Youre not going to believe this, they completely flooded my car while doing a bumper replacement, which they didnt actually do, they claimed Geico wouldnt allow a replacement, so they tried to bend it into place and paint it, horribly I might add, and thought I wouldnt know the difference.Someone allegedly left the sunroof and trunk open during heavy rain storm, destroying my entire carpet and floor, and then the trunk wouldnt open and the car wouldnt start. Now they refuse to take any responsibility. I had another accident backing out of a parking spot because I couldnt see out my windows, thats how fogged up (and smelly) the inside of my car was. I have been without my car for over two months now getting the carpet replaced and trunk module.Biden has more energy than the manager of that place IMO, I swear he is sleep walking everywhere, and expressed no concern whatsoever about the fact that this happened at his shop. Now, my backup camera doesnt work, my sunroof rolls up inside the car, the carpet replacement was shotty at best (other company had to replace carpet), Devoe tried to charge me $400 plus labor for a new trunk module that they damaged with the water, the part cost less than $70 and is extremely easy to swap out.Now my insurance claim for flood damage has raised my insurance, had to pay $1300 for the rental, and stick my newborn in a tiny little rental car until Enterprise finally switched it out for a car that was all over the road for two months. You decide if you want this to happen to you before you choose Devoe as your repair shop. If they did that to a classy Cadillac suv, I can only imagine what they will do to a car with less value.PS: We have since had it out in severe storms, and several car washes before and after this incident: Not a single drop of water entered the car, the drains were never clogged, the entire floor was full of water, over one foot of water in the spare tire area.We will be considering a lawsuit if accomodations are not met.

I work with this shop daily and I can say they are one of the best in Naples. They are quick (even during the last recall) at ordering parts, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent quality. If you dont want to wait, Hertz and Enterprise are close by for a pickup and getting you on the road. Bonnie and Susan have been excellent partners as well! Overall, if you need collision repair thats quick and easy and done right the first time, this is your repair center!
Had some damage to the bumper of my vehicle, they were efficient, courteous and do fabulous work. I thought the matte paint would be problematic. Joe explained that it is the top coat that creates the soft finish. Couldn’t be happier.
Great service advisors at the collision center. Mark, Joe, Marisol, Bonnie and the rest of the staff are very conscientious. They come top rated with my insurance, and I would have to agree. Top quality work, done in a timely fashion. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and strongly recommend family and friends if needing repairs to go there too.
Frankly this is the worst collision center Ive even experienced. I had a minor accident that involved a side mirror and a small door scratch. Dropped off the vehicle and got it back a week later. The replacement mirror had an obvious broken plastic reflector which they missed and the clear coat they sprayed was lifting and chipping in places. Dropped it off a second time. The redone clear coat is a mess of runs, pits and peppered with dirt. They also managed to scratch my windows in the process of polishing or cleaning the vehicle. Avoid this place like the plague...theyll cause more issues than they repair.
Ask for the manager Joe hes the ultimate professional. He took good care of me and my vehicle.

I have NO clue how this place has the reviews they do... can’t even get them to return your calls.. I would have NEVER chose this place if I would have know the customer service they ACTUALLY provide.. they might be good for small repairs or good to people who bought cars from there, but if you’re thinking about sending your car/truck here after a wreck FORGET ABOUT IT!! Everyday I’m told the same exact things.. oh Bonnie is busy, Bonnie is with a customer, Bonnie is away from her desk... and EVERYDAY I end with the same result... NO call back after being told she will defiantly call you, just leave her a message. NO update on my vehicle, NO estimate for repairs... dealing with the fallout from a major collision is already bad enough(medical, insurance, rentals).. but to be left in the dark by the shop that’s making money on repairing your vehicle is nonsense!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IF YOU DONT ALREADY HAVE A STANDING RELATIONSHIP WITH THEM!!!
Our family has had 2 vehicles serviced in the collision center and for routine oil changes. Service is always exceptional! We have been happy every time. We received OUTSTANDING personal attention and care by Mark and Gary who handled our claims, service, and rental or loaner. I would definitely recommend this place and am even considering buying a car from Devoe just because of the great experience.
Work on car for actual collision damage was fine. Issue with customer service. Car was to be ready on Monday, after 10 day time to repair. I called Tuesday to ask about it and was told that it would not be ready. I had to call several times and was put off. Same thing on Wednesday.bi called around 10 AM and left voicemail for assigned service agent. No response. Called her again at 1:30 PM and no response. I called again at 3 PM and was informed by receptionist that car was just being cleaned. Service agent called at 4 PM any completely ignored the fact that she had been avoiding my calls and failed to update me as promised abif there were any delays. It caused me slot of trouble as I did not get a rental car because my car was to be ready on Monday. Absolute denial and avoidance. I said I was ready to pick up car and she said driver would come pick me up. Of course, 30 minutes later, the driver was allegedly and coincidentally stuck in traffic on Marco and would not have time to get me. I had to wait until Thursday morning for the driver, which butted up against a meeting I was leading and needed the morning to prepare. Instead, I waited for the driver, who man-splained to me that I should call the date and make arrangements to let him in. Incredible. Did he really think that he knew how address to my community works better than I did? I got my car with absolutely no contact with anyone except the receptionist who solely asked for my credit card and handed me the keys. No thank you for your patience, your business, sorry for the inconveniences. Nope. Pay us and dont let the door hit you on the way out. Final act of poor service was that whoever drive my car left his/her half finished can of Coke in the cup holder and moved the seat to a low-rider position, nearly laying down and as far back as possible. Maybe used for a nap. Who knows, but car was not given back with any price in appearance from whoever cleaned it. As I said, actual repair of side of car was fine, but the customer service sucks.
My car was sent to Devoe Cadillac on March 4th and needed to have it transferred to a different collision center due to the the unprofessionalism with the staff and punctuality of working on my vehicle. The first phone call I made on March 12, Bonnie told me we cant do anything about your car until it starts so its just parked in the middle of the driveway. I was informed I would receive an estimate by the end of the weekend and I didnt receive anything. I had to call on Tuesday March 17 and they still could not give me an estimate due to my car not turning on. I had to call my insurance to give them a call and they informed them that if I wanted to have my car transferred elsewhere I could. My insuance suggested to leave it there til Thursday March 19 since Devoe informed them that they would have information. I called Devoe yesterday and they had told me they would call back and never did, so again I called my insurance and they gave a call. My insurance and I were on hold for almost 20 minutes before someone came to the phone to come up with a resolution. NOT just that but this person made the assumption that my car was already having issues thats why it would not start and I corrected her and told her it had to do with the car wreck on March 3rd. I had my car transferred to a different collision center and were able to start my car in less than 30 minutes. I definitely do not recommend.

I was really happy with the purchased of my used vehicle at Devoe. Not only did they give me a really good price but they got me out of the lot fast with no hassles! The staff were honest, friendly, and went out of their way to help me out. Great job! A++ I am a picky person but I would def. recommend them to anyone.

Bonnie is the absolute best! She navigated a difficult situation with grace, composure and patience. I was upset because someone had hit my precious truck. I was afraid I was going to get screwed. I didnt. I even learned a thing or two about dealing with problems under pressure from this pro. Her team did a great job and I cant say enough good things about Bonnie. Take your vehicle here and do not fear; you are in good hands.
