’re settling, we feel the least we can do is to share our experience and firsthand knowledge of Perfect Fit’s incompetence, lack of customer service, and underhanded practices with our community in hopes of saving someone else from the same experience.

I cant recommend these guys enough! Patrick and Fritz are awesome! Excellent work and very reasonable prices.

If they allowed for more stars I would do it. These guys have done everything for me. From an oil change, to a complete engine replacement. They are the most honest and fairly priced mechanic I have ever been too. I cant count how many times I came in thinking there was an issue, and they told me everything was fine. Example: I thought my brakes needed changing. After they took a look thy told me they still had some life left and didnt need to be changed. What mechanic does that? Most would have just changed the brakes and took the money, but NOT them.A+++++ BEST place to take your car.

I have had various vehicles repaired at this shop. These guys are always more than fair with their pricing. They stand behind their work 110%. They are courteous, professional, and explain what needs done in laymans terms. They never try to sell me a repair I do not need at the time, but let me know what issues I may want to consider, so that I am aware of them. I am totally loyal to this awesome shop and highly recommend them if you are needing work done on your vehicle!
