I have been going here for about 3 years now. I find the staff and Dr. Mullins very knowledgeable, efficient and kind. I have never had to wait a long time to get in for appointments. They work with you on adjusting your glasses no matter how many times you need to go back. And if something needs to be sent out to fix, the turn around is fast. I use to go to another eye place and after 3 adjustments they wouldn’t help again. I love Eyecare Associates of Nampa. Thanks to everyone there!!

My son Hayden lost his glasses at school and needed new ones asap. We were able to get in to get a new pair the very next day, and received the glasses within 2 weeks maximum. The only thing I didnt like about this process, was that they did not offer to adjust the glasses. We went to a different eye doctor prior and they spent 30 minutes adjusting the new glasses to my sons face and they fit him perfectly. I ended up having to take my son to that old eye doctor to have them adjust the new pair to his face so he could actually wear them to school. Other than that, great experience overall. Staff was very friendly and very professional and made my son very comfortable throughout the process.

Ive been to 4 or 5 eye doctors in the area over the years, trying to find the right fit and this place is the best. Ive been two times and both were a great experience.Im a super anxious person so I dont like waiting and each time my appointment was right at the scheduled time. I really appreciate that.Not to mention, everyone that works there is really nice and helpful.I think their exam prices are like $10 more than other places. But honestly its worth it.Quick and easy.10 outta 10

I absolutely love this place. The staff are always so friendly and willing to help with whatever you need. I have been seeing Dr. Hagberg for years and cannot imagine seeing another eye doctor, (although Im sure the other doctors there are just as amazing) He is very knowledgeable and treats you like family. Its nice to have a eye doctor who seems to care about my eyes and things that are or might be going on. Pleasant front desk, I didnt sit for over a hour and I did not feel like I had to hurry with the appointment. If I could send you to be treated this way I will stay forever and ever😄 thus place treats me like a real person thanks.

Ive been going here 2 years in a row and I have no complaints at all. The staff is very kind, I scheduled an appointment yesterday and they were very diligent with my request to expedite things up as I had to drive to the airport after my appointment. The service was fast but same great as always.

They are not a big corporation that makes you wear a slave mask. Thats against my Faith. They were professional and informative.

Had a little small eye infection and for the first two appointments charged $90 co-pay each. Was prescribed medicine appropriately. After the second time of having to fork over the money I was told by the receptionist that this appointment being my third is simply a follow up. Oh no they charge me another $90.I was in that office for no more than three minutes just to tell me yes my eye is better which I already knew. I will not be coming back there as they are dollar driven rather than fair practices. I just think this is outrageous

Eyecare Associates of Nampa has taken care of our family with special needs for years. They handle all our medical eye needs as well as our vision correction. Their staff is professional and kind, a great combination. They spend the time with us to help us understand options and let us pick the options that best fit our needs. They are careful with billing and have always worked with our insurances fully so there has been no problems what-so-ever with billing, which is a real blessing. They continue after providing service to care for our needs like ongoing adjusting, repairing, cleaning of our glasses. I must say too, their office is just as lovely as their staff. Please try them if you are looking for a provider to help with eyecare, and you will be rewarded with a great experience.

So I called and made sure my insurance covered my eye exam and they said yes. After getting there they said my insurance didnt cover anything. I then asked if I would get a trial pair of contacts to walk out in and they said yes. After the eye exam and being charged $85 they said they were out of stock and they would call me in a WEEK when they were back in stock. So I walked out with no prescription and no knew contacts after I was already suppose to get a free eye exam and a pair of contacts. I also got no prescription so I cant order any contacts.... And it’s now been 8 days and I still have no new contacts or a prescription.

Very friendly and attentive staff and Doctors. They were very knowledgeable with up to date equipment. They were very efficient and it has been a very pleasant experience. My wife mixed up her appointment times and they were extremely kind and accommodating.

I was pleased with the staff and Dr. Shipman. I selected a frame and when I picked up the finished product they fit perfectly and I can see again!! I do wish they stocked some flashy frames...I like a little bling.

Eyecare Associates of Nampa was a quick and easy way to check off our familys yearly eye exams. The doctors and staff were friendly knowledgeable and made our appts. quick and meaningful. The selections of glasses was also very nice.

I have been a patient with this company for approx. 40 years and have never had a problem with them until now. I went in for my annual exam and renewal of my contacts this last week and had to pay $1,225 out of pocket for my lenses. I have Never had to pay so much for my lenses - even back in the days I had no insurance. I feel like I was completely gouged and am currently thinking I may have to find a new optometrist before my next years annual exam. I normally pay approx. $150 - $200 annually so it was a very deep shock to pay $1,225! When I went online to Acuvue contacts, I could buy the lenses for approx. $80 for a years supply.

Dr Mullins and his staff are friendly and competent. They got our family of five through appointments and glasses easily. The person fitting us for glasses gave great feedback on how the glasses looked. They all seem to really enjoy their jobs.

Best eye doctor I’ve been to ever. I have never been able to wear contacts because it bothered my left eye, one trip and I found out after all these years that the problem could be solved very easily. Would highly recommend.

My three children and I all went in for eye exams. They were able to schedule us all together, and we didnt have to wait weeks for an appointment. They were very thorough. My son had been complaining about wearing his glasses because they gave him a headache. The doctor realized that his prescription was too strong. They have a good selection of glasses, and we all found ones we like and that are comfortable, and the glasses were ready very quickly!

The care provided at the Nampa office is always very genuine.

We were referred to Dr. Hagberg and are so thankful for that referral! He is very personable, efficient, and thorough. He took great care making sure any adjustments to my lenses was comfortable. You can tell he really cares about his patients. We took our daughter for her first optometrist appointment and he listened to her questions and suggestions with genuine interest. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are no hidden costs, and in fact I felt that our appointments were fairly charged. We definitely feel like this is an upstanding practice and are glad to find a local provider to take care of our optical needs!

I had a wonderful experience at this facility. I was amazed at the state of the art equipment. Im a Vet and my Dr wasnt able to see me so I was referred to a civilian office. The facility was very clean and organized. The whole staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. My wife went with me and because they take Medicare, shes scheduling her appointments with them oh....by the way..... The entrants is right off of 2nd St. Enjoy.

My family has been coming here for the last 2 years. We see Dr. Hughes and we HIGHLY this place! They not only take there time with you when doing the initial exams, they make you feel like family. If you have any questions they are always happy to answer them and if they dont know the answer they find someone else who does. They call you if something comes up or if they have questions. They dont rush you when your trying to pick out a pair of glasses. You can practically try on every single pair and they always have a smile on there face! As for Dr. Hughes, we HIGHLY recommend him! He takes his time with you! He explains things to you so you can understand. He truly cares about each and every one of his patients. He honestly goes above and beyond to make sure his patients are taken care of! If we could give 10 stars we would!!!!

I did right a crazy long review. It is just to speak to how bad my experience was at Eyecare Associates Of Nampa. Waited just over 4 months to. Thats how long this went on. I will include what fits. Shows it exceeds character amount. I will include 2 screenshots of it all. Unfortunately this experience shed so much light on how bad this office is.Let me start off by saying I normally dont write reviews. But I had such a horrible experience that I felt obligated to. I have gone to Eyecare associates for at least 3 years. Was always an ok experience. But this past 2020-2021 experience was horrible.I had my annual exam 12-21-2020 for contacts, paid $120. Talking with Dr.Hagberg we decided to go with a better a bit pricier brand Cooper Vision (per his recommendation). It would hopefully work better for my high prescription/astigmatism. I completely agreed! I felt desperate/and 100% wanted to. Anything to have a better contact experience. We ordered my trial/tester pair (due to my prescription they have to be special ordered is what I was told). Completely ok with me! No issues. They took a long time to arrive due to covid was told. Once again, completely ok with me I understood!Finally arrived about 02-15-2021.After a week of testing them out, I went back and paid $494 for 4 boxes (1 year supply, each box being 6 months for each eye).They arrived to my home 03-30-2021. I did not go to use them till 04-06-2021 when I had them packed for a trip out of state. When I opened them to put them on I realized they were 2 different brands. Really confused also pretty certain I remembered leaving off on getting the Cooper Vision brand only, I called their office to ask if what I received was in fact showing as our final decision and what we ordered. They did confirm that NO we originally left off on getting both eyes the same brand. And they werent sure when they/the Dr Im not sure who decided to switch my left eye. 1 without asking/notifying me & 2 to a different brand. I was upset at first but I HONESTLY thought the situation would be made right. Since it was all done without my knowledge permission. So, I asked if we could just order the brand we originally agreed on. That is what we agreed on, I expected, and wanted. Things happen I understand so I was ok with waiting as long as it got fixed. They let me know I could ONLY exchange the 2 boxes that were the wrong brand IF they were unopened. Normally I would understand. But they ordered the wrong brand without asking, without me consenting! AFTER I already paid for the more pricier brand! I had not opened any actual individual contacts. Just the little cardboard box they come in. They said NOPE even if that cardboard box they come in is opened I could not exchange. That their office could not return them. And would lose out on that money. So essentially, they were just forcing their loss on me. I was so frustrated. I wanted to cry. I did not ask for these, yet I was being forced to keep some. I couldnt help but think if I was more demanding/rude I could have gotten them exchanged. My other frustration was they were not even going to tell me they overcharged me then! I paid for a more expensive brand. Along with not telling me of the switch, they werent even going to reach out and refund me the price difference. Because it had been over a month from the original order. So, they knew for some time and could have.Like a push over I gave in and stuck with their only resolution theyd offer. Exchange 1 box. 1 of the 2 boxes that were ordered wrong.After agreeing to their terms, I wanted to discuss my refund. Maria from the office was the one who helped a lot with it all. That same phone call on 04-06-2021 I tried now finding out the exact amounts of the boxes. I was thinking it was ONLY a wrong charge of right brand and wrong brand. No. Come to find out they additionally overcharged me. My right eye had a higher prescription that called for a more complex ( I unfortunately forgot the exact words so I will just say complex) contact sounds like. My left eye (what ended

All or the staff are kind professional and courteous, dr Landon is the best, I have health issues that require extra care for my vision and he is always on top of it. I am also happy that this clinic accepts Medicaid and Medicare, I only wish the eye glasses were more affordable for my budget, but this clinic is so understanding and accommodating that they will give your script so that you can find what’s right for you even if it means eyeglasses from somewhere else. I highly recommend Eyecare associates and I only trust them with my eyes and eyesight !!!

I feel cared for, updated, and confident after each visit to Eyecare Associates. At my age, they continue to update the latest options for caring for the aging process including dry eyes, changes in prescription, and possible glaucoma or cataracts. They continue to update their machines for the latest in technology. Each of the workers present a positive and knowledgeable confidence with caring compassion.

Very knowledgeable Dr spent time educating on the different scans and options for my eye care. Communication with front office staff could have been better not sure if it was the question I was asking or just a chaotic day for them either way I got in same day and feel pleased overall 😊

Ive been going here for a couple of years now and I dont ever want to go anywhere else again. When I was searching for a good eyecare place, I was looking for one that was going to take care of me, and this one had the highest reviews so I gave it a try. I was not disappointed. I was super impressed the first time. The staff was friendly and talked through everything that they were doing. I absolutely love Dr. Hughes. He remembered me from the first time and always asks about my family. My only complaint is that their frames are super expensive.

The staff and doctor were super nice, the office was clean, and my kids really liked it because they had How To Train Your Dragon playing on the TV.
