Outstanding service from initial phone call to delivery of my car. Rates are extremely reasonable and they kept to the quoted amount of time given over the phone. I watched a tech (who didnt see me watching him) wipe fingerprints off the door handle and trunk lid of a car he just serviced using a clean microfiber towel. That is attention to detail. My new favorite service shop, I even bought a t-shirt to show my appreciation and will gladly promote their business! Dont be scared off by the name import and exotic, they service domestic and foreign vehicles alike. I will absolutely be back

Needed a Ferrari 599 inspected before purchase, Eric did the most thorough PPI I have ever seen...10x better than all my experiences with authorized dealers. As a bonus the cost was a fraction as well. After the several hour inspection he also spent 30min with me on the phone reviewing everything.If you need a PPI done in the Naples, FL area on an import or exotic forget the authorized dealer, call F1.

Highly recommended! The Maserati Dealer was going to charge me over $2,000 to fix an electrical problem that Eric and F1 Imports found to only be a blown fuse! $2.26 for the part and 1 hour labor! Very honest company and is refreshing to see that in the car business! They have a new customer for sure. Thank you

Looking to buy a car from out of state in the area. Called to inquire about a pre purchase inspection. Never received a call back after leaving a message with the receptionist. Called again a few days later. Was told the car was not their specialty, thats fine, but they couldnt be bothered to give a simple suggestion for somewhere else to try. In a time where a lot of car purchases are made over the internet sight unseen, businesses need to try to help more than just the people that walk into the shop. Everyones a potential customer. Would you have just said, no if I asked for an alternative shop suggestion in person? I gave an extra star because the receptionist each time was polite enough.
