I like this store, mainly because the girls who work here are really nice and respectful. I will say that purchasing from Cosmoprof through a salesman is never a good idea. They screw up the orders, send shipments with missing items...overcharge you, demand you send back items that they mistakenly send you...it goes on and on. But this store is great. The store is clean and organized and the people working there are fantastic. Buy from the brick and mortar establishment and avoid ordering from the warehouse unless you want a headache and poor customer service.

I always love how helpful the staff are, I usually go to the Meridian store, so when I got turned around here the staff were great about pointing me in the right direction. Always a great experience.

Small, clean and organized, they always have things you cant find anywhere else! Great place for licensed professionals and fabulous staff!! I just wish that they werent always out of (it seems like everything) for such extended periods of time when I really need it!

Not much to choose from during this time. No fault to the workers but at least I found something worth buying.

This is a store to buy cosmetic items. However, you must have a cosmotology license in order to purchase anything here. They have large size items like shampoos and conditioners. They also have professional grade things like clippers and curling irons.

They have great customer service.

Google hours are different than actual hours. I literally drove from Boise because I needed something just to get here and its closed. Thats half my gas tank.

Excellent customer service and knowledgeable employees.

Nothing but problems from the ladies that work there. Bunch of crunty, nose in the air rude workers. I would take your money to the other locations if possible. Everytime I go in they are rude and no one is willing to help you with questions, impossible to have someone run in for you(with your information) and get you products in a pinch and refunds are terrible and a joke.
