Lovely ladies always ready and happy to help and suggest fragrances based on my tastes. I have asthma so Ive always asked for fragrance recommendations that are on the lighter side and theyve pulled through!!!

This store is one of my favorites. I really appreciate that they are helpful and friendly. They do not make me feel unwanted, because I choose to not wear a mask. Wish more businesses were doing that! Thank you!

I must admit. I love the wallflowers! I love the sales. And the hand soap, I wash my hands a lot and love the fragrance. And for these 2 products alone they get 5 stars.

I LOVE bath and body works! They have AMAZING products and their candles smell amazing! They are expensive if you dont buy during sales, but I love this store.

This whole mall has a depressing vibe and look to it. But as soon as you walk into bath and body works the delicious smelling chemicals and scents of the items meticulously put together by small asian children in a third world country hit your nose and youre finally happy again. But then you walk out back into the depressing darkness of the vacant walkway

Love this store, addicted to scents of lotions, candles, hand soap...pretty much the whole store. Love the seasonal scents as well. Hate when they run out of your favorites. Warm vanilla sugar is favorite year round scent

I would normally give this a 5 but with how I felt, while shopping with my 6 year old, Im not sure Ill return here. First thing, we were greeted, very friendly woman. I had a bag and started to put my wallet, key and phone in the bag. My phone dropped and the screen protector broke so I spent maybe 2 minutes give or take, taking that off, while my son is smelling a perfume bottle. Yes, Im still watching him. The lady comes around and asks if were doing ok, mind you I havent even made it past the first display case. So after I fix my phone I continue on in the store, and I swear, everywhere I went, the lady made sure she was within 2ft of my son and I and had the ability to see our every move. I felt like we were being watched closely. I was asked at least 6 times in the short rushed 10 minutes I was in the store, if I needed any help. My kid didnt pocket anything and if he would have you bet your bottom dollar I will handle it. I also paid for everything I picked out. Just felt a little hovered.

Prices always go up but they smell wonderful

Everyone at the Karcher mall location are very friendly and helpful. Always a smile on there faces. Wife loves the soaps and body washes. Weekly deals always changing sign up and get coupons in the mail.

Was very nice. Had everything we were looking for. The stores in meridian & boise were out of everything we were looking for. The service was really good.

Great selection of scented candles and wallflower fragrances and great values when the items are on sale which is pretty much always! Customer Service at this location is an amazing balance of helping the customer with suggestions and not hovering over you making you feel pressured.
