Recently went to visit Sam Tanzer again after my first purchase from him was nearly 2 years ago. Had another great experience! Sam is both very personal and professional!! If you want to have a great experience when you’re in the market for a new ride Sam is the man to see! Also had a great experience with Nathan Watson the finance rep. Really appreciated about these two gentlemen was the manner in which they went about their job. Would recommend working with these two to anybody. They definitely know how to take care of their customers! Keep up the good work team Kendall!

They charged me $145 for 3 minutes of labor to check a fuse, which I had to pay to get my SUV back. They lied and said they would replace it for that price, but then they changed their story and said it would cost $368 to replace the fuse (aka relay). It took me about three minutes to replace the $15 fuse by myself on the way home in the parking lot of Oreillys auto parts, with the help of the associate there and a 30 sec youtube video. Go there first. NEVER go here. Their entire business is based on fraud, extortion, etc, and they have the money and the lawyers to get away with these highly illegal and amoral abuses against humanity.
