Professional repair to jag xk8 roof hydraulics. Roof has never worked properly before and smooth now. Also no hydraulic leaks. Expensive.....but its a jag!

My 2009 Mercedes needed a B Service so I entrusted it to Auto Europa for the first time. I was impressed with their website, the other reviews, and my conversation with Robert. The service was completed in half a day, they drove me to and from the shop, and the work came in under the quoted estimate. At the recommendation of Ted & Sons Upholstery, I dropped by Auto Europa without an appointment, asking if they could diagnose a rattle in the roof of my 911 4S Cabriolet. The service man (name escapes me) took the car for a brief spin and immediately heard the annoying noise. We returned to the shop, and he had the idea of spraying a small amount of lubricant into the little slot on the windscreen. It worked perfectly...no more rattle!Bear in mind I have been struggling to resolve this noise for months; visits to the Porsche dealership, YouTube videos, Rennlist chat boxes. I recently moved to the Naples area and my car started having issues. It was scary not knowing any mechanics in town, but Auto Europa calmed my fears. I brought in my BMW 3 Series for a diagnostic check. Their diagnostic check paperwork is amazing and very transparent. They show pictures with the codes on what the issues are and categorize them into what needs immediate or future attention. Additionally, Robert thoroughly went through all the paperwork explaining and recommending what I should get fixed. They have earned my trust and I hope to use them in the future!

After reading so many good reviews we decided to entrust our two vehicles to them and were not disappointed. Two full services resulting in both cars driving so well, one being a 20 year beauty with the only visual negative being foggy headlights which they offered to rectify at a reasonable cost and did such a great job.The main car required three items being replaced but these were all normal maintenance items for mileage so we gave Robert and Andrew the go ahead and work completed to highest standards plus their workmanship comes with a warranty which instills confidence in us as customers.What really impressed us was the honesty of Andrew, we had a minor complication with the classic car after taking her home so I called to report and they arranged collection within one hour, they found the problem and then took complete responsibility. No excuses or trying to blame it on something, just a real apology andproblem fixed, how refreshing to hear such honesty and professional courtesy and that alone sealed the deal for us to be returning customers for the future.All the staff I met were both friendly and welcoming with Robert and Andrew being the main two I dealt with and their customer service skills are second to none.What we liked were texts and emails with photos attached to show us what they found and recommendations, Courtesy Car, full and clear estimates plus follow up call to answer any questions you may have, good quality car valet carried out too.This is a excellent garage with clean workshops and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, in my view both cars were serviced in accordance with manufacturers servicing schedule and as good as any main dealer.

The guys are great and professional for sure. I dropped off my SL in order to get the drive belt and some maintenance done. Unfortunately they’ve had an accident and damaged my hood badly.The damage was worth about $3500!!I was not happy about the situation for sure. Andrew the owner treaded myself always fair. He even agreed to hire the body shop I preferred. The local Mercedes certified body shop was not the cheapest in town for sure.I am a customer with higher expectations than average. For that reason I appreciate the professionalism of Andrew and his team.Thanks again and hope it will work out better for all of us the next time.

Took my car to put on 4 new tires, got to the shop around 830am they put my tires in 2 hours but my sensors were inoperative so I took it back right away, this people are great on communicating usually but this time my car was at the shop until 5pm they never explain the actual reason or how they fix the issue, my passenger seat stuff were move to the back like someone was sitting there and my car was taking out the location. I got a loaner car after waiting for an hour witch I loved at first but the loaner car was old almost didn’t want to start and got an engine light from driving to work.

I was referred to Auto Europa by the person who owned the house I was renting in Naples when we found out we both had Mercedes vehicles. I was telling him how much the local dealer was going to charge for a brake job and he immediately said I had to go to these guys instead. Not only was their price better but they also told me only a portion of the recommended work needed to be performed. Also, their communications systems (a mix of internet and phone calls) to keep me posted on the state and status of my car was excellent and left me knowing all major parts of the car had been inspected and were safe. Don’t hit you with the usual “oh, and we also found....” jack-up-the price nonsense. Ended up bringing my F150 to them as well because they aren’t limited to European cars either! Highly recommend.

Usually when calling around to auto shops they act like they are doing you a favor to be talking with you. Robert was my first point of contact and he was fabulous! Spent a few minutes with me and I knew i was calling the right place. I just purchased a 2013 BMW 3 series from the other coast and was concerned because it had some problems with an AC noise and it was pulling left to right. The dealership I purchased in Hollywood was no help and would not answer our calls.We had an appointment within minutes for the next morning with a loaner car. Beautiful BMWs and Mercedes out front and the shop was meticulous/ professional. At lunch time, Robert was on the phone assuring me I was ok with my purchase. A few minor tweaks and we would be good. He also informed me about an extended warranty that was very similar than one I had on a previous BMW. It was a great all around experience and I will be using them for both of my BMWs from this point forward. Also spoke w Andrew, the owner or one of them who was also ranked high on the customer service scale.

I purchased a 2013 BMW 3 series and brought it to these guys for an inspection. I am very happy with the service! Robert was able to answer all my questions thouroughly and confidently on my first phone call. The other shops act like they are doing you a favor for answering questions or even doing work for you. The next morning we had a loaner car and they provided me with a detailed inspection report. I plan on buying an extended warranty for my 3 series and my boyfriend for his X5 and using them for all my service. As a woman i am often times reluctant going into auto repair shops but this shop was so nice and the employees very professional. Much like a high end dealership but with better prices and more attention to detail.

I used Auto Europa Naples to perform a pre-purchase inspection on a 1996 Mercedes that was for sale in the Naples area. Im an out of town buyer, so I couldnt inspect the car myself. I called several shops in the area, but knew I was in the right place when I called Auto Europa! Beyond being polite and friendly, Auto Europa also had very deep knowledge about specific Mercedes-Benz models and exactly what to look for in an inspection. During the inspection Auto Europa found many needed repairs that other mechanics would have likely missed. They helped me avoid what would have likely been a costly mistake, so for that I am very appreciative! I would gladly work with Auto Europa in the future. Was in Naples on vacation and developed car problems. A neighbor recommended that I take the car to auto Europa. being in the car business up north, I just wanted to have the car repaired so that I could take it home and have it worked on there. I had to get my car inspected as I was buying a Porsche. They did a very thorough inspection for me. Communication was fantastic too. Great service.

Wrong diagnostics on my GL, they told me it needs oil cooler parts replaced, even though it was done by MB in FtLauderdale . I went for a second opinion to some one else & that wasnt the case, it just needed seals on oil pan to be replaced thats where the oil was leaking from. I wouldnt go back there .I got the seals replaced at a very good price and theres no oil leaks, they wanted couple of thousand dollars for the repair that it didnt need.

The guys are very friendly and good about communicating. Text and email updates are great. Issue were well explain with accompanying photos. I will continue to bring my vehicle to Auto Europa.

Weve been driving by this lot and stopping periodically to wonder at the cool cars they carry. Unique, funky, fancy, and affordable. They got it. But what struck us the most was the service. It was the most stress free and pleasant experience for shopping for our next car. Travis was our sales rep. He was fantastic. He was honest, transparent, not pushy or pressuring us into any car or the other. He let us drive any car we wanted, listened and offered advice for which car would suit our needs and our situation. My Mercedes GLK350 starting to have starting issues, so brought SUV to shop, Robert had their tech tested the 2 batteries in vehicle, a main bat & a smaller bat to allow electronic shifter to work, both failed load test. These battery require professional installation and testing. Auto Europa Naples did a professional job in replacing them, the main was a DieHard Platinum AGM.

The costs for the services were definitely better than the dealership. I liked the fact that they provided me a courtesy vehicle, although the exact same service I had mine in for was 63 days overdue on the courtesy vehicle according to the display system. I would probably ask they not wash my car the next time (which sounds like a great service) but there was so much tire treatment it sprayed down the sides of my car. Overall, I would recommend them.

They are awesome. The BMW dealer told me I needed 2 new fuel injectors when my check engine light came on. I brought my car to Auto Europa where they researched a BMW bulletin that suggested reprogramming the injectors first. Worked like a charm and my car us running great! Thank you AutoEuropa!

Nice to find an honest shop. Took it in for an oil change and a brake flush and rather than just flushing the system they tested for moisture and said it wasnt needed. Other shop would have just done it and billed me.Just an oil change and they washed my car !!!Great bunch of guys here ! Highly recommend !!

Im writing this for my wife. The entire experience from the sale, paperwork, to the delivery(yesterday) 2/27 was well orchestrated by Mr. Renna from Auto Europa. He led us through the paperwork of the sale as well as setting up the shipping of the car. The car is everything advertised and we are delighted with it. Would I recommend Auto Europa to someone else? I would recommend them without hesitation! They do their job well and we really enjoyed Bills videos demoing the cars.

At 55 ive purchased a car or two. This was by far the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. Marty was a breeze to work with and they really have a keen eye for quality pre-owned vehicles. Prices are reasonable, not jacked to the stratosphere. The dealer fee is $250 which is lower by far than most other dealerships. The car purchased was an 03 Miata for our daughter, her first car.
