Saw a car advertised one line at NAPLES LUXURY IMPORTS. So I e-mailed the sales office. I had two questions about the extended warranty. On what date does the WARRANTY expire and at what mileage does the WARRANTY end. Seems like simple straight forward questions right? No rocket science questions here. NAPLES LUXURY IMPORTS REFUSED to answer these questions. Can you imagine dealing with them AFTER you purchased a car here? ME NEITHER. There are other JAG dealers around.

Don,t use this dealership if you want transparency. GAMES GAMES GAMES! Constantly trying to trick you with the numbers. Once you agree after 3+ hours, you go to finance department and all the numbers change again. Bad way to do business.I do not recommend this dealership! The salesman Hiro was great, but after that, forget about it

I was a proud owner of a Maserati Levante until today. I took my Maserati to this Naples Dealer for its first service. I had to do the appointment online because when I tried to do it with the dealer itself, they put me into a voice message and the gentleman at the dealer did not return my phone call until two days later. The day of the appointment, today Friday the 10th of May, I called the dealer because I was running late due to my clients being late and I am a professional that its main focus is my clients satisfaction. Anyways, I called the dealer to ask before heading their way, if it was okay for me to arrive late or if it would have been better to re-schedule. The lady on the phone told me to come in and assure me that it was not an inconvenience at all. When I arrived at the dealer service center, I was not approached by any of their service representatives. I had to go inside and asked for help. The lady at the reception told me that since I had not been at this dealer before, I had to go to the building in front and see Sergio. When I took the car and found Sergio, who was very upset that his own system allowed me to make an appointment on a Friday afternoon at 3:00 pm for a service, he told me that he couldnt take any cars at that time. That I needed to make an earlier appointment or leave the car. When I asked if they could give me a loaner, the gentleman said that since I didnt buy the car at that specific dealership, they couldnt offer me that service. After I expressed my discontent and the fact that even a KIA dealership offers loaner cars, he tried to be a little more helpful and took a minute to talk to his manager to see if an exception could be made. The manager never introduced himself or made any effort to see my situation. The gentleman returned with the manager negative and offered that they could pick up the car for me. The car may need to stay several days at the repair facility since I pointed out that there were some sensors on the car that were not working properly. In the past, I have owned only Mercedes Benz and have never been as mistreated on any of their dealerships. I switch to this brand expecting to find a similar level of customer service and I received it on the Broward dealership that I purchased the car from but unfortunately, I will not lease another Maserati or any brand car if this is the only dealership in Naples servicing it.
