I have worked with Nampa and this amazing team I have known most of the managers and with Jesus & Raul l. Jesus today fixed my phone I had email push virus and my display color inverted. Jesus not only fixed my iPhone 12 pro max but he sold me new Bluetooth and case and screen protector. Jesus was not pushy he has taken care of me over 8 years he been here. Thank you guys I love my service and experience
Raul Gonzalez in the Nampa, Idaho store spent over 2 hours with me, trying to fix issues on my old phone. When we determined that those issues could not be resolved, he assisted me in the purchase of a new phone. He went above and beyond to make sure the new phone was set up precisely to my wants & needs. He was a pleasure to work with & he provided me with excellent customer service!
Came into store with several messages that appear to be real from At&T creating Havoc with my phone and my personal world. Jesus Sosa not only took the time to reassure and show me what was real and what wasnt but took time to clean out untrue messages that appeared to be by At&T. Kudos to this man who was Pleasant and very helpful and even gave card with personal help if needed down the road. In todays world we dont seem to have very much of that anymore, I cannot thank him enough

An in-home representative gave me all kinds of perks to sign up with AT&T. When I got my first several bills many of the perks were not on there. I was supposed to get $200 back for a phone that I turned in which is $400, my phones were supposed to be free and the first two bills it was credited back to me and then that stopped... Ive went into the store and they told me that someone from in-home services would call oh, they never have. Ive called AT&T and been on hold forever because theyre always having a high volume of callers, but Im stubborn and stayed on hold and the lady said that AT&T cant do anything about it because it was an in-home service person. Still AT&T is who I pay the bill to. So frustrating

Came in today because I ported out from AT&T to metro and my device was not unlocked even doe u paid off the phone. Jesús found out that it was on a hard situation between payoff and port I loved my experience so much I’m leaving for month because I paid for the other service to port back to AT&TJesús thank you again

She showed us the very best phones for us, helped us get some fine discounts, and ever-so-patiently got us set up on our new cell phones. She never pressured us. She answered all our questions. Extremely frustrating. Spoke with customer service on line. Said they completely understood the situation. The best resolution was to make an appointment in store (which she made for us) and they would be able to handle the return/repair no problem. Clear concise notes were on the account. Get to the store only to be told by the gentleman their was nothing he could do to facilitate resolution of the problem. He never even asked the name/phone number to review the account notes. Makes it really hard to resolve the issues with that kind of customer service..
Ive had the worst experience with this store. I ordered 2 phones online and chose the in store pickup. Well, that was the first issue to begin with. I wasnt able to pick up my phones because they were charging more than what I was already charged. My card was ran and I had to wait till they gave me my money back to then go back to the store to have them charge the correct amount. When I showed up there they went to the back with my info and didnt come back out till I asked another representative what was going on. The guy who helped me then came out and asked for my DL and went back to the back. I waited for about 10 mins before he came back out and didnt give me any information on what he was doing. Long story short, I left the store with my phones, no paperwork with any information and when I got home they werent even activated. I will never come back to this store. The only reason I went there was because they were the only ones close that had the phones I ordered. From now on I will stick to the online service or another AT&T store.
Marlen was amazing, I had problems upgrading my phone due to technical difficulties a couple months ago that frustrated me to the point that I didnt even try again until now. She was patient, understanding, and took her time helping getting it sorted out for me when I came in only to find out that what was attempted to fix the problem a couple months ago through the customer care line didnt actually work. I had a great experience working with her, thank you so much!
Don’t try to use at&t phone insurance for broken. Screen repair until you have 4 hours to spare. Took two visits to screen glass repair, one long visit to at&t and two phone calls to use insurance offered by at&t on broken screen
Straight up lied to about how much it was going to be for adding a line. Then theres only a 14 day return policy and they didnt put the charges on the next bill which was only 10 days away they added it to the next months so that I couldnt return. Then they throw their hands up line oh well theres nothing we can do sorry... Basically we gotcha!!! Avoid this store like the plague they will not think twice about screwing you over because theres no repercussions for doing so. Will be cancelling after my contract is up.
I’ve been with at&t for a few years now & I can honestly say Bella had the best customer service I’ve experienced at an AT&T for awhile. I had so many questions & she made me feel so comfortable like I was talking to someone I’ve known for years answered all my questions clarified everything I needed to know I would recommend stopping by and asking for her 10/10

I was a victim of phone fraud. As a result I had to reset my phone to factory settings. I was experiencing difficulty with my email account. As my frustration grew, I reached out to my local AT&T corporate store in Nampa, ID, located in Market Place. I had the pleasure of meeting Brennan, whom was a lifesaver. Brennan was personality plus, with knowledge abounding. Kudos to this location for not only Brennan, but their entire staff. Thanks much for saving my sanity in a very stressful situation.

My name is Guerline Hyppolite I had signed up with AT&T I had a horrible experience when I signed up all the promise they had promised me they were going to do they did not kept their promises. it took me. 3 month to try to get my phone I never did we order another one send it to the wrong address and down the overcharge me because they didn’t explain things like it was supposed to be I was very angry I had my friend to signed up my friend She was angry and disappointed it was at the Franklin Boise exit AT&T store but then I came to the one in Nampa Jesus was very kind and he took good care of me he fix everything all the problems that I had he was ver understand. I definitely give him a5 stars for everything they done for me. I wish we can have more sale representation like him. Everyone at the store took good care of me.

I signed up August 2020 online because of Covid couldn’t go into the stores. There was a promotion going on three phones 150 a month plus if you ported over your numbers you got a $250 gift card and no activation fee signed up got three phones sent an old phone in. Decided we didn’t want to of the new phones well apparently they received the two new phones back after I thought with them for two months but they never received my Old phone so I didn’t get the discount for that. Never received the $250 gift card I paid over 2000 from August to October had to pay a month in advance on my first bill so that bill was over $400. Finally my bill in January and February and March was below 150 I thought I got it all figured out guess what I was wrong get my bill this time $250 dollars. Talk about crooks so I went and paid off the phone that we owed supposedly and will now cancel my service not happy with AT&T customer service sucks just not a good place. Would highly not recommend!

Chris was absolutely AMAZING!!!!! He helped us with some very complicated problems with our phones that our teens caused. He helped us pick put new phones and get our account set up the way we needed it to be!! We were very very happy with AT&T and especially Chris!!!!!!!!

I went and Raul helped me out a lot in fixing my phone. After calling customer service and they not being able to fix the issue, Raul helped me and fixed my phone. Glad I went and raul was able to help help me out.
This store was so patient with me and trying to port over my number from a different carrier. It took longer then expected and Raul was the best at getting all the right people to do the job correctly.

Bianca and the staff at this store have AMAZING customer service! I have extreme anxiety over the mask wearing thing and Bianca treated me so respectfully. I waited in my car while she replaced a screen protector on my phone. I wanted to tip her but she refused the tip and said shes just doing her job. I LOVE this store!

This location was super friendly and helpful. You immediately get greeted as you walk in and everyone looks happy to help with any task at hand. I needed help with my new iPhone and Bella went above and beyond for me! I will definitely be coming back here if more questions arise.
Ive gone to this location for years and not had an issue. Now I know there is a lot going on right now but with the money I pay every month I expect some real service if I need my phone checked out. Being told the guy had no idea and to just Google it or go to the phone manufacturers website and look for help was just plain stupid and lazy. Do you think I havent already been trying that? Need to get some people who can do the job and not waste a customers time.

I went in a few days ago to get a new iPhone because my last one did not want to turn on no matter how hard I tried. When I got there I was greeted and helped by Jesus. He was really nice, helpful, and he somehow managed to turn my phone on which made the iCloud process move quicker. I forgot my iCloud password and he was very nice about helping me get into my iCloud. I’m so happy with my new phone!

Long wait. You are better off going to the other Nampa store unless you have an hour to kill. I have been there twice with a wait longer than 45 minutes just to talk to someone. I drove to the other store and was seen in 5 minutes. They also dont carry cases or screen protectors for all of the phones they sell. The selection is very iPhone heavy with a splash of android.

FANTASTIC Service Every Time !! Jesus in the Nampa Idaho store rebooted my cell phone that looked like it was Toast . He cares about saving me money. He also cares about me and my family ! I am always treated kindly . The associates greet me at the door or open the door if they are available to do so. I have stayed with AT&T for over a decade because of this GREAT customer service !AT&T store in Nampa, Idaho is the BEST !
This store is horrible, my wife and 76 year old father went into upgrade her phone, no one explained anything to them. She was on a 30 month plan, and had her phone for 18 months. They changed her an additional $344 to upgrade, the fine print states.... to trade in a 30 month lease it has to be paid of 80%, who would know? No one told her that, so it cost her $800 for the phone with no trade in value. We realized that the same day after the store was closed. We called online support 2 hours after the purchase was made and they said we needed to go to the store to fix it. The next day, we went to the store. Instead of helping fix this, the manager, George Hernandez, could care less. I have worked retail 30 years and know customers arent always right, but realizing potential issues after two hours and trying to fix them, then going to the store the next day and them not allowing a resolution is horrible. Its not like he could not have solved our issue, instead he acted like he could care less. I will not be an ATT customer anymore.
