The best car buying experience that I have ever had and I have bought dozens of high-end vehicles over the past 25 years. Tyler made the process easy and painless in these trying times. Because I am at high risk, I did everything over email and text. Tyler was always quick to respond 7 days a week. Tyler picked out the perfect Levante and customized it to my needs. The service guys are extremely knowledgeable. This is how a dealership should be.

I was about to buy an Alfa at another dealership until I found the most beautiful baby on the Naperville Italian Autos website. Tyler was immediately responsive and stayed late on a Friday (thank you for that) to help me buy the most perfect car. My experience with Aimee (salesperson) and Gary (Sales Manager) was one of the best experiences I have ever had in buying a car. I have never had a very positive experience in the past 30 years or so when buying a car. Except this time. Aimee connected immediately with my wife. Aimee found a great car for my son. She was perfect for our situation. Gary was very professional and did not waste our time. He was trustworthy and straightforward. I would buy another car from them but dont think I can ever buy a Maserati since I have one child going to college and another one going in two years. :)

Owner Joe Troha runs a first class operation here, he has an excellent team that will make sure you leave happy. Used car manager David Nemanik, and Finance Manager Kathryn Zanco are wonderful to work with. I suggest asking for Eric MacKenzie, product specialist, when you look for your next vehicle. I wish i could give zero stars. I would stay away from this dealership if you are planning to trade-in you car and definitely no if you are driving out of state. They made me drive 5 hours only to go back on their their own words. I was supposed to trade in my 15 Mustang for a 15 BMW 5 series. I had an offer from a local Mercedes dealer on my mustang and this fiat dealership sales person Kory said that he spoke with his manager and they would match me the same offer on the mustang after I had sent him the pictures, features and the VIN#. When I enquired over the phone I was told that there were no issues with the 5 series - no scratches or dent. But upon arrival I test drove the 5 series and found that the driver seat makes a grunting noise(I was told that could be fixed in existing manufacture warranty) when i tried to adjust the power seats and there were big scratches on the bottom front bumper which made me a little uncomfortable already and when the sales person called me for the final numbers I was shocked to know that they priced my mustang 4,500$ below the price they said they would match. Their sales person Kory said the pricing is made based on the market value for the car but in that case they should havent made false promises that they could match my offer for trade in. He also gave reasons like that my mustang didnt have blind spot monitoring and navigation which brought the value down from their agreed value but i had clearly emailed him the features it had and the VIN# before I headed their way. All the reason they gave me for the pricing of my trade could have been done before I drove 5 hours. My mustang had no issue and it was in excellent condition (8200 miles) except for one very small stain on the front bumper protective sheeting which could be easily removed. I asked to speak with their manager and after waiting for sometime I spoke with their general manager Andy. He initially spoke like it was not their problem and when i tried to explain that I drove 5 hours for this, he made funny comments that i should have pressed hard on the gas and made it in 3 hours. He also said if anyone matched the original offer, they must be playing games and Andy would give his car for free. Seriously?!! After I showed him the emails I sent to Kory, he was apologetic and said that the used car manager made some error and they cannot match the offer on trade but said he could make some more phone calls to see if they can get me a better offer on my trade but I was super frustrated already so I and my family left the place. I am so disappointed with how they handled the situation. I wouldnt trust them on any purchase. For the record, I was able to find a different dealer who matched the original offer on my trade.

I found them after a very bad experience at Schaumburg Maserati dealer.The service is one of the best, people are very friendly and welcoming.I live in South Barrington but travel to Naperville for car service must be a big difference.Also the GM and service manager both are attentive to ones need.

Terrible experience. Avoid this dealer. I drove 2 hours to look at a car that they misrepresented. I asked for detailed reports on the condition which was described like new. When I got there I discovered the had taken pictures of every part of the vehicle except where there was damage. Not only did they refuse to repair it but also said they would not discount it either. We left after spending 2 minutes looking at a car that took 4 hours round trip.

Worst customer service/care ever. Walked in to buy a Levante. No one even asked if we needed help. No one sitting at the front desk. I grabbed a person walking around and simply asked if there is any chance I can talk to someone in sales.Response was they are all occupied. I said give me an estimate of time so I can come back, I don’t want to hang around your dealership for hours. He said give me your driver’s license, I’ll make a copy and call you. Who will give a copy of license like that!!? I said I can give my name and number. He disappeared to find pen and paper. Comes back a few minutes later. I left my name and number.Never got a call.

I was charged $75 to be told information I had already known about my car, i.e., the hole in the exhaust. They wanted to replace the ENTIRE EXHAUST for around $700. Velesquez muffler shop did the repair for $110. At least they have a Keurig in the waiting room with a decent selection of coffee. The service matches the quality of the car.

I dont know where to start but I got my car towed there and got the battery replaced. 3 weeks until my car was ready because they forgot it was there. So i went to go pick up my car yesterday, they pulled it in and i promise i didnt know that it was my car. as i was inspecting it the whole back bumper is scratched up(there was 1 previous 3 scratch on it, only 1!). The service manager tried blaming it on me but luckily the tow truck guy has pictures the moment he towed it. I dont know if its from the dealer or the tow truck guy but as a dealer theyre supposed to look into it, mr bart tells me its a 2014 car so its wear and tear the best i can do is buff it, the bumper looked like it came off of a 1995 toyota camry, i dont think any maserati is scratched up like that. I look at my wheels and my left side rear wheel had a 7 scratch, the paint was falling on the floor so it was obvious that it had just happened by them. I showed it to Mr bart so he goes around and starts pointing out a couple other scratches on my rims and he said theyre already scratched up so its fine, just because my rims had a couple scratches it doesnt mean its ok for u guys to scratch them more. Besides the fact that he kept raising his voice like im some pos. Since the dealer doesnt want to take responsibility for there screwups i made a complaint with maserati of north america. I have been to this dealer before and i chose to come back to them because the first time i was there they treated me like a normal person. Lets not forget the reason they forgot my car was there is because some guy named filipe quit, bart kept blaming it on filipe... im a customer and i dont care if filipe quit or whatever, if u make a mistake like that take responsibility yourself as the service manager youre supposed to know what cars go in and out of service.Update. 8 months later nobody got back to me. Neither the dealer or maserati of north america. I painted my bumper, rear left panel and the rim, the rim that had paint peeling off and it was all over the floor in front of mr.bart.

Very very disappointed in this dealship and the salesman Kory. I live in upstate ny and was purchasing a vehicle. Being the holiday week I specifically told Kory it would take a little while for the deal to be finalized. Saying that I gave my credit card for a $2000 deposit so that I would not have to worry about the car being sold. Mind you it had been less than a week and he keep pushing and pushing. I reassured him many times the deal was 100% for sure just to be patient with me since I live 11 hrs away with a special needs son so I can not just hop on a plane without planning.I spoke to Kory on July 2nd and said I will finish the deal July 5th after the holiday because he would be out also.I emailed him first thing Thursday morning and he said sorry the car has been sold and if the other buyer doesn’t take it tomorrow I could have it. That should have been the other way around! Now they have 2 deposits on the same car because on top of it my deposit has not been refunded. No one has called me back and I left multiple messages!

Worst experience ever. I placed an order for a custom new model (Levante) vehicle in June/July. I was advised that the new model would be in dealerships toward the end of the year(late 2016). Throughout the build process no one ever contacted me to let me know about build progress, estimated time of delivery. I had all but forgotten about my order until I read about a Maserati recall..I called in March 17 to inquire about my order.....and no one had a record that I existed or having taken my $1K deposit. I asked for my money back....not wanting to do business with a dealership that failed me in this manner.Much transpired in the between July 16 and March 17( including changing banks due to the Wells Fargo Banking fiasco). The time and effort to remind the dealership of who I am .....and to hear John Malioris (Dealer Manager?) act as though, and tell me that I am not a customer and try to define rules on when and how I get my money back......Im done with this dealership and the brand.

I picked my new Ghibli S Q4 last weekend and simply love everything about it. It has everything I wanted like performance, handling and the differentiating factor from its competitors. I worked with their best sales person Chris Shah who knows this brand very well plus knows how to help a customer make their decision fast without any kind of push. I checked other dealership like Naperville, Field Maserati and they are no match to Zeigler. I highly recommend Chris Shah@Zeigler Maserati in Schaumberg for anyone considering Masarati.

I was there to purchase a Messerati ghibli 87k and some change msrp, All was well the greeting the test drive and the price witch i agreed to they knocked off 5k ( later i saw a similar vehicle advertised on their web site for 10k off the msrp) I told them i would be trading in a 2008 bmw X5 4.8. 72k miles i had since brand new always dealer serviced. The salesman said fine he would have his used car manager appraise it, he returns with appraisal of 10 k to witch i responded are you kidding me, then the sales man goes on about how he cannot even sell this vehicle in his lot people no longer buy v8 vehicles and so on. That he would sell it at an auction and he would be lucky to break even. I then proceded to tell him that elmhurst BMW had offered me 16500 and car max 17400 what gives and that i would think it over and i would be back, at this point he saw me get up from my seat and start walking away. He then follows me and says he can probably get me a few grand more for my trade in and knock a few more grand off the car and that would even out what i would get at bmw for my trade in. I told him i still needed to think it over and this is where it gets funny and ridiculous. He procceeds to tell me that only today he can give me this deal and if come back on monday he would not be able to, granted this was saturday afternoon. I said to him i really need to go and like i said i have to think about it. He then says to me, well can you leave a deposit so i can hold the car for you this is hot car i really want you to have it. to what i responded to him well if you have people fighting to get a 90k car then by all means sell it(my wife and i where the only people at that time on a saturday and on monday the car would be sold to someone else lol) If Masserati of america is trying to do inroads with individuals like myself who have been buying luxury brands for the last 15 yrs they need to rethink their approach. If you are trying to sell a luxury car your dealer has to act like a luxury dealer, and not like they are a used car lot that says buy here pay here! I felt like i felt back in 1996 when i bought my first new car a dodge neon and bought it that day because the sales guy told me that was the only day i could get financing i was 18 at the time. Im happy to say that on that monday i went to my bmw dealer who has treated me with the ought most respect and who has had my bussiness for the last 10 yrs since my first bmw this is my 4th. I bought a BMW 640 grand coupe now im happy as a clam.
