Absolutely 5 stars all the way!! Absolutely in the top of their league!! Great people working there. Made sure I had everything I needed to go and had it done quickly! Great communication about their process. Basically dont move until you have you bills in hand! Normal. But absolutely a decent set of individuals that work here.

Nice folks personally. Unpolished and a little backwards professionally. No contemporary, up to date or otherwise common sense thinking. A group of robots feasting on the company kool-aid. No free thinkers amongst the entire group. Mired In nonsensical corporate red tape. Antiquated policies. Equipment prone to malfunction and down time. Flawed and disorganized planning by production and scheduling personnel. A culture of VERY poor communication...important details not freely shared or altogether omitted. Poor management and leadership displayed by GM. Excessive hours. Most (all) Saturdays. Marginal pay. Very good benefits. Meetings scheduled to schedule meetings. Far too many committees. Lazy sales personnel. Disorganized and overly demanding account reps. A generally under educated work force. Very high turnover.

Got unloaded in half an hour-4 hours early nightly appt time. The loader who did it was not supposed to do someones job, but he did. If there was his coordinator present I would not been so lucky he told. Guys, its simple-we have to promote a man like this in some way, or otherwise he will stop doing it for nothing. And of course, say ThankYou. And not all places nor persons are created equal!

Took time to get a door they only have 2, killed my clock for any production for the day.

Such great potential, but continuously falls short. Too many no care attitudes. Management and office personnel dont seem care about floor employees, only themselves, so in turn most floor employees dont care about production

Interviewed for factory job there and they acted like it was rocket science that no mere girly girl could do. I have a background in both food and electronics production, and their attitude seemed odd and unprofessional.

Work to much overtime with too many saturdays. Didnt sign up for six days a week.

A small company works well with only 2 loading doors. Loading paper cardboard. Wooden trailer timber trailer loads quietly without question.
