I’m sorry this happened but I just would like to know what was the issue. I came in on the 20th for an interview. Everyone was super nice, this manager was great, we had a great time and great conversation. I honestly thought it went really well, I never received a call like I was told. Instead you decided to ghost me. Everyone is in dire need of employees and those employees now know their worth. If you are an employer that cares you should give people a call back not ghost them after an interview.

I love Staples. There is just something about office supplies that makes me want everything. I love pens, nice fluid writing pens. I go crazy for all the cool office gadgets and things that make life easier to do paperwork and work on the computer easier. I love all the things they come up with for us to use that organize your time on the computer or doing paperwork more fun.

The store was nice and clean. Friendly staff. DISGUSTING BATHROOM! All the porcelain and floor is stained dark. Dried Urine splashes all over the wall and floor .

Was in a rush today to get two sets of postcards printed and shipped and Hailey in the print center was a great help. She helped me tweak my orders to exactly how I needed them. Just wanted to give her a shout out!

I bought a new computer and had Chris move my information from my old computer to my new one. He was very friendly, patient and informative. I had a hard time getting my computer working monitor and all. I took it back several times that day, Chris never once lost patience with me. That day I also worked with Michael and he was also very friendly, helpful and informative.

I went in to purchase three chairs that were on sale but going back to the regular price the next day but you only had one available. Bobby took the time to call the other stores in the valley and found the other two for me. Incredibly kind, helpful and professional. VERY happy with the service.

In the first five minutes of being in the store I got asked if I needed help 3 times. My girlfriend and I were in the store looking for office supplies. During our search we decided we were also in the market for a computer chair. The one we picked was the only one left. Bobby the manager was super helpful and gave us a discount on the chair. They also have a UPS store and I’ll be back to use that. Bobby went the extra mile and helped us load our car. Super friendly and very accommodating. Thanks you very much earned a customer for life.

Amazing. 2 guys (forgot their name)(one red shirt, one white) answered ALL questions about finding a new printer. Was very helpful. Wish I could shop here again but Im a truck driver. Highly recommend this place 100%. Wonderful staff.

We stopped here to print and scan some items. The employee was very helpful and kind. She was patient with us as we worked to figure out how to print the email material. The store was small and there was a long wait for service.

This store did an excellent job at attending to my needs. I went to a competitors store across the freeway for a mobile business printer and waited nearly 25 minutes for service, contacted their customer service desk which they had no one interested in helping me for printers... literally on the mic system they have for employees and got not response...Bueller....Bueller... Took my business across the overpass to Staples and got prompt service as soon as I walked in the store. William and the Manager at hand helped me immensely and chose the best printer for my mobile business needs.

Anita was so helpful & kind with helping us figure out the best way to print invitations. Amazing lady who deserves a raise for her customer service!

The staff was very helpful and listened to what our printing needs were and matched our needs to a affordable printer for our family. They didnt try to put us in something we didnt need just to make a sale. The salesman made sure we had everything we needed before we left.

Ive always liked Staples, but the Nampa Staples did a great job today. An associate, William, took great care of us. He told me all about the warranty on my purchase and gave helpful information and suggestions to make sure I would have access if I needed to make a claim. Thanks William!

I went to Staples to get some pages I needed to have printed! Clean store and extremely helpful & courteous employees! 4 pages of documents cost .65 cents! Cheaper than buying ink for my printer! Definitely worth the time and money!

Seeem like their is an abundance of staff and they are right there to help at all times. Nice group of folks. This is my backup store from the Milwaukee store which is first class.

Arbys has a system design with three different prices for their signature roast beef and roast beef and cheddar sandwiches. I do not like this! You either get a little bit of meat a little bit more meat and then maybe what youre supposed to get in the first place! Three different prices! Now when you buy the two for five what do you got!? You get the smallest version of those two sandwiches if thats what you order so if you order the chicken or fish you actually get more sandwich for your money other than their signature sandwich. So for that no stars.

I love that I can come in and print before the library opens.

Terrible service at the copy and print counter. Bad attitude from the lead person - appeared annoyed with my order to scan 3 brochures and then told me it would take 2 hours. Called me to come get it and it was scanned CROOKED. had to wait to redo. No apology. Then still did a poor job. This is not the first time they have not proofread what they have done before presenting it has a finished product. Save your time and money, Go elsewhere.

Got the help I needed and the floor person answered all my questions in helping me make a decision on a new printer.

I was having issues with my nite pad. Braden took the time to explain what the problem was and that I had nothing to worry about. Everyone was very helpful

Hadnt been into this location in years, but I needed an LED desk lamp today and wasnt willing to wait to have the one in my Amazon cart shipped. I walked in looking for the lamps and couldnt find them at all. I walked the entire perimeter of the store and couldnt find a single desk lamp or associate for that matter. I finally found a tiny section of lamps near bottled water and office snacks which was confusing. I was in the store about 10 minutes, walked the entire perimeter and up and down several aisles. Not a single employee was seen until I went to leave the store. No one even acknowledged me.

I was in looking for a modem. They dont carry any that will hook to century link which is f...ING crazy. Alot if people have it. The think that made me not want to go back there is I was in the store for close to +10 minutes and no one said hello or can I help you find something. Poor customer service

I use the print shop in the Nampa Staples very often. Anita always goes above and beyond to take care of everything I need. She does it quickly and with a smile every time. I ordered a display board and it never made it in time for my event but Anita made sure I would be able to finish my project in time. So she loaned me her store display to use. It worked great and my project went off without a hitch. I highly recommend Anita and the Nampa Staples Print Shop. Try them and you wont be disappointed!

As a server life without a pen is difficult. I have found my favorite pen the bold 1.00 mm black g2 pilot. Staples location is coviently close to my work so I always buy my pens here. Well today on my monthly purchase I noticed they had all pilots except my bold on the racks. The employees there pulled out the tall latter to see if it was stocked higher up, and when it wasnt they continued looking took them in the storage room for the pens. They found them! I purched two packs and with a goofy smile left feeling well cared for. Thank you!

So mad! I went in today because I had to fax some papers. My baby was sleeping in one hand and I was trying to put the papers into the fax machine and the associates ( a blonde working in photo and a girl with a colored ombre) just watched me. I asked them for help and the blonde just told me to put the papers in face down as Im trying to balance my baby and trying to get the papers into the machine without messing them up. Wont be back.

Had absolutely the worst exspeiance. They tried to bait and switch me on a laptop. Management Refused to make it right. Completely rude, unprofessional and unethical. I wont go to any Staples again. Wont recommend and still get angry when I drive by. Stay clear of this clip joint.

They didnt have the ink i needed on the shelf so jose the cashier was very kind and helped me with the ordering kiosk. And will be back in printing business by tue. Thanks staples

Bought a HP printer there. A month later it dies and wont work. Take it back to just exchange it for the same printer and they said I was 2 days past the date they can do an exchange. They said call HP customer service, did that, no one there even speaks English so Im out $199 bucks. Ill shop at Office Depot from now on.

Please tell people that you dont specialize in wide format printing like blueprint shops instead of charging them 10 times more. Thank you

No customer service. I walk in the door Im asked if I need help and then Im left alone to try and figure out where and what I need. On the way out of the store I am asked if I found what I needed, I did not nobody offers to help or fix it I leave the store

The tech department, one man in particular, is not friendly, very pushy, and gave me the worst customer service I’ve ever had with a tech department.

COMPLETELY WORTHLESS CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went to by a printer they said was $69.99, they ended up charging my card $199. I called back...no apology....just bring it back. Will be returning this printer and will travel to Boise.

The woman who works at the copy and shipping is very rude would not take a return package by usps but did take the same lable and type of package four days before, same person and everything just go some place else to ship and my your office supplies to a different store

Worst service i ever had

A few years ago, a manager refused to accept my Staples gift card. I havent been back since. I drove all the way to Ontario where they accepted the gift card.

Very good place The good thing IS that they have very good employees. Friendly and ABOVE ALL they TALK.
