They even polished out those faded headlights. Wow ! It looked brand new.

I gave them the chance to fix it before writing this. Not at all happy about the work done on my vehicle. I took it back because of the dust under the clear coat, door not sealing, visible sanding marks under the paint, runs, poor or total lack of prep, and the door panel liners hanging out. The owner asked “if they were to cut and buff it, would I be happy”. Seriously? They repainted it and now there’s solvent pops and white polish residue in every seam. Horrible, unsatisfactory, and lazy work. The pics show some of the flaws I marked with white tape.

What a great experience from the moment I walked into to shop to the final follow up. I was treated with respect, courtesy, and their entire staff were very professional with attention to detail. We had hit a deer with our Honda and needed fairly significant repairs including multiple areas needing paint matched. They took care of insurance including lining up a rental vehicle AND shuttling me too and from the rental car location. The quote for repairs was very competitive with other repair shops and their quality of work was exceptional. If I need auto repair in the future Garrity Auto Body will be my only choice!

This is the best auto shop ever!! Everyone is so kind and helpful! I scraped my car once and they gave me an estimate quickly and painlessly, and they repaired it super quickly and it looked beautiful. When someone ran into my car in a parking lot, I brought my car back to Garrity Autobody and they handled all of the insurance and everything and I had my car fixed within a week! Their work and customer service is 10/10. Rochelle at the front desk is so friendly and helpful! I am hoping I do not need repairs on my car anytime soon, but if I do, I am definitely coming back here!!

This is crystal heath the wife. I had always gone to the dealer to get my car fixed. As usual, I made an appointment at the dealers and the day I went to drop off the car, I let them know I didnt want the bumper taken off and painted, just touched up as there was only two little spots to touch up. They said the insurance said it was to be painted so they had to do all of what they insurance said or none at all. The insurance paid me out and I was to pay them, so in my book they should do what I want done with MY car and nothing more. I took my car and left feeling very upset. The same day I stopped in to garrity auto on a good recomendation, and before I left the angels sang again. They are wonderful, very accommodating people there, who do only what you want done to your car and nothing more or less. I was even quoted less and able to fix a few things with the leftover money they saved me that I would not have been able to fix otherwise. They also went the extra mile and sent me of with a nice little loaner car which I would not have had from the dealer. This was 2 days ago. I just stopped in today and my car is already almost fixed. They had told me a little over a week and it will be ready much sooner. Im so happy worth them I choose to pay them today for the work. Ill post under my own name when I get my car back to let you know how it turned out.

They are amazing expecially at a time youre either sad or mad at yourself. They have done an amazing job each time Ive brought a vehicle in and they did it in a timely manner. Ive gone to where the insurance company suggested but after taking the vehicle back twice for them to fix it right, I just take it to Garrity Auto body where they fix it right the first time.

The receptionist Rochelle Williams daughter blocked any contact I had with my son. The reason for this is because she told me she wanted our son to call me by my first name instead of dad which I am the dad. Rochelles daughter mikayla has blocked me on social media and I haven’t been able to speak to my son in a year. If this was such a great business and all about the people then why has the grandmother blocked me and not tell her daughter that lives with her that he needs his dad in his life. I love my son and want to speak with him. Who would want to get there car fixed from a company that has there employees and as a receptionist that excepts the fact that my son will grow up not knowing me in his life. By the way I got my hood painted from this place and have scratches from the clamps they used to hang spray my hood.

They office is very nice and they will work with you, however I felt the work they didnt wasnt done and brought my car back several times. They told me my issues werent related to our situation. Just got the car back from another shop who disagreed and didnt even charge for what I had been asking about.

I’ve been using them over 12 years. I formally did auto body in another state for 14 years. They have been in nampa for decades and pride themselves with quality work. Most the employees have worked there since it opened, and are a tight good family like environment. I understand some jobs slip through the cracks and there will be unsatisfied customers. I found in the auto repair business customers can be hard to manage. Dealing with sub par insurance is a major pain. Customers want triple A job with a F rated insurance like Geico or Progressive. Most people pay no attention to the noises their vehicles make, just drive, put in gas, change oil once in a while. Then....they get in a accident in the right front. Get it fixed, all the sudden they are finally caring how the care sounds....now they have bionic hearing. Returning to say something is wrong, there is a squeak coming from the left rear that is the cause of the accident or the work the shop performed. Ask any shop about this situation, they will all agree. Give Garrity a try, if for some reason your not satisfied talk to the owner who is almost always there and give them a ligitament chance to solve your problem.

Quick service and best painters

If I could give no stars, I would. They billed the insurance company for work that wasnt required or done and when I got the car back the first time there was a loud grinding noise. When I took it back, they said that I needed new tires and the noise would go away. After getting new tires the problem was still there so I took it to another shop. To say they were incompetent would be an understatement.

Terrible work in 2010, hopefully the service has changed, paint should never bubble where bondo is placed * fresh bondo * and it cost 150.00...it was 2 dings the size of a few quarters combined may behalf an inch deep...if i would of known that i would saved the 150.00 and used that to my NEW restoration car im working on and got half my stainless train ( 100.00 quarter trim, 50.00 door trim )...i learned the hard way

Go somewhere else .. Dont waste you time with this place .. Really not professional.... They dont do there job right the first time ... And went back .. And said ..bla bla bla ... So I just left with the car didnt want more damage done . door does not close like before . window Is a bit loose not like the rest and I was told thats how it is on this car. Ok ..
