I’ve been wanting to upgrade my car…This last week we had looked at multiple dealerships and on Thursday I told my husband let’s check out Treasure Valley Subaru! We got there at about 4:45pm and we were there till just before 10pm. We had the best experience with their whole team! Our salesman, Tyson, took really good care of us. He made sure he focused on our wants and needs to get us into the perfect car for our family!!! We were able to test drive multiple vehicles before making our final decision. We were on the fence about one vehicle and Jake came into the picture and asked what other cars we were looking at. He came back with the keys and told us to test drive one more and see what we think. When we got back Jake made it happen with getting a payment in our budget. He looked at everything he could to make it work for us. Our evening wrapped up with the most phenomenal finance guru (as I called him) that I’ve ever encountered. John was so polite and so patient. He made it quick and easy to understand everything we were looking at and signing. As we were getting ready to leave John had our salesman verify the VIN was correct and matched the paperwork. He explained that sometimes things get mixed up. Well…at 9:40pm it happened… and I panicked. I was so excited to be going home with a new car and then when Tyson told us the VIN didn’t match we knew were going to have to come back the next day to get it all straightened out. Tyson and John refused to let that be the case. They both went above and beyond to go back through and get everything fixed and reprinted for us to sign so we could still take our new car home that night! They were both so passionate about taking care of us as customers. Together they got the whole thing corrected and had us on the road by 9:55pm. They had us come back the next day to have our new car washed and the interior detailed for us. There aren’t enough stars to give these guys the rating they deserve! Very helpful with the full service I received. In and out in under couple hours. Adri, helped me figure out why my TPS light had been coming on and a cranking noise from my axles. We came in to look at Crosstreks and get an idea of what wed need to put down and what model we wanted. We werent ready to make a decision that day. Our salesman, Spencer, was extremely kind but brought us in to run credit first thing. He went to check with his manager on something and was told not to run our credit (to our relief.) When I expressed that I just wanted to know price range and see a couple of models the manager looked at me and repeated saying we appreciate you for stopping by, have a nice day. - I had never felt more disrespected at a dealership in my life. It was clear he wanted me to leave. I asked again if I could just see a model after he kept saying have a great day to me so Spencer took us out to see the model I wanted and instead showed us random cars. I never really got to see what I wanted and was clearly urged to leave by the manager. We loved the salesman. But I dont see myself returning to do business here due to the pretentious manager. Unfortunately we didnt get a name for him.

They gave me a good value for my Subaru I traded in and helped me find a car I am IN LOVE WITH.I wanted to give 4 stars but Gino and Tyson deserve the best. Just a tip for improvement- I happened to come in on a day that was busy and they were backed up. I split this process in to two days because the 1st day I was there- I was 2 hours in and still they did not provide any substantial numbers. They assured me the next day would be speedier but that still took 3 1/2 hours. I understand things take time but it was a total of 3 hours before I even saw any numbers. Truthfully, they would earn 5 starts if the whole trade in process wouldn’t have taken a combined 5 1/2 hours. After much patience, I finally started insisting they needed to speed this up and Tyson handled my pushiness with grace and understanding. Gino and Tyson made the experience awesome. As it was not their fault this was taking so long. I am only two weeks in to having my car but I am loving it.

After our initial contact salesman had to leave when a previous appointment showed up, we were introduced to Peter. Despite not being our first guy, (who had made a great first impression,) Peter took on the role and with great sincerity listened to us and eventually found a vehicle that perfectly matched what we were after. It wasn’t a Subaru, and it wasn’t as new as we would have liked, it hadn’t even been conditioned yet, but it had very low miles and all the features we wanted. Then it was up to management and finance. They were horrible and the entire financing experience was one debacle after another, but eventually we were able to stand our ground and get the terms we had originally agreed to. After a minor repair was made, (which took weeks, but so did everything back then, still does,) we took delivery, and have loved the car ever since. One thing to be aware of, if you don’t buy a Subaru, they won’t have your oil filter in stock, and your pre-paid oil change deal will involve a muuuch longer time period than a stop at a jiffy lube would take. Mine took around 90 minutes last time. Which is not to say the parts and service people aren’t awesome, they are. In fact, if it hadn’t been for the shenanigans the finance/management people were into, I’d have given this new dealership 5 stars.

I went to go test drive a used vehicle on the lot, the sales man was super cool but He wouldn’t tell me the price of the vehicle I originally came to look at. I told him I didn’t want my credit ran because of a bad experience at a different dealership and he was understanding of that. I asked a question about another vehicle that was there and they sat me down and wanted me to sign papers before even test driving the vehicle. I had continued to ask for the price on the original vehicle I came to look at and they would only give me a ball park price, not the sticker. After about 30 minutes of going back and fourth trying to get me to sign papers I walked out. Super disappointed, I had high expectations from TV Subaru and left feeling defeated and unmotivated to keep looking into the car market.

Time for kudos! Being relatively new to Nampa, weve had a few occasions to work with TV Subaru. Ben Desman has become my go to in Service and we couldnt be more pleased! Work is done professionally and well. Thanks!

We have never enjoyed the process of buying a new car, the hard sell is very stressful. We were greeted by our salesman, Rowan Sherman, who was so knowledgeable, honest and all around very nice, pleasant man. He did not try to sell us the most expensive car, he showed us what we asked about and answered all our questions. He then demonstrated all the great features of the car we wanted. We met the General Manager, Jacob Rapp, who was so understanding of our need to think it over, no gimmicks just promised they would always be there for questions when we were ready (no stress)! We fell in love with the Subaru Forester, the quality and safety features impressed us. We went back the next morning and bought it, no hassle and no 2nd thoughts. John Carnes was our Finance Manager, the financing was quick and easy thanks to John. We actually had a great time getting to know the friendly, helpful people! We had a trade stored in a storage facility with a dead battery, Rowan went above and beyond by meeting us there early one morning to jump start it and get it to the dealership! We love the dealership, it’s so welcoming and look forward to returning for scheduled maintenance. All I can say is “WOW”! I will stay a Treasure Valley Subaru family member for life! We bought a great Subaru here a few days ago and I can’t help but think how lucky we were to pick this place out of all the options we had. 05/29/21 SaturdayNew Car Purchase Review :I had a great experience purchasing my new Subaru Legacy from Treasure Valley Subaru and especially working with “ JP “ Hartley . Five Star Service .....He was well informed on the Subaru brand and answered all my questions very professionally and thorough. JP also presented ideas that I was not thinking about that made even more sense to purchase a new vehicle . TVS gave me an excellent offer on my trade in ( Subaru Outback ) and the financing was a nice lower % rate. TVS even detailed my new car and filled up the fuel tank !!!!! Upon leaving, my new Subaru was inside a closed glass door waiting garage and the whole TVS team (possible 18 employees ) met JP in this room for a speech from JP re: our earlier conversations about life, myself and JP . I met everyone on the TVS team personally and they all gave me a really nice send off clapping . JP and Treasure Valley Subaru are a first class act who care. My experience went well until I needed to change the day of my down payment by two days. I was directed to the finance team and instead of telling me the truth, they told me to call another company. When I found out that was a lie, they stopped answering and returning my calls. Im done with them and would recommend you try elsewhere.

After going to Larry Millers (Boise) to look for a New Ride and trade-in my Chrystal 300 S, well they did not have what I was looking for, they tried to sell me a used POS at the same price as a new one. So I left not saying anything.. On my way Home (Nampa) on I-84, I seen Treasure Valley Subaru. A Light went off, saying Yeah, I owned a 91 Legacy so, I went home got on my Harley Electra Glide Classic, My Daughter Hopped on, Drove back to T.V. Subaru, Pulled into the Lot, going slow looking to see something I may Like, Nate seen us and darted out to say Hi and asked if he could show me something. I explained what it was Kinda looking for, Nate started to go into High gear. I parked the Harley, Nate showed me a couple of cars, then he showed me the Accent.. that was it.I explained that I needed to come back the next day, Monday. He gave me his card and said he would be in the office at 8:00am sharp. The next morning on the way to T.V.S. he calls informing me he was there. As soon as we pulled into the parking lot Nate went into OVERDRIVE informed me on everything it had, took us out on a road test, came back to the Office sitting at his desk he pointed out all that was going to happen.Time went faster than I was expecting for all that happened.. Next thing we were driving are New Accent home. 2days later Im still shaking my head on all the Bells & Whistles this thing has. Went in on a Tuesday to talk with Ty in service - he got the part ordered on the spot and had me scheduled to have it replaced in under 48 hours.When I showed up for the appointment, my car was in and out (including getting washed for free!) in under an hour. I took my car in for a multi-point inspection in the Express Service lane. They were very professional and had excellent customer service for the express lane. They explained what the mechanics had found in the inspection with clarity and professionalism and patiently answered all of my questions. They also gave me great documentation of the inspection and quotes for service. Definitely quality Subaru service.

Im going to be in the market for a new SUV soon, and Ive been considering the Ascent and wanted to check them out. After looking around for a couple of minutes, I was approached by Sam Weinreb. At first I was reluctant to talk to him due to being sold, but Sam was very professional and welcoming. Instead of selling me on the car, he answered my questions and allowed me to form my own opinion. By far one of the best experiences Ive had. We were looking for a SubaruWilderness, which is hard to find. We were driving around the lot at Treasure Valley Subaru and saw a Wilderness model on the back lot. That is when met a wonderful young man named Tyson. Camario. It was late in the evening on Friday so we came back Saturday to test drive the car. Tyson met us and we took a drive. Tyson knowledge about the car was impressive. He answered all questions completely. We didnt have to play any of the car buying games. It was very upfront and to the point. Worst experience with customer service. I called to ask a question about my Subaru. They ended up transferring me back and forth ten times before I gave up. I’m not sure if they know what they are doing. But, I’m definitely not referring anyone here for business.

I bought my new to me Subaru Outback from Treasure Valley Subaru and the customer service was spot on. The staff were very pleasant with an informative approach. They were not pushy with sales tactics. A few months later I went in for my first oil change and the wait time was less than one minute before I was approach with a kind smile. My tire light had come on that morning and they found a nail in my tire and patched it up for me too. I highly recommend Treasure Valley Subaru for any of your Subaru needs! Thanks guys!

Overall it was fine and we’ve bought two Subarus over the years. However, after spending $27,000+ on a 2018 Forester for our daughters family and got the vehicle home, there was no owners manual. After contacting our salesperson, she texted that we could get one online and they wouldn’t supply one. Spent $64.00 on Amazon for one. Needless to say it soured the entire experience and won’t be going back to the dealer again.Update: They reimbursed me and definitely took care of this issue so ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️For taking care of the issue.

Best Mechanic Advisor Ever! So I may or may not be a world class driver and I may or may have hit a curb a time or two in the last 6 months. Well thanks Ben, not only did he come in and open up early for me, he then pulled some strings like Gapetto to make my three day wait go to just about one day then proceeded to hook it up with the amazing deal! This guy is is a rock star and deserves a raise!

My wife and I shopped for a car here, were approved for financing through the dealer, but could not find a car in our price range. No problem, other than we asked them to reach out to us as more cars became available. I tried contacting them twice afterward, but could not get a response. They dropped us like an Idaho hot potato. Don’t waste your time here. The finance person nor the salesperson wanted to work with us after that first day.

This dealership was nice, but tightened my oil nut SUPER TIGHT after I specifically told them not to tighten it that tight. Dont get your oil change done here, period.
