Staff is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

I was super impressed with the customer service I experienced yesterday from Liz! She really listened to what I was looking for, asked me questions to better understand what products to suggest, and in the end she fixed me up with two amazing products that I probably wouldn’t have picked without her guidance! She was also able to color match me perfectly, even though sampling products is not allowed currently. Definitely the best makeup shopping assistance I’ve ever had! Thank you Liz!The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because a lot of the higher end/more expensive brands of makeup are not available at this store, only at the bigger stores.

Great price and experience in photo shop

Fantastic customer service. I am not very makeup savvy and was a bit overwhelmed coming in, but Ariel immediately started guiding me and helping me to figure out what products would be best for me. She wasnt pushy and was sure to listen to my concerns and needs. I had a very pleasant experience overall and feel that I learned a lot about products that make me feel beautiful.

We checked in on my daughters birthday for her loyalty rewards gift and so she could get a cranberry eyeshadow. We made the purchase and she looked her up and called her by name. When we got the kids loaded into the car in the rain and looked into the bag there was NO LOYALTY GIFT!! I had even taken the kids out of the area so that the sale could be made in quiet. We were the only ones in the store except for the employees. There was no reason for this over site baby a store manager.

Trinity did an excellent job with helping me find quality products to cover my facial psoriasis. I was nervous going in because some people dont understand what psoriasis is, but my blemishes didnt phase her at all. She knew exactly what products would work for me and took the time explaining the steps she was taking as she applied them to my face. Also, the store was busy at the time and I didnt feel rushed at all. She really put me at ease. Ill definitely be making more trips to this location.

The women working at this location are always so sweet and so helpful. The old management was awesome and so is the new management. Love love love this location 🙂💖

Very nice staff, as others have mentioned its worth the extra drive for those of us that are closer to the Boise one. Excellent service :)

This location was well stocked with my favorite mac lipstick shades and my hard to find Fenty foundation color. They were nice and hepful. Im so glad I didnt have to drive all the way to boise

The best Sephora Ive gone to ever ! The staff is so nice and they value the customers ! If anything come here you dont be disdapointed!!

Web site promotes facials, but Idaho stores dont offer it. Once there the staff was very helpful, quick, not pushy, and offered Animal kind products.

The Nampa Sephora is always so helpful. I got help from a few gals there, all were great. They listened, and helped me. I wish the Boise ones were as helpful because Boise is closer to me, but Ill make the extra drive out to nampa from now on because Nampa Sephora pretty much rocks.

If I could give it a 0 I would I went in to look for some stuff that I needed I walked around looking for it and then the lady came up to me and she seemed rude about it when she asked us if we needed help I told her I was just looking around she left and then just kept following me around like if I was going to steal something then I was looking at some makeup and she came up to me all rude and was telling me I couldn’t use the tester like that she was being so rude about it too but in the other Sephora they said it was okay I was going to get something but with how I was getting treated I decided to leave and shop somewhere else
