I have gone to owyhee heating and cooling for several years. they are reliable and dependable for their services that they provide. They show pure professionalism when they come out to your home for services. In the store they provide the best costumer service in town.

My wife and I have shopped here a handful of times and the staff has always seemed to be very kind and super helpful. This time, while I was checking out, I guess I put my card in too soon (even though the machine said it was okay to insert) and my cashier had to take it out. As this was happening, a guy manager came walking up behind and passively said “man, you’re going to have to put 8 more signs up for these people to read” and laughed. I looked around and noticed a small sign near the keypad that said “wait for cashier”, I didn’t even notice it until he made that comment, I’ve never had issues with my card there. While finishing the transaction and he made another comment that “you’ll learn a lot about people working here”, a roundabout way of calling us stupid. Then offered us left over two day old donuts that were very crusty and dry. Very disappointed I enjoyed going there for projects but after that experience I’m not sure I feel comfortable enough to go back. 10/11/21 Late morning

Had Owyhee come out to service my heating and cooling units. He was here for about 18-20 minutes. He carried in a filter and left it next to the furnace, he said that his service was to just check the elements period. When he left I looked at the radiator units and found them completely plugged and not able to move much air through them. There was dog hair throughout the furnace box. Completely unsatisfied. I had to lubricate the fan which he did not do, clean the vents that were plugged, and install the furnace filter. Do not use this company because their service has nothing to do with service.

I love it because its just around the corner from my house.

Went in and asked some basic questions about my AC and right away they help me figure out what electrical part maybe causing the problem

They had exactly the parts I needed. I was able to fix my compressor unit with the components.

The best around. They care about their customers!

I walked in and the older man there was being very rude. Prices are a lot higher than any other hardware store.

When buying small parts, pvc fittings, etc, their mark up is about 250%. Not sure how they stay in business.
