I have had multiple cars, with many problems, towed to them!! They always get it fixed and let me know whats up before they go to it!! I came down to visit and my grandmother had me drive her car and her brakes were in dire need of fixing. This place was able to get us in the very next day and fixed that day too! They were very nice and explained clearly what the issue was and their solution.

They did a good and quick job and were very helpful. Also answered some questions that I had. All for a very reasonable and fair price.

I can’t say that I know much about how good their work is, but their customer service stinks. I recently moved to the area and needed a good shop to do some maintenance on my two vehicles, so I stopped by. No one greeted me, but they all looked up as I walked in. Finally someone walked by and I told him that I would like to inquire about oil changes, but before I could finish, he said I would have to wait for the manager. I said ok and then he said “Appointments only”. He could have looked me in the eyes or welcomed me or shook my hand and said they would be with me in a moment, but he didn’t. I understand he was a mechanic, but it doesn’t take a genius to smile and say hello.They gave me the impression that they were not interested in getting any more business so I decided to oblige them. Haven’t been back and never will be.

I grew up in the garage business and I can honestly say Bill the owner of anchor rode Auto Care is one of the best mechanics and diagnosticians Ive ever known he wont sell you a nut or bolt that you dont need when you move to a new town the first question you ask is a good doctor the second question you asked is a good mechanic bill is that guy Ive recommended dozens of people over the years that Ive known bill I never heard about in the unhappy experience

I called them to see if they did Body work on cars, and both men that took my call were very rude and unprofessional. While I was asking a question, they rudely hung up on me. Horrible customer service. Won’t be calling back and wouldn’t recommend them.
