Honest Mechanic. I have been taking my VWs to Bernie and Automeister for a few years and I have always been happy. He has always been honest with me telling me when I have to fix something and when I can wait. Even on one occassion when he had trouble diagnoising a problem with my VW Touareg, he was honest with me instead of blindly fixing things and sending me home with an expensive repair bill. He may not be the cheapest mechanic around, but he is trustworthy and I am always confident that the repairs are done right.
