Put a new faucet in my br that doesnt drip drip drip and the water lines werent long enuf so went 2 my local TV and they had what I needed Awesome!!👍😊

Friendly staff. Very helpful. This place has some hard to find odds and ends. Also has hard to find pool accessories. Their hardware selection is good.

If you drive by this place for the big box store, you have made a mistake. I find prices are in line, sometimes way less, and you dont have to fist fight for a parking spot. They dont have everything, but most things. Ill stop here first always.

Its closer than Walmart to me, if I can spend the extra money I go there as they are more for convenience shopping. Alot of employee turn over. The last one was real friendly.

Everything is 2 to 3 times over markup that youll find from the big stores. But this is a neighborhood store and the value of not dealing with the parking there crowds and then untrained staff of the big guys is why I keep going to this great store.

A majority of the staff here are usually very friendly & knowledgeable.I appreciate it when someone asks if I need help with something.. Good service is hard to find nowadays.Thats a FACT.The prices are quite spendy though.I do u understand that they are much smaller than the hardware titans. BUT, when they are $60 or $70 more than everyone else, its hard to pay that price and support them. I am on a low fixed income.If whatever it is that Im in need of appears to be ridiculously price gouged, I will always bypass the trusty Ace hardware and get my products at a better price.

I prefer True Value over the big box chain hardware store. The customer services is heads and shoulders above the rest, the employees are more knowledgeable and they arent arent afraid to let you know if they dont have the answer, but they will try to find it for you. The inventory is more geared towards local needs and conditions. Im happy with the small town friendly feel and the helpfulness of the employees.

Great little store. Dont get me wrong I like the giant stacked up to rafter stores. But for the accidental fix it guy around here. I have to roll up my sleeve once in a while. The folks at this store are friendly, knowledge and always willing to give me a little extra time to talk me through the problem.

The worst customer service on a Sunday we have ever had. We choice to stop here instead of going to lowes and had the rudest help from a staff person names stephanie. I will go the extra mile and shop lowes or home depot from now on. Good luck keeping customer with her working there.

They were friendly and they were helpful. Needed some washers or bolts for 8-32 drawer pulls. The employee in the section was super helpful and showed us some other washer options.

I went to the true value to exchange a valve and Greg told me to go screw myself he knows the valve is from his store so all of you going to buy something from true value in Nampa or Caldwell remember Greg is a peace Home Depot Lowes is not that much father they have really good customer service I cannot believe the five dollar valve would put him in defense but I guess Im going to Home Depot well I shouldve went the first time I would not have this problem thanks Greg have a nice day pal

MANAGER VERY UNPROFFESSIONAL!! I have been coming into this friendly store since they opened, sometimes 4-5 times a week. Everyone nice, but the female manager always stand offish and never helps.Today she advised me that I was parking in a handicap spot, and I advised here I knew. She then told me I was in a handicap spot and I became upset and stated I knew. She continued to make statements and I walked into the store.I am a disabled VET with a paralyzed foot among other back and issues associated with military actions!This is very unprofessional and this manager does not belong in a military town like nampa! It is also not here job to be the handicap police and I consider this disability harassment!!!!

These guys are a joke especially the one in paint. Never again will come back!

While shopping here for a couple bolts needed for a car job, me and my boyfriend listened to what looked like the manager chew out one of her coworkers over a small mistake . People make mistakes all the time, I don’t think this mistake was something that needed to be announced publicly in front of a couple customers . The manager lady also came over to us to “ help us”, which consisted of an angry tone . I don’t appreciate this customer service and neither does the rest of the world ...I didn’t get this lady’s name but she had black long hair and wore glasses

NOT A KID FRIENDLY ESTABLISHMENT!My husband brought me here for Mothers Day to pick out a hanging basket anchor. After picking the anchor I wanted my husband looked around for other items we wanted and my toddler climbed onto the riding lawn mowers I was standing near her and as I stepped back the gal at customer service told me to get my child off the lawn mower or leave. We have been shopping here for a few years now for all of our garden needs. However I have zero tolerance for unprofessional behavior towards customers. We are at your facility spending our hard-earned money and supporting your business. You should treat us with respect and kindness I grabbed my toddler and six year old and headed right out the door. All in all it was a terrible experience and the way she approaches that situation particularly on Mothers Day has lost our business entirely.
