Was told right around closing time that the car I was interested was available and that they would be available tomorrow to check it out. I checked the listing 4 times well after 5 to make sure it was still listed. Went and got a loan and planned to come buy it first thing in the morning but they sold it sometime after closing time I guess cause its gone now. No communication at all. Really shady and disappointing.

Well we told them we were going to buy the car be there on Wednesday to pick it up. And they sold it! I understand that we live just 3 hours away. But still to me that is poor poor customer service experience.when they say sure sounds good! They sale car right from under you! I was willing to give them chance besides all the bad reviews I read but no wonder they are rated so poorly!

Looked around everywhere. Everyone wanted above blue book for the suv I was looking for. They actually had something below blue book that I’m very happy with.

Id give negative stars if I could. I recently got evacuated from the Peace Corps and was devastated. A few months before I sold everything to commit 2 years of my life to serve others. So I was absolutley stoked when I thought I had found a reasonably priced car to get me back on my feet. I bought a car from Christian a little over a month ago. I have had many problems with the car since. It constantly shook so I bought it new tires and brakes, costing me $1,000 . I tried to go to work one morning and it wouldnt start. Turns out the timing chain had given out. Itll cost $2,000+ fix. With all work that needs to be put in, its well over double the price I paid. I have tried to reach Christian but he wont respond to my texts or calls

If I could give them 0 stars I would they lied to me an said it was 3,400 then said 3,700 and I you arent aloud to test drive apparently I asked an he said no then bought it only to find out after he said that it runs great an nothing is wrong with it witch Ill put pics up that he did say that there was nothing wrong with it its 2,000 to get it fixed an he still wants me to pay 300 a month on top of trying to fix it the mechanic I took it to said it shouldnt have been on a lot its not okay to drive at any point it could blow up an be done so I dont recomend this place at all they are horrible an I will be seeing them in court for this

This place honestly doesnt even deserve one star. I bought an 03 Honda Civic from them about a month ago and it looked perfectly fine. We asked for all the facts about it and even were shown the Car fax. Perfectly normal. Well come to find out this car had been in a very bad wreck and the body work was so terribly done. It has zip ties holding things together. I found this out when my drivers side window stopped working and I figured if I was getting that fixed I could get me air conditioning fixed as well. Turns out Ill never have air conditioning. So if you want to buy a car from liars go right ahead but its a no from me.

Small car lot suprised they were friendly to me and my husband. He was willing to stay late to wait for us. Didnt end up getting the car but still would recommend this place to my family and friends.

Poor salesmanship. I was told the car had not been wrecked but found out it had been almost totaled at one time which is costing me another two thousand to make the car safe. Wrong VIN number put on paperwork which made more inconvenience. Drivers side window broke after two weeks of ownership and it had been messed with so badly that it cost me almost $400 to fix it just so it would open and close. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!!!

Cheap reliable cars

I have nothing but great things to say about this place, they were able to sell me a car. I just moved from out of state and didnt require a local license or check my credit. The interest is a little higher but its either that or no car for me. I tried to go to other places first but they all wanted to finance me through their financial companies which didnt work out since im new here. I recommend them 100%

Its a bummer they dont do in house payments anymore but I got what I needed in my budget

Found me a good reliable car

They deserve negative 5 stars. I started calling both numbers listed on their website at 10am when they open and recived no response until 3 oclock. They arrived at the lot almost 15 minutes late. The car was fine. We were prepared to buy it despite many suspention issues because it was such a fair price. However the dealer ended the deal for us when all we wanted was to have the car inspected because my husband spotted leaking antifreeze. My husband has rebuilt, and fixed, and tinkered around with engines for six year. Antifreeze is very easy to identify and they said thats not antifreeze you cant have it inspected and if that ends the deal for you then sorry not sorry we know the car will sell Dont bother wasting you time here because thats all it is:a waste of time and money. I have NEVER recived such poor cusomer service in my life.

!!!BMW 325XI!!!Finding a good car at a good price is hard to do. When I saw the BMW 325xi for 5300 I was pretty excited. I got ahold of the salesman and told him that I would like to test drive it and have a pre buy inspection done on it. He was cool with it. During the test drive, I noticed that it pulled to the right. Alignment? Easy fix. Suspension? Another easy fix. At around 50, the wheel would jerk. Warped rotors. Kind of spendy, but fairly easy and quick to fix. I get to my mechanic and he came to the same conclusion. He also found a pretty serious oil leak. You cant see it unless you get under the car and look at the engine block. Easy fix? Possibly. But when I asked the dealership to have diagnostics done on it to determine if it was going to be a serious problem or a quick fix they said they wouldnt. Paying cash and paying in full, you would think that they would want to spend $200 to have an oil dye test run and potentially sell the car. If the leak was serious, i would want it repaired before I bought it. Who wants to buy a money pit? If it wasnt serious, I would try to talk the price down and fix it myself. The lack of confidence that their product is sound and in good condition made me question the Integrity of their establishment. I moved on. If they were confident that their car was in good running condition they would have no problem paying $200 to, in turn, make a few thousand. Especially since they got the car as a trade in. Which they most likely only placed as a $2000 credit toward the other vehicle. Should be a no brainier, right? Apparently not. Stay away from the 325xi unless they are willing to do diagnostics on the oil leak.

Had a great experience here. It kinda sucks theyre not open on friday and saturday but I was able to come in on sunday and buy my car. Not a lot of dealers are open sunday

Christian REFUSED to help in anyway after lemon broke down THE SAME DAY IT WAS BOUGHT. Would NEVER recommend getting a car through 208 Auto if you want good reliable cars.
