I had what was like a pretty easy 2-3 hour job (their words not mine) to get my quarter panel straightened out in which they seemed confident in doing so with their paint less dent removal options. I told them multiple times I would pay more for the work i just wanted it straight. 3 days and 300$ later my quarter panel looks exactly the same as when i dropped it off appearance wise. Not only that I had to pay an additional 300$ to fix the damage they did to my NEW custom hydraulic suspension system. (Yes I’m positive the damage was done by them). i contacted them immediately after picking my car up and was told to bring it back in but was promised a call back from the owner after I informed them I was unable to bring it back in until I had the damage they did to the hydraulic suspension system. I have yet to receive a call back and have called them multiple times only to be told he is busy. There has been no solution to date and this instance occurred 3 weeks ago. I trusted this company with my valuable classic car and even initially thought about having them do a complete restoration paint job on the car… that will not be happening.

Paint looks good. Cant hang a door. Panel gaps off even after dropping it off a second time. Body lines are nice, but gaps are off. Real bummer.

Karcher Auto Body did such a fantastic job on repairing my car after I was rear ended. The car looks and drives great. They even went above and beyond and helped me solve a problem with my vehicle that was likely unrelated (at no cost to me or the insurance company). In particular Destiny was wonderful to work with, but really, everyone was great. If you find yourself in need of bodywork, I hope you will consider Karcher Auto Body, I dont think you will be disappointed.

Im posting the second half of my experience with Karcher, and in particular, Izzy (Ismet). As I wrote in my last review (on my personal account), my brother in law and I decided to rebuild a wreck to save some money in buying me a new car. In short, not many shops were interested in helping us with this project. Izzy and Karcher were, and they helped us out in two stages. First, they did the frame repair work (see image where engine is covered in plastic sheeting) which was excellent. Then, after my brother-in-law and I got all parts and panels back on the car, we took it to Karcher for finishing touches and paint. Izzy even helped me get the SRS airbag system back up and running. I couldnt be happier with the results. Whats more, I appreciate the honest and transparent nature with which Karcher conducts business. This was a rewarding project for my family. Like I said in my other review, well be bringing any and all future projects to Karcher first. Thanks guys!

Very friendly and helpful shop. Our car has had troubles since hitting a curb a few months ago. They had it fixed up quickly, driving as good as new. Wish we would have contacted them sooner!

The wonderful experience I had with Destiny, and the Auto body group, was really terrific. They took a good amount of valuable time to show and explain my cars body crash issues. They are honest and I am so glad they were referred to me.

My brother-in-law and I decided to rebuild a salvage vehicle that had been in a front-end collision. There was significant damage to both front unirails. I spent days calling and visiting every auto body shop and any mechanic with a frame machine in Treasure Valley -- none of them were enthusiastic about helping me, and most of them quoted me ridiculously expensive prices for frame work that I knew could be done for less.I sent a few pictures of the wreck to Karcher and described my situation. Ismet, or Izzy as everyone calls him, reached out to me within minutes. The next day he drove out to my house in Boise on his lunch break to look it over and give me a quote (and some helpful advice).Izzys quote was fair. It was affordable. He generated multiple quotes starting with basic, frame-work only to frame work and parts rebuild to frame work, parts rebuild, and paint. Izzy and Karchers quotes were far more affordable than any other shop in the area.Ultimately, I decided to go with frame work only to make the rebuild more economical for myself. Most businesses would have showed frustration with my decision and carried out the obligation without any extra enthusiasm. But Izzy and Karcher arent most businesses. Izzy met me ON A SATURDAY MORNING to drop off, one by one, my rebuild car and my parts car junker. He and his team helped me push them around and load and unload them. He and his team did this without me asking.Theres more. Izzys frame work was INCREDIBLE. Were talking about completely crushed, kinked, and torn front frame rails, bent fender mounts, and more. When I got the car back, aside from it lacking panels, you could hardly even tell it had been in a wreck.Im still rebuilding the car (there are lots of little things that Izzy and Karcher could have made easier for me if I had a bigger budget), but it will be done soon and it was a great experience. That said, I would be stuck holding the bag if it werent for Izzy and Karcher. They did the hardest part of this rebuild. Thanks Izzy and team! Well be back, and well send anyone needing body work your way in the future.

My wifes car had some damage on the front bumper cover, so we called Jeff to see when we could get in to get her car looked at. Jeff was very accommodating and scheduling was fast and easy. They managed to reclip the front bumper cover and buff out all of the damage, now the car looks as good as new. It was very appreciated that Jeff suggested this approach versus a more expensive complete removal and paint. Karcher Auto Body looks out for their customers and provides quality services for prices that are fair. I highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience at Karcher auto body. One of the co-owners came down on a Sunday, a day the shop was not open to have my car pulled into shop due to having a Monday through Friday job. Very courteous and estimated right on the spot. Very fair prices. My car looks new and beautiful again! I had a hit and run on my 2013 c250 Mercedes. The whole front bumper, grill . Side fenders and my hood was damaged. I was so sad that on the outside the damage looked not so bad but the inside was a mess. I couldn’t thank Eric and Jeff at Karcher Auto Body for all there patience with me and me checking in so often and them reassuring me they would get it back to the way it was. And they did!!! Was it fast.. well no but I learned in this process Of all this that getting things done quick means the job will not get done right and it being 2 weeks without my car was hard but I gotta say I got it back better than it was before it was even wrecked. Thank you guys so much for your patience understanding and communication! I will definitely (hopefully not under these circumstances) go to them again for business and would highly recommend them as well!!!!

My first experience with Karcher Auto Body has been nothing but excellent. They have been very friendly and personable through the entire process. I am pleased with the workmanship as well as the speed of service. My truck was finished several days before the estimated completion date. IZZY figured out ways to fix the mechanical damage to my car w/o spending the $2,500 that the dealer quoted.... I paid $175 and it was done in 1/2 hour and was perfect! Problems solved. I rarely write reviews but Karcher Auto Body is way more impressive than any auto shop I have ever done business with. Izzy and Jeff understand what customer service means. They communicate and care that the customer gets the best value for $ spent. I had them repair major front end damage on a late model Toyota 4runner. Excellent work mechanical, suspension, frame and paint looks like new. Definitely would go to them again.

A buddy of mine had a bunch of Idaho pen striping on his truck and a couple of dents, the truck needed some help. The next time I seen his truck I was impressed with what Karcher Auto Body could do. Highly recommend this place. I brought my car in and it needed a part I crunched on a medium. The went above and beyond, found a replacement piece which saved me a couple hundred dollars. So honest and a pleasure to do business with. I shopped around for estimates and they were the only ones that offered to find used replacement piece. They sanded it and painted it, looks brand new!!!

I first went because my car got damaged at a local car wash and it was taken care of promptly. I was so impressed that I took another vehicle there that I wanted taken care of and couldnt of been happier with my decision.

Great Experience with this Body Shop. Very friendly and customer oriented folks here who provide Great Service and Reasonable pricing for quality workmanship.I need an outside mirror replaced on my GMC truck. I purchased a replacement on-line and asked them to change it out. An appointment was made and I was on time. The job was accomplished in about 45 minutes and was perfectly accomplished.I highly recommend these folks for any Auto Body work. You wont find a more friendly and reasonably priced shop anywhere.

This year, I unfortunately had two episodes where my truck body was damaged in an accident and vandalism. Karcher Auto Body did an excellent job of restoring my truck to its original state and worked well with my insurance Geico. They also will give you good low budget options if you are paying cash and just need to get things working again. Very flexible. I have used one of the owners for multiple cars over the years and he has always done an excellent job. Now he has his own business. Both owners have lots of experience and are kind and customer service orientated. They even have tried to help me solve car problems unrelated to the job. I highly recommend Karcher Auto Body!

I was referred to this shop by a friend following a little fender bender that required a new fender being painted and put on in place of the old one. I learned that the process is more than getting a new white fender or painting the new fender white and that this shop has a technique where they blend the new paint to match the paint on the rest of the car so it isnt obvious this is a new part. I was told this is a time-consuming process and the owner was very conscious of my time and offered to take my gas cover so that they can use that to match the paint instead of holding onto my car for the whole process. Within a week they had called me to let me know that they had ordered my new part, received it, and completed all the work that needed done and just needed me to bring by my car for the installation. I didnt need to make an appointment, I just showed up when it was best for me. Within an hour and a half installation was complete! As someone who would notice, and be bothered, if there was a difference in the color but there wasnt! It looks like it did when I drove it off the lot. I appreciate the efficiency of this shop, their professionalism, and how considerate they were of my time (especially since its finals week). Definitely would recommend these guys.

The best experience Ive had with ANY business. These guys are all about quality. My truck was in for a replacement headlight and bumper. The truck was dirty, inside and out, from hunting the week before. Along with the exterior fixes, the interior was spotless. These guys are worth more than theyre charging.

I took my car to this Store for body damage cost estimate and they told me that the all damage costs $2800 and then I filed the claim to my insurance which is Safeco insurance company they told me that they changed there cost Estimation 1800 including deductible Unprofessionalism and fake people. I don’t recommend anyone to go to store.

I used them when the car wash broke my mirrors off my hummer. They did everything with the car wash though their insurance. .all I did was bring them my car and they put on a new mirror and buffed out the dents and billed the insurance through the car wash.Well today my daughter dropped her phone between the seat on floor in my car. It was stuck and we tried for an hour to get it out. Finally I just drove to their shop..asked if they could get it unstuck. .it took a few tries but they retrieved it and there was no damage to her phone.Thank you Karcher Auto Body..it was truly appreciated!

When it comes to my vechicles, I am extremely detailed. When we had a bicycle fall into the door of our new Subaru, i was sick. I dredded the day of dealing with an auto body shop. (Due to the fact that I have never been impressed with the work that I have seen come from a body shop.)So I began the process of calling and visiting multiple body shops from Boise, to Eagle, to Garden City. And Nampa.Karcher Auto Body, was hands down, head and shoulders above the competion. Superior customer service.The work that was completed meet my expectations, after combing through all the work completed with a fine tooth comb. I was only able to find a tiny scratch on the interior door panel.By far the most impressed I have been with a body shop.I will recommend them to everyone.
