This location is one the best places i have gone for repairs. In last 5 years I have gotten into 3 accidents and took my car there twice and both times my experience was extraordinary. They are professional, courteous and know their job well. Second time they even finished the job 3 days earlier than excepted. They keep you posted every other day about the status of repairs via text message and then someone will call on Friday with a complete updates about what they have done and what they will be doing next week and give you status of parts if they are out of stock and answer any questions that you have about repairs. Front desk staff is the perfect example of how customer service should be, they gave me complete breakdown of the invoice and repairs at the end. When i got my car back I couldnt even tell where the damage was, they did amazing job and unlike other location where I had to go back 6 times to get everything in proper condition. Would highly recommend this location to anyone.

Service King Naperville 131 is such an awesome team! They did not let me down when I needed help with my vehicle! I would recommend this shop to anyone whom has filed a claim for their vehicle damages. The staff is very respectful and are very knowledgeable. Theyll work around your schedule so you can bring your vehicle in for repairs and have it right back to you in no time! Highly recommend this shop to anyone and everyone!

Service was unhelpful and had me going back and fourth with my insurance company like I dont have a job and can spend my time figuring out the nonsense behind giving me a simple estimate.Def would not recommend as there are many any other body shops in the area who will help and take all of the work out of your hands so you can focus on yourself.

Do not go to this place they are sheisters, they fixed my moms car and charged her so much money and then a day later the car got messed up in the same spot again and they want to charge her even more money for the problem they failed to fix. These people will take advantage of you and take your money. These people can not be trusted go somewhere else if you want your car fixed and not get ripped off

My car was moved to this location from a different service king. It was a good experience as I was updated consistently about my vehicle. It took awhile because of issues with available parts, but was made aware of that.Car came back clean and looked great.

This place was great in all aspects for me. My car was fixed beautifully. They detailed it as well. They also installed the needed new carseat. Kept me posted/updated on progress of my car too. I got it back faster than they thought - which is good. Enterprise is in the same mall so getting the rental made it easy too.

WORST. LOCATION. EVER. This place is a joke. Terrible customer service. Terrible follow through. Terrible workmanship. Took 3 months...THREE! To fix the vehicle.UPDATE: 3/19/2019.Tried to have this facility fix a creaking/metal rubbing noise in the front driver wheel area. First attempt to the dealership the noise couldnt be recreated. Noise came back when it warmed up, they refused to have the car inspected again since it didnt make the noise the first time. RANDY (the manager) accused me of trying to obtain free services from possible wear and tear items. When in fact the noise was NOT present before the accident and all I wanted was my pre-accident condition vehicle. I took it to the Toyota Dealership. I handled the review of the issue. I did all this work to find out>>> I was correct, Toyota found that this service king location did NOT tighten STEERING bolts! WTF! See attached.UPDATE: 3/26/2019.Customer service supplied their email so we could communicate further. One week goes by after I emailed them, NOTHING. 😱

Everyone did an outstanding job! My repair took longer than expected because of a part that they were waiting on and they kept me informed every few days on the progress. When I got my car back it was perfect! The team was friendly and an added and unexpected bonus; my car was detailed INSIDE and out! It looked and felt brand new! Thank you!

The paint job on my replacement parts are indistinguishable from the factory panels. Theres no ripples, no flaws, a perfect color match, and the fit of the parts is exceptional. I didnt expect such high quality of workmanship based on the price! It took a while because they found hidden damage but the result was well worth the wait.

They wasted my time, were not professional, were rude, and didn’t give me the proper information that I deserved. Also they wanted to increase the prices of repairs on my car, which costed less in another body shop with the same parts and labor involved. They also tried to say that my car is a total loss for their own benefit so I would give it to them. I continuously called their office to ask about the estimated time on my car and when it would be ready and never got a response. When I asked about the estimated price on the repairs they did not give me an answer instead they took my car apart and lost my cars parts which were even working and would not fix it and made me get it towed to another auto body shop, which I ended up having to do!! After taking my car to a auto body shop that is better since they took proper care of me and my car in a polite and professional manner. Service King is a rip off!! Stay away from places like this!!

Came in for a minor repair after someone dinged my door with their door. Repair took two days to fix and the communication was great the entire time. Work was of quality and i havent seen any issues thus far with the paint .

They did not care the need of the customer as they are informed me at 5.04 pm through the robot text when I called the store it was closed and robot text did not reply to me and the worst part that it was a long weekend and I couldnt get my car for three days .Shame on the Service king staff to misguided me and give me pain not to get my car and stored with them as it was also our religious holiday.I called the corporate office also but nobody bothered to help me .They have the most careless customer service I had ever seen in my life.

The repair was Ok, but they applied some protective oil on top of the dashboard that I never asked for. Not related to the repair at all. Most probably also applied wrongly, as a car detailer told me later. Point is that the car had only 6k miles, the leather was as-new and matte, and now the car smells like an oil depot more than a month later, the entire dashboard is shinny instead of matte, the white stitching is now grey, and there are still some blobs of oil that I discover (such as today when switching the wipers and got oil on my hand from the back of the switch). 2018 Ford F-350.

Hello Service King. Where do I start...? I can not thank all of you enough for the Awesome!! repair work you did on my Focus ST. It looked almost brand new and it was completed ahead of schedule. Hats off to everyone that worked on my ST. All of you should feel very proud of your mad skills...especially your painter that color match on the front bumper is Mint!!! A Job well done by all. I will be honest I was a little nervous at first about leaving my car at your shop because I knew nothing about you, but AllState recommended you. So like everyone these days I Googled you and read you have been in business for years and that you have several shops in my area. I did read some past reviews and as always I try and keep an open mind on those expecially the bad reviews because I dont know what their situation is or was. From the day I dropped my car off to the day I picked it up, my service advisor Franz Mendez went above and beyond to insure I was always informed of the status of my car. Through emails Franz and I communicated almost daily of the progress. He took the time to walk me through everything and answered all of my questions. During the process I asked Franz if he had the time would he please take pictures of my car and send them for my own personal records. I was very impressed and pleased when he replied yes and sent several pictures during the different stages. Thats what owning results looks like to me. The Service King team made me feel like part of their family. Thats what being focused looks like to me. If I ever need any repairs in the future I will definitely be using Service Kings again...! and I will recommend them to anyone needing repairs. RED, lifted 2003 Chevy Silverado 2500HD. This place is Garbage. My paint is cracking already from theyre work. They threw off my steering wheel. Didnt order me a new headlight, instead they took a HID from my high beams and put it in my running light and thought I wouldnt notice. And they didnt fill electrical component screws with silicone so water go into my above head exterior can lights. I would rather come out of pocket to fix it then bring it back there. You guys suck.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! My wife got in an accident yesterday, and our insurance company recommended that we used Sterling Autobody for the repairs. Although the car had already been towed by White Eagle and taken to their autobody shop, where they could have worked on it, I agreed to have my car taken to Sterling at the insistence of the Insurance Company.An hour later, someone from Sterling calls us and asks if they could take my wifes car to the Rolling Meadows location, since the Naperville location was full. She promised it wouldnt affect us in any way, and when the work was done, they would bring the car back to the Naperville location.Today, I get a call from my insurance company telling me that Sterling cant find my car, they dont know where its at and neither the Naperville location nor the Rolling Meadows location have any paperwork regarding our car.I decided to call Sterling myself and find out what was going on. AMANDA answered the phone, and when I was trying to explain who I was, she interrupted me and just kept on repeating that my insurance company had just called, and would call their call center and find out more about my car and let me know. When I asked her to let me finish what I was saying, because I had some questions I needed to ask, and she wasnt letting me finish, she just kept on talking over me, and repeating the same thing. I finally asked her to transfer me to her boss, and she told me I was rude, and then left me waiting for a long time on the phone, until I finally decided to hang up.Dont ever use this companys service. If that is how they treat a prospective customer, imagine how they will treat you if you are not satisfied with their services after the fact.
