From the moment I contacted Central Rent 2 Own to delivery, I was impressed! Dave responded immediately when I sent a message and answered my questions right away. Dave and Jeremy were fun and professional when we went in to the store. The application process was simple. We needed a fast delivery and they scheduled it for the following day. THEN they had a gap in their schedule and called me to ask if they can arrive earlier. Thai and Jerry were great! They communicated every step of the way and were friendly and courteous. This was hands down the best furniture buying experience. Highly recommended. You dont get customer service like this much anymore.

My whole experience was a good one! The person answering the phone (I wish I had her name) was very polite, very knowledgeable and very helpful. Fast and very friendly! My refrigerator broke last minute and I was able to get one for a good price and even got it delivered that same day. The two guys that drives my refrigerator I believe their names were Tye and Jerry were so nice and even helped us by answering any questions on our refrigerator!!

Got my tv delivery on time. Was nice because I had other places to be.Thai and the other gentleman Was very helpful with setting up my tv. Cleaned it for me and asked if I needed any assistance setting up the tv.

I know it sounds like a lie but they literally saved my marriage. :) We got a queen size adjustable bed. It had one adjust on it so if he was lifted I had to be lifted. If he was flat, I had to be flat. for The two weeks that we had the bed we would fight every night about how it was to hard to sleep in the position that the other wanted to sleep. We were able to return the bed and get King size adjustable so that we each could adjust our side of the bed to where was comfortable for us. They were nice and helped us right away. We have rent to owned many things from here and other places as well. Central Rent to Own has been by far the best out of the rest!

These guys are amazing! Im being relocated for work and needed to rent a house full of furniture. I worked initially with Dave Rainey who was super responsive to my myriad of questions. His communication was timely and professional. Even today, he was patient with me in dealing with a last-minute billing issue. The furniture was delivered to the rental home today by Ty and Hugo. What a great pair of guys! They were kind, fun and amiable. They ensured every item was dusted off before they even brought it in the house. They were extremely careful to not cause any damage to the walls or entrances. They had to get creative to maneuver the couch into the living room and they went above the norm to get it in place. They made sure I was completely satisfied with the set up. They attended to every detail! I was so impressed with this whole process and I would highly recommend the Nampa team for your furniture rental needs! Excellent experience!

I have had the run around from several furniture companies so I had my guard up before starting this furniture purchase. Immediately I was treated with respect and they accommodated me. I know, hard to believe. True. I had such a positive experience that I am purchasing 2 more rooms of furniture.

My wife and I were looking for a new mattress as I have spine issues and her back was hurting from our existing bed, but I cant afford a sleep number mattress at 5k so I looked around and found a decent comparison for what we actually needed versus extras not required at sleep number, and although the sleep number is phenomenal, the mattress and base we got here was extraordinary and affordable. Great staff and company to deal with. Matt is great.
